The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the front desk service is outstanding. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the hotel gym is top-notch. The swimming pool is also very good. Breakfast offers a wide selection and tastes delicious.

The hotel is located off the main city attractions. Has a business hotel vibe, lobby has a bar and lounge with sparse seating arrangement . Rooms have an odd design where the closet room bangs with the washroom door.Rooms bright during day , have poor and inadequate ceiling lights for night time.Many times the phone is not attended by the house keeping , or even the operator , after prolonged calling the reception responds . Staff is polite and not well versed with English , communication is a struggle. Check in ) Check out is a breeze. Spa service es are in the basement , Healthclub/ pool area staff is usually no where to be found , no system to call them from the pool ) sauna area Overall falls short in meeting expectations as a chain Hotel .

After the tour around northern Kyrgyzstan, I arrived at the Orion Hotel with a exhausted body, only to be greeted by a neat, comfortable atmosphere and the excellent manners of the staff. I am truly looking forward to seeing how Kyrgyzstan will have changed by my next visit.

Great hotel, the location is a little bit further than walking distance from the main attractions but overall I had a great stay. The room is spacious, the bathroom is decent (although there was at times a bit of a smell). Breakfast was good. And the reception team is really wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a great variety of fruits. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spotless. The outdoor pool in summer is absolutely fantastic. The staff are very friendly. There are two restaurants operating within the building.

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован

It is one of the few five-star hotels in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. It is located on the south ring road and is about 4 km from the hotel to the city center. From the hotel, you can easily reach the scenic spots such as Snow Mountain Park on the outskirts of the city. There are Chinese restaurants and hypermarkets not far from the hotel. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

This hotel perfectly caters to Chinese customs and preferences. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are spacious, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. The guest relations team, who greeted us, was incredibly dedicated and even wrote a welcome message in Chinese for us, the Chinese friends who traveled so far. Thank you! See you next time! 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
