The service was good, the staff was kind, the location was good, and the security was good. However, there were bedbugs near the bed in the accommodation, so I suffered from itching

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it a practical choice for an overnight stay or airport stopover. Just to clarify, however, it is not within walking distance of the airport, so a transfer or taxi is required. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival and check-in experience pleasant. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a major disappointment, particularly in terms of service. Our food took almost an hour to arrive, and several other tables were also complaining about the delays. The lady serving us was very pleasant and did her best, and I appreciated her friendly attitude despite the delays. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a one-night stay, particularly if you need convenient access to the airport. The friendly staff and location make it a practical option for a short stopover, although the restaurant service could certainly be improved.

Внутренний дворик располагает для приема пищи. В гостиницу бесконтактное заселение. Возле входной двери 10 коробочек, в которых спрятаны ключи от вашего номера. Сообщение с кодом приходит в день заезда не ранее 10-00. Достаточно удобно

Отличный отель, очень уютный ресепшен. Большие зоны кухни. Уютный и чистый номер. Большая ванная комната. На ресепшен очень внимательные администраторы, все объясняют куда пойти и чем заняться в городе

Beautiful little space that managed to pack everything you would need into an apt into surprisingly small square footage!! Comfortable and quiet from steeet noise, but unfortunately there were other guests celebrating a birthday into the late evening. Took some time to get through to management to organise an early bag drop, which was more convoluted than expected but otherwise the location is stellar and pretty safe as a solo female.

Never at Home Kloof Street is an absolute gem for backpackers seeking relaxation, comfort, and amazing service in the heart of Cape Town. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a truly memorable stay.

I didn't like that the room didn't have a bathroom. The bathroom is to be shared. For a little extra, you can have a bathroom and better location at 82 on Regent. Motown is okay if you enjoy sharing bathrooms with strangers. Due to the concerts at the time in Cape Town, most places were sold out which is how we landed up at Motown.

Joe was the best concierge I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely helpful, punctual and professional. Every issue was resolved in a timely manner and assistance was available 24/7.
