We had a wonderful staying at Troci Hotel! Everything was beyond perfect. Rooms were really clean and supplied with everything that was needed. Also, the hotel staff were so so polite and helped us with everything we’ve asked for. 5 stars also for the manager of the hotel, he was very hospitable and made our trip much more enjoyable by offering us tips on what to visit and best restaurants and even helped us with the transportation to Tirana. For sure we will return here!

The location of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are old, the 24 square meters room is really cramped, the breakfast is not self-service, the service attitude is not mentioned, very good, but the price of more than one thousand is really too bad, the environment and facilities of the domestic express hotel are top hotels price

The location is good, within half an hour's walk to all attractions and bustling business districts in the city center. The service of all departments of the hotel is good, the toiletries are ETRO, and the slippers are made of cotton and linen. Probably the best hotel in Tirana by far.

I have visited many countries, and in hotels of all kinds, and at some point I have had to ask for ”late checkout” or what is the same ”late checkout” because my flight back home leaves very late that day. In this case I paid almost €600 for practically 2 nights, it was 3 nights, but the first night I arrived at the airport at 2 in the morning, that is, practically 2 nights, when in Albania hotels are very cheap, but I preferred to grab a Known chain just in case, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT OF 2h because my flight left at 18:50 in the afternoon, THEY TOLD ME NOOOO, when the hotel was newly opened and was practically empty!!!!!!!! I THINK IT WAS VERY VERY BAD, I HAD TO BE WALKING AROUND TIRANA AND EAT SUPER LATE, TO BE ABLE TO MAKE TIME UNTIL 4:00 PM when I went to the airport. I THINK I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL? NO!!!!, I THINK OF GOING BACK??? NO!!!!, not only because of this, but because it is far from the center, the hotel's Terra restaurant is very expensive, and look, almost nothing surprises me, but the difference in prices compared to the rest of the city surprised me very much. We ordered some mini Iberian pork chops and an Angus rib and 2 waters to eat, and they charged us €135, when in the ERA restaurant, which is 50 meters from the hotel, TripAdvisor recommends it, and it cost us an exquisite risotto, and 2 Angus T-bone steaks of 1,200 grams with a garnish of mushrooms and vegetables, plus bread, plus 2 waters, plus a Pepsi max, EYE €53, crazy!!!! And everything was very good, so the prices of the hotel are not justified. Is the hotel nice? Yes!!!, is it comfortable??? Yes!!!, it is practically new, it was opened recently, but that does not give the right to be charged 5 times more for eating in its facilities, it is 1 and a half km or more from Skanderbeg square and everything there is What to visit in the capital of Albania. Very elegant hotel in the central and nightlife area of ​​Tirana. Excellent buffet breakfast both hot and cold. The spa and the heated pool also includes the sauna and the jacuzzi. All included in the room price without any time limit. The spacious rooms with all the comforts. I will gladly return on my next trip to Albania.

The staff were all very good, so no complaints at all with them. The hotel is covered in scaffolding, so you don't get a great view, and lots of building work is going on, but it didn't affect us, apart from the scaffolding. The hotel provides a kettle in your room, but not coffee and milk. Never mind, we had booked a gold room we thought, so entrance to the club lounge, for coffee, tea and soft drinks. unfortunately this week it wasn't available, use for private party. The fridge in the room actually made things in it warmer....? Breakfast on our first morning was nearly empty, with 2 hours left, I asked a the egg chef if they had any croissants/pastries, and he disappeared never to return, a waiter went to find out and came back with the answer, nothing was being restocked. The gym was excellent, but it's also for use for non residents, as is the superb outside pool, but at the weekend all sunbeds were took (by the outside guests I'm sure) And as we were in the pool on Monday, the girl came out and said it was closing for a private party, we mentioned we were guests that had booked the hotel and the pool was a big reason for that, she shrugged and said it was a late decision? Excellent national park behind the hotel with bars and restaurants and other attractions, and very safe to walk around. I will definitely return to Tirana, but not to this hotel (Photos of breakfast provided)

The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The check-in was quick. We were welcomed by Mary, Resarta and Raul, fantastic and kind guys who immediately gave us a warm welcome 🥰. They explained to us all the services and meal times. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the comforts. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower foam, body cream, toothpaste and toothbrush, even a manicure set. There are 2 restaurants, one buffet and the other à la carte. In the buffet restaurant, you will find chef Atilla with his staff who will delight your palate. The chef is a very kind person, he welcomes all customers with a smile. The dishes are delicious and the restaurant is full of all kinds of food! Every day you will find fresh salad, variety of meat and fish, local cheeses, sweets and fruit. And then the chef creates works of art in the watermelon. He cut the watermelon peel and made one with my face. What a kind thought. Thanks again chef 🙏🤲🏻🥰 The resort has a SPA too where you can relax. Im Preis des Aufenthalts besteht das Schwimmbad, der Sauna und das türkisches Bad. Other services as massages are obviously paid. In the à la carte restaurant you can eat well and you don't spend much but the right price. The pasta is well cooked (and I'm Italian) and the pizza can be improved. The service is good, but here too you can improve and get better !!! Here, I had the pleasure of meeting the director Aminka, a woman! Between women we understand each other immediately! It was an amazing experience...The hotel was easy to find but it is situated in a coastal village,which the local call ”The touristic village.” We had room cleaning everyday...Excellent view......our room out looked the pool and the sea....,fresh air and mild temperatures for February.
