Nice location, very convenient nice bedding etc however the bed frames and storage areas were very dusty. Also saw a few bed bugs which scared me away as I didn’t want to be infested with them when I go back home. I woke up to a bite on my face and on my finger.
If the beg bug issue was fixed everything else was fine
The price is cheap and the decoration is slightly old. The tram terminal is convenient for entry and exit. The price with breakfast is very good. It's a pity to get up early and go out without tasting.
I love everything about this hostel except the big guy was so rude. I don't know how to check in and made some mistakes, but the guy got angry and asked me to register again without any help. After few failed attempts, finally he help me to settle down. I wonder why at the 1dt place he didn't help instead of get angry. Very rude. The other reception was friendly
The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The service left a lot to be desired. The idea of the check-in machine is good in itself, if it worked. We couldn't check in because the machine said we had paid too much. We were always told to go to reception, but there was no one. If a nice lady hadn't told us that we could get help at the neighboring hotel, we would probably still be standing there today. The hotel itself was OK. Slightly reminiscent of a youth hostel, but it was clean.
I rented a single room. It took me 7 minutes to walk from the train station. And it took me 10 minutes to walk to the Heimtekstil exhibition. The room is small, but clean and modern. I don’t remember such perfect repairs! I even looked under the sink, it was perfectly clean. Everything was intact, no scuffs, everything worked. There is a dining room downstairs with delicious breakfasts. The girls at the reception helped me with all the questions I had. The exhibition is held every year, I will stay here. Thank you. The photo shows the view from my window.
The hotel seems to be very popular. It was very much loose. In the hotel lobby and in the gangs there is a lot of movement. However, I could quietly sleep. The hotel is in a very good location. There are free parking spaces in the courtyard.
The hotel location is very close to public transportation. The room is large and clean. It's auto check-in..you must do check-in and set room key-card by yourself on the touch screen..this is yet convenience when I forgot and left my key card in my room..I can set a new one by my self promptly at the front desk. About amenity..there are a bottle of 3 in 1 shampoo hand-soap baht-gel..and I didn't notice I thought it was hand soap. There was no drinking-water in a bottle in the room but there was a coffee-maker machine in the lobby. You can make a cup of hot cappucino for free. By overview..I do appreciate this accomodation.
This hotel is easy to reach if you are on the road by car. We are very friendly received by the receptionist, who had just had to do with water overloaded by a heavy weather. The room was beautifully clean, with fresh white beds made and a good bathroom. You have no trouble of traffic at night because the windows are soundproof. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The next time we come back.
Very Good

GGuest UserPerfectly good modern no-frills hotel. Room not huge but big enough and had all the facilities you would expect, ie. aircon, TV with plenty of channels (mostly German, obviously). Room and hotel very clean. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre but benefits from having the Ostbahnhof U-bahn station a few yards away. Here you can catch the U6 train into the centre (takes 10 minutes at most). If using the U-bahn and S-bahn systems, get a day ticket (7 euros) - otherwise it’s 3 euros 65 for a single journey.
GGuest UserThe facilities are neat and clean.
The room size was large for the price, so it was convenient to live in.
The tram station is close by and there is a supermarket nearby, so there was no inconvenience during my stay.
GGuest User3 minutes waking to the S Bohn station and takes around 15 minutes to Frankfurt HBf,
There is a REWE supermarket nearby, 5 minutes walk,
No water/drink or refrigerator in room, have to prepare by yourself. Check-in counter is only till 10pm, no room service.
It's better to have breakfast in supermarket than in Hotel.
CChengDanielI don’t know the hotel without toilet and bathroom. And the bathroom was so open. We can see each naked in bathroom. Luckily. Am not go with a girl friend. I don’t think it shown in booking. Believe trip .com should made a serious announcement on that.
