The sheets were not clean, the capsule smelt and the air conditioning was not working. The staff was helpful by providing a mini rechargeable fan. They were unable to put me in a different capsule as they were full. Very disappointed with the condition of the capsule
its near to the airport but nothin there. only a burger king & a mamak restaurant around. its ok if u just need a place to sleep like me. i had a very early morning flight so i had to call the receptionist for a very long time early in the morning to check out bcause he didnt woke up from the door bell. lol

The hotel has a strategic locationāclose to malls, night markets, and popular tourist spots, which made it very convenient for getting around. Itās a budget-friendly place, but still offers a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
Thereās no breakfast service, but plenty of nearby restaurants and food delivery options make up for it. The hotel is fairly new, so the rooms and common areas are typically clean
and well-maintained.
Overall, itās a great option for solo travelers and couples who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in the city.

The location is very strategic as it really near to many restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful. However, as I got the room at the ground floor near to the receptionist, they can be quite loud at certain period which is in the morning. I don't really mind it, but they may disturb the other customers. The shower was quite tall for someone around 150cm btw.
Overall, I do recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed this location and would definitely suggest other people to come here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and give good advice. They were helpful in finding locations to park a motorbike, and the front desk was especially kind. The room itself was clean and neat.
This location is a good location for someone who is going to use a car to travel.

Booked for only one night. Arrived at 1pm but canāt do early check-in as the room was not ready. Only managed to check-in at night as I was out running errands. Upon entering the room, itās fully carpeted. Toilet is clean, shower strength is strong which is good. Place below has Chagee, convenient stores, restaurants which is a plus to me. Just opposite is the shopping mall Imago.
Down side:
1) when I flipped the bed sheet, there were stains on them. Had to flip the clean side to cover me.
2) in sufficient lights/ try to use white lights next time. I had to use my phone light to see any dirt on the bed.
3) sides of the bed is dirty, there were dusts, hairs around.
4) could not sleep well due to the road noise. Window was not very sound proof. Can hear cars passing by. Wasnāt too bothered by it since Iām only staying for one night.
Will I return? Maybe when Iām on a budget.

Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

LLimThe only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.
Ssuezizan NaniFelt very comfortable in the accommodation and felt calm with the peaceful atmosphere..
Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and relaxed with the facilities provided while staying there.
SSharmilaDecent breakfast, friendly staffs by the counter, majestic view of Mount Kinabalu from the residence/room. I will definitely come back to try the cabin stay.
GGuest UserStayed in a shared dorm. Walking distance to RDC a little further than other options but perfectly manageable. Dorm and bathrooms were clean and as advertised. Not much space to put stuff but you get what you pay for with a shared dorm. Food and drinks options at the restaurant are expensive and for several meals I opted to eat at nearby resorts which were cheaper. Nevertheless, the atmosphere at the reception/restaurant was fantastic and I really enjoyed it. Staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. No shelter between reception and rooms was a bit of a bummer but no big deal. Wifi only available at the reception. Overall, great value for the price.
AAnonymous UserVery noise at midnight with soundof motorcycle..with smoke smell came from outside and I notice one of worker is there together with that group.
GGuest UserWe stayed couple of nights before driving back to KK. The place is located in the center with easy access to everything however it also means it can be quite loud at night from the traffic and karaoke next door. The room had little fridge, kettle, bottles of water and coffee mix (3 in 1).
Room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. This could be a problem for somebody with mobility issue.
SShahfiq09My recent stay at Hotel Aristo was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a prime location, this distinguished establishment offers a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and refined service. From the moment I stepped into the tastefully designed lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an atmosphere of quiet sophistication.
The room exuded understated luxury ā impeccably clean, well-furnished, and designed with comfort in mind. The bedding was plush, the lighting ambient, and the bathroom featured premium toiletries alongside a refreshing rain shower. High-speed internet was readily available, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Hotel Aristoās location is strategically convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions, shopping districts, and fine dining options. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, always ready to assist with a courteous smile.
For those in search of a hotel that combines affordable luxury with attentive service, Hotel Aristo is a commendable choice. I would gladly return and recommend it to discerning travelers seeking both comfort and class.
CChau Siau ChiiAttitude of the staff here is very nice, helpful & polite, especially front desk.
The bed sheet and floor are a bit dirty when i checked in. Always wet floor near toilet bowl area since day 1, does not dry up easily.
The sound insulation is not very good.
Every morning at 9amļ¼house keeping can be your morning call / alarm. The impact of the cleaner when cleaning other places was very strong. The impact made me feel shaky while lying on the bed. It was incredible.

FFoo Tuck MengThe street in front seems to be used by motorcycles with loud modified exhaust late at night. It could be the late night eatery right opposite the hotel. What troubled me most was the fire alarm going on & off for about half hour to 45 mins at about 2 am. That was quite disturbing & I forgot to ask what happened when I checked out on December 8 morning. I was on the 4th floor
