When we arrived we told the receptionist that the room had a bad air conditioning, it was at 18 degrees. I told the receptionist about it twice, but she ignored it. The receptionist who attended to us at the beginning left the problem to the girl from the night shift, that is, to her colleague from the next shift, and on top of that she didn't say that there had been an incident for three hours or more, since they give me a room for people with disabilities, which seemed like a hospital room. I got angry and told her that I didn't want to stay there, that she should find a way to solve the problem. In the end they gave me one with independent beds, which was not what I had contracted 20 days in advance.

The rooms are quite comfortable and, although in the historic center, the insonorization was excellent. The only thing I liked less is that following a growing trend that allows cost cutting, human contact is almost completely eliminated, especially at the check-in/check-out level, since everything is done by email and codes. My husband forgot a polo in the room and when we returned the next day to know if they had found it, they told us that as the cleaning officers had already left it was impossible to know if they had kept it. In any case, and despite this, I recommend for the location, cleaning and distressing comfort.

Location is perfect walking distance to the center. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and good condition. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom was recently renovated in good size. The room has an open view to the square. Breakfast is good plenty of everything. The service of the hotel is friendly snd good.

The location is a bit inconvenient as it is a bit far from the city center of Sarria, but the owner is very friendly and the facilities were not bad. It was a pity that there was no hot pot to boil water in the room. The price comparison effect is recommended.

The room is very spacious and locates 8 mins from the cathedral, which is very convenient to go around the city. I stayed here for one night.
