I had a wonderful stay here! Everything is brand new and works perfectly. A huge plus was being able to cast movies from my phone to the TV, as well as logging into Netflix directly. My night bus arrived very early, and the staff told me it was no problem to check in ahead of time. I arrived around 8:00–9:00 in the morning and was able to get into my room immediately. While this might depend on how busy they are, it shows how incredibly accommodating they are. Location-wise, it's just a 13-minute walk from the bus station, and there is plenty to see nearby, I did a lot of walking in the area. They also rent out electric bikes at great prices. Highly recommended! ( A small note, for hot water and the airco you have to switch on the black switches. I payment for me was only possible in cash.)

we stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. a nice little area outside to sit and chill aswell. The owner was a very very lovely and helpful man and his lovely family. he offers motorbike rentals and help with onward travels. the location is very good aswell, just a 30 second walk off of the main street with restaurants clothe shops etc. for the price you cannot complain and would recommend for those who are on a budget.

We stayed one night at this lovely homestay in Hoa Lu, near Ninh Binh, and it was perfect. The owners are so kind and caring — they don’t speak much English, but they make you feel welcome with their hearts. It was the best experience we’ve had in Vietnam. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a view of the garden and pool. The food was amazing — we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even coffee in the afternoon, and everything was delicious. We also rented a motorbike from the homestay, which was very easy. I really recommend this place if you want peace, good food, and lovely people.

The room I stayed in was good, clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, being close to Bai Dinh Temple and the Trang An river tour, which made exploring very convenient. The property itself is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing away from busy areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, always happy to help. There was also a very cute dog on-site, which added a lovely, homely touch. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay that I would recommend.

It's 3 mins down dirt roads in Trang An (where the longest and biggest major boat ride attraction is located), from the main paved road and such a beautiful setting in the mountains and ponds because of it. Quiet and peaceful not busy and backpacker like Tam Coc or city like Ninh Bin. They have a 2 story building with big new modern rooms I stayed in with a long large shared balcony with seating built in 2025. I never saw the older single rooms across the property but there were guests in them. The hostess is very helpful and accommodating along with her 2 daughters. They cook breakfast included, do laundry, rent motorbikes, help booking Xanh or Grab, sell water and snacks. New modern indoor seating for meals. Bicycles are free to borrow and riding around the dirt roads enjoying the scenery is a treat. A very easy place to stay. I personally rented a motorbike and was out from morning until 9pm every day sight seeing. Wake up and look at the beautiful mountains every morning in this homestay. Everything is affordably priced and normal for the region. Cheaper than other cities in Vietnam. They do NOT do CREDIT CARD booking payment. Pay for your room, motorbike, laundry, food when you check out with CASH so make sure you have enough on your last day.

I had such a wonderful stay at this homestay in Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. The host was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming—she truly treats you like family. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. She gave great recommendations for things to do in the area, helped organize transport, and even suggested changing my travel plans when a storm was coming, just to make sure I wouldn’t get stranded before my next flight. She was so thoughtful—packing me a lunch for my journey, giving me water whenever I used the bicycles, and even attaching a phone holder to the bike so I could navigate more easily. These little touches made such a difference and showed how much she genuinely cared. The room itself was very large and spacious, with a comfortable bed. While the bathroom wasn’t the most spotless, the overwhelming friendliness and hospitality more than made up for it. The free breakfast was also fantastic—very generous and filling. I left feeling incredibly grateful and touched by the warmth I experienced here. Highly recommend staying here if you want a truly welcoming, home-like experience in Ninh Binh.

Wow! A true oasis of coziness right in the heart of Ninh Binh! This place simply exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a spot to truly relax and unwind, Tuyet's Homestay is a perfect choice. The absolute treasure of this little hotel is the super host! From the very first minute, she surrounds you with such sincere care that you instantly forget you're just a tourist and feel like a highly anticipated guest. The service here is on a whole other level: incredibly polite, attentive, and with a huge focus on the smallest details. The space itself is decorated with so much love, the rooms are perfectly clean and have a very warm, homey atmosphere that is so nice to return to after long walks around Hoa Lu. The host is always there if you need help, always smiling, ready to suggest the best routes and sort out any issue from the bottom of her heart. On top of that, the stunning nature and peace around are exactly what you need for a complete reset. Huge thanks for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality! This is definitely a place you want to return to again and again. 10 out of 10, I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well located. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax in nature with stunning scenery, this is the perfect spot. It’s true that there aren’t many shops nearby, but it’s very easy to get a taxi or a Grab, which usually arrives within minutes. The breakfast is excellent — delicious, well-balanced, and made with fresh, organic ingredients. They even have their own chicken coop, which is amazing because they cook eggs from their own chickens! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Everything is spotless and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay and received amazing service. On our last day our bus to Hoi An was cancelled, and there were no options available on 12go or by train. The owner was so helpful and found us 2 last minute tickets, as well as drove us to the pickup point. Great service, great location for the major attractions like the Mua Cave, Tam Coc, Imperial palace and Trang An, and many services available in-house or nearby. The owner is very attentive to your needs, and goes the extra mile.
