The staffs were so awesome, so helpful. Two Raj, Ikan, Izz for entertaining our needs. Can improve on the cleanliness of the rooms.

the place was nice , and the place was so quiet and we like it cause of we need some break from city’s so I think this is better for someone who wanna have time alone and in peace and it suits to for someone who wanna came for honeymoon 😻

Even though the room is not big, the design is good to compensate. This hotel is well located, just steps away from the shopping mall and many good eating places within walking distance.

The hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.

Great location, many parking space in-front of the hotel. Request to change the first room given to me because it was near to the lift and i can hear people talking and walking around. The front desk let me change to the room at the end of the corridor. But soundproof system is not good. Still can hear people talking and other sound. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable.

The location is close to the nearby mall, so it is convenient for eating, but it is far from the observatory and the train station. The room is very small, but clean and comfortable. But I paid the amount including the tourist tax on the app, so why is the reception asking for 10RM?

perfect staycation, good service and good water pressure for shower.

My stay at the hotel was just nice. While the room was clean and quiet, the water pressure was slow, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, parking was difficult to find, which added some inconvenience to the overall experience.

Wonderful hotel at a nice price. The location is perfect, the room was clean, they cleaned it every day, a couple of cockroaches were noticed and they were destroyed just as quickly 😅 I saw it written about earlier, but I live in Asia, so it didn't scare me, here it's +- normal. We didn't go into the pool, somehow there was no time for it, and it's more for children. We stayed for a couple of days and were satisfied.

This trip is average good in term of services, and the environment around is comfortable . I am satisfied with the trip.
