If I could give it a 10. I would. Alex/Long and his wife are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the pool a great way to end the day. Their suggestions of what to do was very helpful and they happily arranged transport to and from the homestay. The push bikes well maintained and perfect for getting around this piece of heaven. I loved it so much I came back after going to Cat Ba.

Run by a lovely family, this quirky old place was basic but clean and comfortable. We were made to feel exceptionally welcome💖 They were very helpful with everything we needed and more! A gorgeous family run home.

This was such a lovely and calm hotel near Hang Mua Mountain, perfectly situated between Tam Coc and Trang An. You were given a bicycle for free or could rent a motorcycle for 150.000VND per day. The hosts and the hotel owner was extremely friendly and took the time to explain where everything was and made sure you had everything you needed. I could not recommend this hotel more in Ninh Binh!

Arrived early at the hostel until check-in Waited for about 4 hours to check in and enter The staff was warm and the room was rusty I had a fireplace so I could rest comfortably. The bed was wet because it rained, but it was comfortable after a while Thank you for the hard work of the staff

The room is new and well decorated to the minor details. We love to overlook the trees outside the rooms and beautiful flowers inside the room. Has both aircon and fan for your choices. The host are so attentive and caring. They drop us at the train station the day we leave. We highly recommended this place that you will feel warmly welcome at home 😀

If you are here for sightseeing, the location is great. If you are looking for value for money, it is the best. If you think about the price we paid for the hotel before we evaluated it, you should be a little disappointed. The facilities are old, the interior is not clean, and it is a shame to expect general hotel service. You can expect the kindness of the owner.

Excellent structure to stay near the main attractions

For what you pay, this old style hotel has it all, except for; the life is dead after 22:00 hours, hardly any shops or redtaurants open nearby.(Except for pizza place next door!)
