The room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. The food was very very delicious, specially everything with meat , but service is not good , I order one dish and they needed to bring with this tomato salad, I called go room service they told me sorry we forgot we will bring now , but in the end , they didn’t bring it , and an other things I asked to bring toothpaste because they forgot to put during cleaning time , they brought also from 2 times of my callings .. staff in the restaurant are very good , in reception as well but some problems with service they have

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!

Maybe because I booked it on Ctrip, I only had a corner room on the shady side. The room was damp and dark. It was not a small place, but it was not very comfortable to live in. A very good luxury hotel in Kyrgyzstan, with a high cost-effectiveness. My friend and I booked a suite and a king-size bed room. The most important thing is that it doesn't matter if you don't know the language, the check-in is smooth. This room faces the sun, and the foot of the snow-capped mountains is at the bottom of the curtains, which is absolutely beautiful. Apart from the scenery, the bedding is very standard, and the overall stay experience is very good. Breakfast is 7.00-10.00, and I had a big plate of chicken for breakfast, which was touching 😹 The hotel facilities are also good. The cafe on the first floor is very suitable for afternoon tea and the Korean restaurant on the top floor is more suitable for dating. The facilities are very comfortable and the tone is very suitable.

Amazing hotel with temp controlled pool and lots of other amenities for kids. Staff was really friendly and helpful I highly recommend for families
