Absolute gem of a hotel! The service from the staff and the facilities are impeccable. Room was clean and comfortable and the hot tub on the terrace was a lovely touch. The area where the hotel is located is perfect for sightseeing - 10/15 walk to the Acropolis and a metro/tram/bus stop right outside.

The breakfast was excellent with Greek selection of foid and western style breakfast...I did overeat ! The pastry and filo were so good ..Now the location... it's way out from the city and Acropolis, so you need an Uber. It's in a sub urban neighbourhood, and there's nothing to see really... except the view of the Acropolis at night ..simply breathtaking! The room was clean. However, I could smell women's perfume on the sheets.. clearly, there were no changes done by housekeeping staff! Kinda unhygienic! I had to change beds on the other side ...the shower is tiny. If you're over 6 feet, it can be challenging! I did enjoy the cable from GER, ITA RUS , FR, and local greek channels. The lift is also tiny .. Only 2 people at a time! Overall, it's OK if you're on transit for 1 night! It's not the cheapest but the food is good

The spotless apartment (I live in No. 22) is decorated in a simple log style. On the left side of the entrance is the bathroom and bedroom with a balcony, and on the right side is an open kitchen, dining table and small living room with a balcony. The apartment has no front desk. You enter the door and room with a password. The password will be sent to your email three or four hours before check-in. If you have any questions during your stay, you can contact the property manager by email. It is more suitable for tourists with travel experience. All small appliances, kitchenware and toiletries are available, but toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are not provided. The apartment is not facing the street, but is located in a residential area between two main roads. It is relatively quiet (the pigeons coo loudly in the morning). There are at least three supermarkets within a five to ten minute walk. Yogurt is more than 2 euros for a group of three, eggs are 1.69 euros for six, and bread is more than 2 euros for a little over one. There are too many choices, and vegetables, fruits, milk, cheese and daily necessities are all available. There are coffee shops, bakeries and dessert shops scattered around the neighborhood, and the seats are all outside the store. Take the subway from the airport to the apartment (see the last photo), take Line 3 (blue line) to Constitution Square, transfer to Line 1 (green line) to Kato Patissla, exit the station and follow the navigation to walk for five minutes.

I was worried because there were many reviews saying it was close to a dangerous area, but there was nothing to worry about. The subway station was close, the surrounding environment had improved a lot, and the hotel was very comfortable and nice.

Location is near the port, but the area around is not that ideal. Very noisy throughout the day, especially in the night. Breakfast at the small hotel restaurant but staff were not friendly towards breakfast guest from the hotel. Always in rush to clear your table and set for next guests. The guy beside me went to take other food and returned to have his table cleared and left with no utensils - TWICE ! He left without having any coffee, as the waiter urefuse e to serve him at the table In the end

Excellent cost-effective. Hotel very well located, few steps from subway in the central area. Welcome chocolates for the guests.Very good service from the reception staff. Very nice roof top restaurant, in the 7th floor. Amazing view and delicious food!!! Thank you!

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were allowed to enter as soon as cleaning was completed. The staff were kind and helpful. The bellman in particular introduced us to some delicious restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool is not large, but the view of Athens is amazing, and best of all, the pool is open until 11pm, so we were able to enjoy the resort atmosphere at night even after sightseeing and dinner.

Although the rooms are small, they are still quite clean and tidy! The hotel breakfast is quite rich, yogurt and coffee, bread + bacon and cheese, very delicious. Honey is added to yogurt and coffee, which is natural and delicious. The front desk, room service and restaurant staff are very warm and friendly. There are many attractions and restaurants near the hotel. Food, accommodation and transportation are perfect

The hotel may be an old hotel, but overall it is relatively clean and the service is very friendly. The room is a little bit old, but acceptable, and it is relatively large. Breakfast is simple. The inconvenient traffic around may be a pain point, you need to walk 700 meters to the subway station.

This is a very nice hotel with the warm lifestyle of neighborhood. There are common places for communication and chill! Very comfortable rooms. I like breakfast, a lot of local Greek cuisine.

