**Review of Mahd Al Resala 1 Hotel** I had a pleasant stay at Mahd Al Resala 1 Hotel, located just 5.1 km from Al Haram. The **free shuttle service** to the holy site was incredibly convenient, making my visits hassle-free. NB: refer the pictures of shuttle buses to see the remarks to identify the bus from the station.

Arrived 4.30am, excellent staff at check-in gave us our room immediately. Clean spacious room. Excellent housekeeping.Room was near the lift with easy access. Will definitely return when we come back to Makkah.”

The staff at this hotel Faris and Noura were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I also appreciated the location which is Azizia on the edge of the main road, to go to the haram mosque is very easy there is a bus at the entrance of the hotel which is free it takes you directly to the haram mosque, and another bus which is Makkah bus which costs you 4 SAR for each, for taxis it varies between 5 -10 - 15 SAR I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this hotel and the staff Faris and Noura

I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a fully-stocked minibar. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful. I was book room from 2 days before Im coming, And Im paying online by card... when I come and Receptionis said they didn't find My book in App Trip.com Also they said Hotel only available in app Agoda and *********** And Number Phone Hotel in This App is FAKE/SCAMMER So, I trying to call Number Hotel in Trip.com, but many times I call they didn't Answer... Finally, I paying again and had Lost My Money ... So Please, If you Want to Book Hotel in This App ( Trip.com ) or Another App, Make sure there is number not Fake and Dont Paying Before your arrived in Hotel 👍🏻

Room is clean, woth it for stay during early ramadhan because the shuttle bus condition is still comfortable, but if you stay during mid and last ramadhan you will need extra effort to go to al haram.

Room is clean. But a little far to Masjidil Haram. Not have bus direct from hotel ( special bus). With taxi i pay 20 SAR to Masjidil Haram. And not have parking But its nice view if prefer room from high floor.
