2-Star Hotels in Ehime Prefecture, Japan

The facility where I stayed was not new, but the price was very cheap. I was satisfied with the service compared to the price. Breakfast was also included for free. I was happy with the octopus rice that was served at night. Soft drinks and alcohol were also provided free of charge. The room was not too small. It was in front of the station, so it was really convenient. I wish I had noticed the bicycle rentals sooner.

It is an old hotel, the overall equipment is very complete, the staff service is not bad, breakfast is next door Yoshinoya, the meal is rich, the taste is great, it is worth staying

It's not far from Iyo-Osu Station, about 10 minutes' walk. It was already 21:30 when we checked in at the hotel. The service staff also kindly informed me that the Wifi password is on the TV screen in the room. The only downside is that there isn't much choice at breakfast and the restaurant is a bit small.

Clean and relaxing. Was tempted to stay another night. Slightly confused on the etiquette of things (and others that were staying there were as well), but still a wonderful experience.

I was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days. The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together. The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me. The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city. tldr, would recommend

If you are a pilgrim doing Ohenromichi Aruki, the location is really good. Free washing and drying is also provided using osset ties. However, it's a small and somewhat old hotel, so it's just okay.

It's a cheap and good hotel right in front of Yawatahama Station.

The location next to the train station is perfect. Staff is helpful when you have a problem with japanese signs or the Washing machines. Free coffee in the foyer is a nice feature. Everything is kinda old, but it doesn't matter in my opinion. Wifi is fast

I think it was worth the price. I think the staff's response was good. If you say it's a location ～? I wonder if it's about ... I thought that if you're a directional sound deaf or unfamiliar with driving, you'll have a little bit of a hard fight ‼ ～.

The location is great, but the town is small and there is nothing to do there for more than one day. The owner always has a dissatisfied face (I think only to foreigners) in contrast to his friendly and smiling wife. When entering or leaving the hotel, you have to ask him to open the door so that the cats do not run away. I was pleased with the hot tub. The room has windows on the wall, you can not open them, because the cats want to jump out onto the neighboring building. I shortened my stay and was glad to escape from there.