This is a very nice hotel with the warm lifestyle of neighborhood. There are common places for communication and chill! Very comfortable rooms. I like breakfast, a lot of local Greek cuisine.

The hotel has modern and luxurious construction. It is clean and well-kept, with a beautiful garden and modern amenities, next to the beach. Perfect for spring and autumn. The indoor pool is beautiful but while it is supposed to be a spa for relaxation, it gathers a lot of children who go to play.

The hotel is near the port of Rafina. There are many places to eat around it. You can also eat in the hotel lobby. The price is very affordable. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is acceptable, but there are not too many varieties.

I heard that there was a shuttle bus just beyond the airport's exit 5, but I couldn't find it, and when I called the hotel, I was told that I would have to wait an hour. I had no choice but to take a taxi, which cost 40 euros for the flat rate. Even though it was only about 10 euros away, it was a huge loss, even though my English skills were poor. When I asked the hotel for more details, I was told that the shuttle leaves the airport every 0:00 and the hotel every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day! The hotel is located on a hill near the subway station, two stops before the airport. There is nothing around! The facility itself is clean and has slippers, so it is easy to use!

We were here for two nights. We took two rooms for two with our daughter. The hotel is not new, but everything is great. Friendly staff. They will prompt and tell you everything. Not noisy, cozy. The hotel is somewhere between child-free and family-run. On our visit, probably about 80-90% were French. The housing itself feels like the style is hello my 90s, but!!! The room is clean, tidy, it’s clear that renovation was done not so long ago. The food is absolutely great!!! In general, the hotel evoked only positive emotions. There were also 7* hotels, pretentious ones, but here you can really relax, without stress. Sea, silence, food - Turks relax with a similar hotel style. I hope that if the concept doesn’t change, then when I’m in Athens, I’ll definitely stay here.

I really liked the hotel. Clean, new, modern, delicious breakfast. For those looking for a relaxing holiday. There is little entertainment. It would be more fun if there was music by the pool. Nevertheless, I really liked it, depending on what one expects from the hotel. There is no special entertainment around

The hotel is close to the sea, the scenery is very good, the surrounding area is a living area, the life atmosphere is very heavy and I like it very much. The suite is set, the room is large, the view is also very good, very satisfied with the experience of staying. It is not very far from the airport, very convenient and very cost-effective.

Very big room, big projector screen to watch Netflix or YouTube with a desktop computer avaliable, fast wifi no problems, good coffee machine, no keys required, call to get code to check in, helped order a taxi thanks.

The photos tied to this hotel is NOT the photos of the hotel. My cab from the airport did not know where this hotel located, got lost and left me across the street from the location. The woman that runs this place is a stickler and all she cares about is money. The door to the room, does not lock very well. The sliding door to the balcony also does not close very well. The room was very old fashioned. It was okay clean - I did see a worm crawling near the curtain next to the balcony door. Breakfast is a rip off. Too expensive for a couple slices of toast and one hard boiled egg, Don't get breakfast here. Was the room spacious? Yes, but I felt unsafe as the doors did not lock well. The decor and furnishings as mentioned were from the 50's. Overall, you can do better. Pick someplace else that will be closer to the beach. Also, this place is not very close to town, so you are better off renting a car or cabbing it to town. By the way, got stuck in that elevator, it took me to the basement and was stuck there for awhile. It's a death trap, don't use it.

Not satisfied 😔 I booked for free airport transfer, but after booking I was told that they couldn’t deliver it to the airport! The location of the hotel is very poor! If you have an early flight, you can only take a taxi to the airport! Although the facilities are complete, the service attitude is not satisfactory! The worst thing is that on the way there, there are no street lights on the whole street, it is very dark, there are dogs barking everywhere, and it is noisy when sleeping at night. The prices in a very remote small village are very high, even more expensive than living in the city center...

The hotel is located facing the quiet seaside and has several restaurants within a few to 10 minutes walk. The next day's flight was used early in the morning, but the taxi fare I booked was 25 euros one way. The road is a highway and a bent country road. Arrived in about 15 minutes. Away from the crowds and in the atmosphere of a rural area, the tiredness of the trip will be healed.
