GGuest UserThe services and facilities here are quite competitive compared to other hotels in the same price range and area. The swimming pool in the courtyard really adds to the vacation vibe, which is lovely. The breakfast buffet also offers a good variety. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

Pros:
1. The hotel is very close to the airport, allowing you to get there in literally 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car.
2. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service.
3. Rooms and showers are spacious.
4. The hotel looks modern.
5. Some rooms have a great river view.
6. Disposable amenities are provided (slippers, toothbrushes, soap).
Cons:
1. The balcony was very dirty.
2. The breakfast selection was very limited, which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
3. You need to have $20 in cash for the security deposit upon check-in. This is a very outdated policy. After checking out, you have to wait for the room to be inspected before you can get your deposit back.
4. The room design is outdated. More importantly, it leads to discomfort. For example, the sink is so low that it's very awkward to use.

GGuest UserCentrally located, just 200 meters from the Thai Embassy. There's a BBQ restaurant and massage parlor downstairs. Vientiane Center is only 1 kilometer away, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel staff are also very friendly.

GGuest UserOur room was set back from the road, so it was nice and quiet at night. The owner is Chinese, which made communication very easy, and they were also incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an affordable and practical place to stay, this is a great choice.

BBunny36The hotel is very clean. Recommended for tourists, you can walk and take pictures of Pratu Chai. There is a restaurant next to the school, near the embassy residences of various countries. The staff are good and clean. The school can call for a car.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I especially love the spacious room types; the overall layout is grand and airy, completely free from the cramped feeling of typical hotels. Staying for several days doesn't feel stifling at all; the cozy atmosphere makes it feel just as comfortable as being at home. The room is well-sectioned with a separate living room and bedroom, and it even thoughtfully includes a small kitchen. Even if I don't use it daily, it shows that the facilities are very complete and well-equipped, providing a truly excellent living experience.

MM307409****The Four Seasons in Laos is absolutely breathtaking 🌿! As soon as you open the door, you're greeted with an incredible street view. Every corner feels like a movie scene – you just can't stop taking photos ✨. The service is incredibly thoughtful and touching! The welcome gift was a handmade pastry basket, and the turndown service even included a silk bedspread. The staff always had warm smiles on their faces 🙏.

Absolutely fantastic value for money. The hotel also offers parking, so we'll definitely aim to drive here next time for another stay!
