very comfortable hotel. cheap price, okay service. comfortable rooms, all okay ❤️ very recommend 👍🏻

Water heater was not working and the sound proof was poor. We can hear the kids next door shouting and crying the entire night. Can't have too high expectations for the price we pay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Casa Hill Resort is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The luxurious accommodations were meticulously clean and exuded comfort, providing a serene retreat. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The resort's amenities, including the stunning pool and spa, added an extra touch of indulgence to our stay. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a delightful experience, with a diverse menu of mouthwatering dishes. Casa Hill Resort exceeded all expectations, leaving us rejuvenated and eager to return. A five-star paradise!

Overall, it is good. However, improvements are needed, especially in terms of amenities such as: 1. There is a TV, but it cannot function because there is no decoder. 2. There is a cooking hood, but cooking is not allowed. 3. The sofa is not in good condition.

The hotel room have 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed, it looks very clean and comfortable. The parking is free and got provide free breakfast. However, there are no vanity amenities given such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver & comb.

A simple hotel that has clean rooms. There are F&B nearby. The shower water pressure is low. Good for an overnight stop.

Located along the highway, need to use google maps to navigate further inside the woods. Clean and new ammenities, Natural pool located near our chalet. The caretaker was very helpful. Absolutely loved my stay here. It gets quite cold at night, the blanket provided quite thin,consider bring your own. We take the nature hike around the area, got swamped with mosquitoes. Would definitely go again.

My bad for not studying about the amenities first. The hotel provide just one towel for both of us, even though i have mention that there are two of us during check in. Iron is not functioning well on the second floor.

During our trip to Kuala Gandah, we decided to book this hotel to spend a night at Mentakab. Overall the location of the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are nice and clean, however the walls are abit on the thinner side as noise from outside you are able to hear. Sound insulation is not the best, but for a quick 1 night stay it's okay. Staff are friendly and accommodating no issue with that. What's best is that you are able to choose 3 level of firmness for your room pillows. It's a first time for me, interesting concept. There's a chinese restaurant seafood right at your doorstep, didn't went there but we went to 烧鱼海鲜饭店（Roast Fish & Seafood Restaurant) and it was very good! Highly recommended for those that wants to taste fresh seafood.

There is no hanger, only a hanger stick, the door lock is too bad, it is not recommended to live alone, the sanitation is not very clean, I booked a room with a window, and when I arrived, I was told that there was no room with a window, because I was too late, I don’t want to argue , I don't want to make trouble.
