Stayed in this hotel multiple times. Great location with lots of eateries and convenient shops within walking distance. There is also a large food court and market opposite. Room size is reasonable and bed is extreme comfortable. There is a security guard at the entrance at night. Friendly and helpful staffs to make my stay even better.

Nice to book if you want to stay less in hotel and travel more in city. Connectivity is good but no services available. For every small thing you need to go out and purchase the same.

The towel is a bit old but still ok. The location is good and the place is relatively clean by Malaysia standards. Everything in the room is functioning. Portable water (hot, warm& cold)is provided. It's good value for money.

Arrived @2pm and the reception (forgot to ask her name) allowed us to enter. Booked for junior suite room and been given on 3rd floor which was the highest. the room was big and cleanliness very good. Bathroom also big. Wifi and aircond also working well. Restaurant, shops, minimarket are nearby just around the hotel. Free ample Parking space provided under the roof for hotel guest. I would like to thank the chinese reception lady for being tolerate and nice during our stay. Both my parents enjoy staying here.

Hygiene Issues Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.

We like the place , locating slightly away from the town center in kampung area which is quiet. Room is clean and bed is comfortable . The owner is very friendly, the staff too ! The place is well maintained and has all its basic amenities . Room is clean and we enjoyed cycling around the kampung area. Value for money. Will recommend

My recent stay at the Beverly Hotel in Taiping left much to be desired. The hotel is strategically located in front of Taiping Central and getting food is super convenient. Nonetheless, while the hotel boasts high ceilings, which initially gave the impression of spaciousness, the overall experience was underwhelming. The room has an industrial feel rather than a comfortable accommodation, lacking basic amenities that one would expect from a hotel. The most noticeable issue was the echoing within the room. Conversations carried throughout the space, making it difficult to relax or sleep undisturbed. This acoustic problem was compounded by the sparse furnishings and minimal effort in decor, which contributed to an atmosphere that felt stark and unwelcoming. Furthermore, the bathroom was disappointingly basic, with outdated fixtures and insufficient toiletries provided. The lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident, as some areas of the room appeared dusty and neglected. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient for accessing local attractions and dining options. However, this alone could not compensate for the overall lackluster experience within the hotel itself. In conclusion, while the Beverly Hotel may have potential with its architectural features like high ceilings, its current state falls short of providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Improvements in room amenities, decor, and soundproofing are necessary to elevate the guest experience to an acceptable standard.

the room is clean and tidy , looking new . however the procedure handling of deposit is not right that the hotel receptionist didn't provide a receipt although i have asked for it . he didn't know how to handle a customer well . he only said he has the records that doesn't give the customer peace of mind . varieties of foods just 10 minutes away , the famous ipoh chee cheong fun is just around the corner

Strategic location. Near mydin supermarket. Many restaurants. Not quiet at night. Just in front of the road. The room is very large. Very suitable for four people. The room is ok and clean too. The air conditioner is cool and satisfying. Improvements: - the bathroom window handle is broken and needs to be fixed. - the door lock or latch is broken, please fix it. - the toilet floor is quite slippery, like it wasn't scrubbed properly. Overall good. A comfortable hotel for families.

So far ok...location senang cari ..kemudahan ok..cuma kurang tiada kettle dlm bilik.susah saya nak bancuh susu anak saya.air panas perlu ambik di luar . Sudu pun tidak disediakan ...susah jugak nk bancuh air .tapi harga mmg berpatutan.

A good place to stay for short vacation. They even change the room when I told them the ac making sounds. It’s near Sunway lost world and next to a restaurant so very convenient.

Overall it's a very good hotel. The room was large and clean, so I had a great time. The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes by taxi from the Ipoh station, but the area around the hotel is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully at night. Since you can walk to the center of Ipoh, it is also suitable for sightseeing. Having a 24 hour convenience store next to the hotel was very convenient during my stay. My only regret was that the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway for a long time, and their voices were very noisy. If I come to Ipoh again, I would like to book this hotel again.

Food is fabulous surrounding this neat & well maintained hotel. Staffs & Management was very courteous, friendly and hospitable. There is a 7-11 just a few steps away from this property with many ammeneties and personal items jyst in case you need. Not to mention the convenience of drinks, smokes & snacks if you need it midnight. Parking is very convenient right in front of the Hotel but municiple attendents starts summoning cars after 8am if you forget to pay for the Parking fees... Other than that, i will definitely choose This Hotel again Whenever i visit Ipoh city... Ohhh btw, there is a Nanyang Village Restaurant just opposite Lotus Mall nearby the hotel...food is fabulous and lobing owners Jim & Amy are very good chefs preparing such GOOD Breakfast & lunch... GOOD to pop by to Enjoy too😍😍😍😎🍭🍭🍭

Spacious room & bathroom. Water heater function very well. Aircond function with additional stand fan. Complimentary water bottle. Mug without tea spoon was there. Also have coway outside of the room. Room is not soundproof. A lot of shop nearby. Walking distance. Overall was good.

Surprisingly nice bathroom, lighting is good, and nothing to complain about for the budget price. Great location as it is just across the road from the famous Cheong Via Gong Plian - ( Pie ), I bought 30 pieces of them, and I queue was for 30 mins to get it .

Location: 8minutes to Sitiawan town. 7e right next to the hotel, grab our quick bites and fixed midnight food urge. Basic hotel for one night stay before heading to our next destination, confy bed, reasonably priced. Suggestion: (1) The room can have more lights (2) shower heater can be more powerful

Good accommodation, the room size is very large and cleanliness is maintained, there is an oven facility but both are broken, but it can still be improved in terms of other facilities, for example a snack kiosk or mini convenience store

Good location near to many food stall and duty free shop. The hotel also walking distance to beach. Very nice breakfast provided. Very recommended.

The location is great. The sea is across the road. The rooms are large, with a balcony. We asked for a kettle, a broom, a dustpan. They gave us everything. No soap. Towels and bed linen were not changed. It was enough for us for 7 days. Shops and cafes are very close.

I'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in. The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.
