This hotel has been designed for conservstive business and family travellers. The pool, spa, jacuzzi is a once in a life time experience. The steam room is exciting. The hotel bar and restaurant is meant for those with blue bood connections ! Ensure you eat before the Michelin style restaurant ceases business at approx 9pm.
The hotel bar is meant for those with an interest in business and politics and would not be a venue that would be welcoming for those without connections to business and or politics.
The hotel gym will certainly bring you down to earth and keep you grounded on the lower level of the establishment.
The rooms with the view of the Swan River is stunning, comforting and the most luxurious of all desk workstation, phone call and the television has a wide range of channels.
A must stay before a saavy developer smashes the hotel to pieces and rebuild something there as it is real estate heaven - situated between the vied addresses of Terrace Road and Adelaide Terrace in East Perth !
A must stay for every traveller who wants to do serious corporate work, mingle or simply attempt to aggrandise with the crowd. A word of warning, strict dress code and a very sophisticated crowd !
Enjoy !
Immaculate service and cleanliness. From the moment you arrive at the hotel to the room, the experience is simply luxurious. Buffet breakfast is amazing and has a really huge spread. Only downside is the location, but if you drive, it doesn’t make any difference. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Day 1, after checking out directly from Mercure without staying. We booked Pan Pacific directly hoping for the best. We reached the hotel around 5-6PM thought that we can check in, but unfortunately not. After having our room we found that our blanket is full of blood stain.
Day 2, someone opened our room door while we are changing. The concierge said due to upgrading of the system that’s why there is this issue!??
Day 3, new towels provided was all stained. When we request for new towels the concierge said the we should complain to the managers to ask for free breakfast. Come on Pan Pacific you can do better than this
It’s a really nice hotel. Impeccable and it’s near to the casino. I like their room slippers. It’s like Havana’s. Easy to wear to the pool. Their thick bathroom is comfy.

Great location for food and shopping. About 10 mins away from train station and Chinatown. The staff are very friendly and appreciate the greetings when we go out in the morning and back in the evening. Feels like home! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

A perfect stay! Enjoyed my time at the Adnate, walking distance to Perth underground station, making it really convenient for me to commute to work during my stay.
Only thing was there there were some whistling pipes during when a neighbour used the showers, would wake me up from my sleep, hopefully that will get fixed soon! Overall, good stay and would return during my next trip.

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

The first night in Perth, it looks old but not old, with a lot of design style inside and outside. The house is big, like a suite, with many windows and terraces, the city is clean, and the street view is good. The lobster fried with scallions and ginger in the ”Great Eastern” restaurant downstairs is sweet and delicious.
It was 16 degrees outside when it rained, and it was cold inside because of the many large windows.
Very Good

TTanyaI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

XXiaoshumiao_AUS_Buyer (shicha3xiaoshi)Como Perth AU is worthy of being the first luxury hotel in the Australia and New Zealand region selected by the International Travel Magazine. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is valet parking at the door on the day of check-in. The breakfast is a fixed set meal, which is really good 👍 (there are several Choose according to your preferences) The room has a large space, the key design is very special engraved with precise latitude, the design style is low-key, luxurious and reasonable, and the check-in experience is 🈵️ points. The Mini Bar has a variety of juice drinks for free, and it is cleaned twice a day. Laixi Friends who travel in Australia recommend to experience it.
CCraig JohnLovely and spacious rooms, great location next to the Quay. Was made to feel special by Alex on the Front Desk who gave some gifts and custom food recommendations to us. Breakfast has a good selection, especially pastries, tea and coffee. Hot choices are limited, however. Special mention for Melanie, Ha, Haven and Sardinia on the breakfast team. Room service food was so-so with limited choice. Overall it’s great for short stay, but a few of the limitations become apparent after a few days.
