My recent stay at Hotel Aristo was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a prime location, this distinguished establishment offers a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and refined service. High-speed internet was readily available, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Hotel Aristo’s location is strategically convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions, shopping districts, and fine dining options. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, always ready to assist with a courteous smile. The capsules were not sound-prodded well. It was easy to hear and smell others... The AC was running, but I think there should be a noise generator. The water in the bathrooms were very hot, very nice pressure. NO breakfast provided, don't read the old reviews. Location is nearby a Starbucks where you can work on the 2nd Floor, but be prepared to be bothered by a bunch of massage people. Near the water front.

Overall, it is good value for money. It is less than 10 meters away from my dive shop (cooldivive). The public bathroom is clean and not crowded. There is a place to dry clothes. The room does not have air conditioning but it is not hot. The sound insulation is indeed poor, but the neighbors are civilized. It is a good choice for those who have not booked a dormitory for diving students.

It was great to stay at the promenade apartment on the centre of api api centre. Nearby restaurant laundry and groceries very convenient. The deluxe twin just nice for couples short trip after tired climbing. The price reasonable and most important the environment not so busy.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the accommodations were comfortable. It would be even better if they could update some of their services. Nevertheless, it's already quite good, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Recommended.

The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

The facilities are old, but it's OK for a short stay. There are a lot of birds outside, so be careful of bird droppings. You can't eat in the room, but you have to eat in the lounge, which requires a deposit of MRY100.

What I love about this hotel: (1) Spacious room (2) Iron and iron board provided in the room (3) Complimentary tooth brush (4) Sofa in the room (5) Clean and bright (6) Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket (more shops across the road) What I am not happy about: (1) Loud noise from the bar/pub from the adjacent building My personal rating: 8/10 for comfort

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. Elevators may be slow during peak hours, but the stay remained comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is good. The facillites also fine but if they provide a telphone and cupboard will more perfect. Got a lot of restaurant around the hotel and the laundry is Just near the hotel. Counter service also helpful. I definitely will Come to stay at this hotel again. Fully recommended.
