It's warm with great indoor/outdoor living and with two newly installed heat pumps it's perfect for any season! Otaki is the perfect escape, with its quaint shops and cute cafes and restaurants. Yet it's still only 1 hours drive from Wellington! Our house is perfectly located, one street back from the beach and just a 5 minute drive from the main shops. At the end of our street you'll also find a convenience store. Our house is well spaced and split over two levels. Upstairs has two balconies both with sliding doors, allowing you to soak up the views over the Kapiti coast or at the rear with a BBQ looking over the wetlands.Upstairs is the main living area with the kitchen, dining room and lounge (Tv with freeview and DVD). There's also the master queen bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs has a large games room (perfect for that odd rainy day) with a Tv (freeview and DVD) and sofa which doubles as the sofa bed. There are the two bedrooms, twin (1 single, 1 king single) and the queen, a toilet and shower and the mudroom with a washing machine.
