The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. 🥰

My go to hotel if having course in alor setar since the hotel located at the center, near to everything esp the mall. Easy to go around and to get food. The service all good and fast but please provide more shower gel and shampoo. Will repeat for sure

the place was clean and new. location is good. Its just that sometimes the water pressure is low and water was just trickling, and the water heater wasn't working

As always good stay here, comfortable, clean and staff very friendly. 1 of the perfect choice for me to stay every time I'm visit Alor Setar. Definitely will be back and stay here. Room value for money!!!

Great location, many parking space in-front of the hotel. Request to change the first room given to me because it was near to the lift and i can hear people talking and walking around. The front desk let me change to the room at the end of the corridor. But soundproof system is not good. Still can hear people talking and other sound. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable.

The building might be looking old from outside but this hotel is kept well maintained in both services and cleaniness. The room is relatively clean and big. Hopefully they can provide a hair dryer in the future. Their service is the one which amazes me. They changed the water heater immediately after i told the reception it was not functioning well on my first day of staying. They also able to follow some instructions given. Keep it up for the services. Their services is much more worthy than the prices paid. Had a pleasant 4 days stay. Keep it up !!!

My stay at the hotel was just nice. While the room was clean and quiet, the water pressure was slow, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, parking was difficult to find, which added some inconvenience to the overall experience.

Good place to stayed and worth-it for money. Need to travel further a bit for Good Restaurant and others attraction places. But still, a good place to stayed for overnight.

Accessible, simple and quiet.🍃 It's a well recommended place to stay. You will be very comfortable and the couple owner is very hospitable and will assist you in every need. Simple yet so quiet to do your things whether you are at holiday, work, vacation or nature travel. It's accessible to the port, mall , park and other facilities. I will definitely come back here to stay again in Langkawi. 👍🏽

Wonderful hotel at a nice price. The location is perfect, the room was clean, they cleaned it every day, a couple of cockroaches were noticed and they were destroyed just as quickly 😅 I saw it written about earlier, but I live in Asia, so it didn't scare me, here it's +- normal. We didn't go into the pool, somehow there was no time for it, and it's more for children. We stayed for a couple of days and were satisfied.
