The hotel service was good. The deposit was 200,000 LAK. The location is decent, and it's easy to get a taxi. The lobby is quite small, and the breakfast wasn't good. The hot water was unstable this time, not sure why.

One of the best hotels we have stayed so far. Every member of the staff, from reception counter, portering, restaurant, made every initiative to make you feel welcome. Service is top here. They took initiative to place our luggages into the room reserved for us while we waited for it to be cleaned. Also, the staff never avoided eye contact but ever eager to greet you, even when we were about 30 meters away from the reception desk. The cable TV occupied our entertainment during our 4 days stay. Even laundry service is just across the road and with many food restaurants nearby. We would like to stay here again should we ever come back to Vientianen as service is impeccable. Choosing the right hotel for my first trip to Vientiane was so important, and I definitely picked the right one! The Billion Hotel has an unbeatable location! It's just a 1-minute walk to the night market and 3 minutes to the Mekong River, making it super convenient for exploring food and drinks. The hotel is newly opened, incredibly clean, and features a minimalist yet sophisticated black and white decor. The rooms have excellent wet/dry separation, and the bedding is truly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. The front desk staff communicated flawlessly in Chinese, and their service was incredibly thoughtful, polite, and enthusiastic. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay!

Our room was set back from the road, so it was nice and quiet at night. The owner is Chinese, which made communication very easy, and they were also incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an affordable and practical place to stay, this is a great choice.

The Four Seasons in Laos is absolutely breathtaking 🌿! As soon as you open the door, you're greeted with an incredible street view. Every corner feels like a movie scene – you just can't stop taking photos ✨. The service is incredibly thoughtful and touching! The welcome gift was a handmade pastry basket, and the turndown service even included a silk bedspread. The staff always had warm smiles on their faces 🙏.

The hotel has good sanitary conditions, the food is fresh, tastes good, the quantity is sufficient, and it is delicious. I will come again next time.

Location & Environment: The environment is excellent, located within a residential area, very quiet and comfortable to stay in. The hotel's overall environment is elegant and pleasant, with a clean and quiet courtyard and thoughtfully arranged greenery. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and dining. The surrounding area is very convenient for daily life. Right outside the hotel are a row of restaurants and bars. There's also a Big C supermarket and Itecc mall nearby, making shopping and dining easy. Rooms & Facilities: The rooms are large and beautiful, with ample space and a comfortable layout. The rooms are very new, and the facilities are complete and functional. It features an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. The pool is a major highlight, with clear water and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Some room types come with balconies, offering good natural light. Service & Experience: All front desk staff speak Chinese, which feels very welcoming. The service is excellent, the front desk is very enthusiastic and can assist with currency exchange and arranging shuttle services. The service throughout is thoughtful and professional, with gentle and patient staff. There's 24-hour security, with two guards at the entrance, providing a strong sense of safety.

The hotel is very clean. Recommended for tourists, you can walk and take pictures of Pratu Chai. There is a restaurant next to the school, near the embassy residences of various countries. The staff are good and clean. The school can call for a car.

A truly satisfying stay! 👍 The environment is quiet and elegant, the room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are warm, polite, and responsive. The facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to the Arc de Triomphe, making transportation convenient and very safe. The breakfast caters to Chinese tastes, and the front desk staff speaks Chinese. We were very happy with everything and highly recommend staying here!

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.
