The hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher.
Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest.
After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.

Booked For Twin Bed But Suddenly Guess In The Booked Room Extended Their Stay So No Available Room With Desire Bed They End Up Gave Us Queen Bed With Air Conditioner Room...Cheapest Option You Can Get No Complained Just A One Night Stay! All Good
I guess i got the NOT GOOD room.
Since i read the other reviews this hotel got the good room.
Receptionist is friendly loved it. But the room hmmmmmmmmmm
Room at Cozzy was OK. It was very basic, but that was exactly what I expected of a cheap 'motel' (it's not a hotel). So I was happy with that. Spacious room and good shower
The only downside was the location. It's located 2 meters from a small alley, which is heavily used by motorbikes (shortcut from one street to another), so that sound was quite disturbing. Also right opposite my room was a small church, where close to 9am a service started, with a microphone so I could hear every word the preacher said. I think that is daily, because it was on a Thursday, not a Sunday.
The owner is very friendly.
If you are an easy sleeper and on a tight budget, this might be a good place for you!

We arrived at the hotel very late, but checking in wasn’t a problem at all. Even though it was past check-in time, we were still able to do self check-in with the help of the security guard. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which I was so thankful for,my husband and I had been driving all day and were way too tired to deal with any hassle.
The room was super tidy and clean when we got there. And when I say clean, I mean 5-star hotel kind of clean.I absolutely loved it. It was also really quiet, and we had a peaceful night’s rest.
During checkout, the receptionist actually called one of the staff to check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. It helps avoid the stress of forgetting personal stuff.
They also have designated parking just for hotel guests, and it’s guarded by security, which is a big plus. Oh, and I loved the decor, really artsy and gave off a classy, expensive vibe. They also have board game rentals for you to enjoy while staying at the hotel, which I thought was a fun and cozy touch.

The value of cp is very high. If it is engaged in business travel, you can live in this place, it is quite recommended, and the location is still convenient, and it is close to the transportation hub.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, making it a great choice for travelers who enjoy dining out. While the hotel itself is decent, its proximity to numerous eateries adds to its appeal. Guests can easily explore different cuisines, from local specialties to international dishes, all within walking distance. The area is lively, offering plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In addition to its location, the hotel provides comfortable accommodations with essential amenities. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished, ensuring a pleasant stay. While it may not be a luxury establishment, it meets basic expectations for comfort and convenience. The staff is friendly and willing to assist guests with recommendations for nearby dining spots or attractions.
For those who prioritize accessibility to good food and a decent place to stay, this hotel is a practical choice. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the convenience of having restaurants nearby enhances the overall experience. The combination of affordability, location, and reasonable comfort makes it a suitable option for travelers seeking a balance between cost and convenience.

Budget bunk bed hostel with reasonable price, cozy, clean & friendly ambience, spacious shared toilet & shower area, just 4 bunk beds in 1 room, so peachful.
No car parking provided, just park at roadside, easy to access for foods tourist spots and shopping, and closed to my favorite kopitiam.

Central location, Jonker street is 60 steps away. Can be noisy. Parking is at the adjacent property payable at RM 15 per night. All rooms share the same common 4 bathrooms which double up as toilets. This is a hostel with individual rooms, not a hotel. Aircon is cold, just give it time. Sheets are clean and comfortable. In terms of it being a hostel, it is above average. The hostel is located on the second floor onwards, walk up the stairs and reception is on level 2.

Very Good
MmiooI recently spent one night at the Asiatic Hotel in Malacca and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located within short driving distance of key attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and the Stadthuys, making it a good base for sightseeing.
The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the basic amenities provided, including complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a kettle for making tea or coffee. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for streaming and work.
While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, there are several eateries and cafes nearby, and the staff was happy to give recommendations. Parking was easy and free, which is a big plus in Malacca.
If I had to mention a downside, the soundproofing could be better — I could occasionally hear hallway noise and other guests. But for a short stay, it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, the Asiatic Hotel offers good value for money and is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay in Malacca.
MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.

GGuest UserThe location was fine and the house was historical but we had two major issues with this place.
First, the water from the sink looked orange. So we were too scared to use it for washing let alone drinking. We had to rely on the provided bottled water.
Second, the toilet was outside of the room (we booked a garden room). So we had to sit in heat and mosquitos whenever we used the toilet.
Additionally, we didn't like that they insisted on paying the deposit which was never mentioned in the booking confirmation or room information. We also had some communication issues when getting back the deposit after check out as the staff couldn't speak English and had to call another staff to understand what was going on.

PPOJEELocation 5min walking distance to jonker street, restaurants and river. The room is super clean and hotel smell good. The caretaker is so kind and friendly. You won’t find a better deal than this hotel. It's clean and affordable, which is a rare combination.
SSam1973The room is small, and toilet is outside in the common area. Aircon is moderate, with a ceiling fan. The bed is considered clean.Staff is super friendly, and location is near to Jonker Street.
AAdzman ShahQuality of toothbrush was poor. TV was not functioning. Hot water supply needs time to adjust. Lift must be handled manually and not suitable for use by children.
亚亚历山大1709the room on the 2 or 3 floor is really good. The room is very big and the bathroom as well. There a two superb things about the room: 1) the balcony 2) the location. There is a fridge, kattle, tea and coffee in the room. The desk is especially good if you like to write. Furthermore I like the lightning there, the light is nice and cozy. The Hotel has a really nice atmosphere, with an outside are for drinks and food.
You can get water, beer and a shuttle service for some extra costs. Unfortunately, the cleanes could be better. The sheets weren't very clean and the balcony was dirty. The TV wasn't working properly and there was no Wi-Fi in the room.
If you speak Mandarin you have definitely some advantages because the Hotel is Chinese-Malay ownd.
Overall I definitely recommend this place, because the location is so good and the room and balcony is so big. You can easily stay there a few days.
The staff is so friendly as well, you can sit with them having a talk or just enjoy the time.
