One of the best hotel stay in yunnan. The view was impeccable. The room was clean and all the basic necessities are provided. It is situated at walking distance from KMG railway station and easy to find. There are a lot of convenience store and restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The environment was great, both from the staff and the guests. Really made me, the only foreigner, feel comfortable among them. Also very close to the best value noodles place I have yet found in SE Asia, and to the Ancient Town, and provided a good value bike rental (very solid bike). Riding it along the ancient train itinerary was her highlight of my Jianshui visit. Highly recommend 👌

Dali is our favourite city of my yunnan trip. This hotel adds to it. The hotel is easy to find, just a few minutes car ride from the entrance of dali ancient city. Theres a lot of halal food reaturant and a halal bakery available nearby. The hostess is very friendly and she had suggested few halal hotpot restaurant that we can try. She also helped to bring our luggage to our room at the first floor during our check in.

The front desk is very welcoming, the hygiene is very good, and the front desk service is great. I didn't expect that the price and quality would surprise me. It's really nice. There is no noisy environment and the whole atmosphere is very nice. Very cute hostel just opposite the entrance to the old city. Very good location. Very friendly and helpful owner that gave me many good recommendations. Very nice terrace. Be aware that the yoga room is mostly used now for hanging clothes, but I was still allowed to practice on my own there, which was nice. I had the single room ”queen sunshine” with lots if natural light and in spite of being a bit old, very cutely decorated.

I stayed at this place in Xishuangbanna, and while it’s not exactly a traditional hotel, it felt more like a short-stay apartment rental. The room came with free pickup service from the airport or railway station, which was very helpful — although we did have to wait a little bit for the driver. A friendly lady eventually found us at the drop-off point near the building and took us to the room. There’s no reception or extra facilities — it’s just the room itself. The room is starting to show some signs of wear, but overall it was still comfortable and acceptable for a short stay. The location is actually great: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, making it easy to explore in the evenings. My stay happened during the Songkran Festival, so the whole area was full of energy, water fights, and celebrations. Because of this, my experience might be a little biased — things were messier and livelier than usual, but it added to the fun! If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place and don’t mind a no-frills experience, this is a good option — especially during festival time!

This hotel is a B&B. The hotel has a unique Chinese style, and the rooms are also Chinese-style. The price/performance ratio is already very high. The hotel is located in Tea Horse Ancient Town and is of relatively high-end quality in the area. The key is that the boss does it himself. If you have any problem, just say hello to the boss and he will solve it personally. It feels like home and is worth visiting again in the future.

Beautiful Traditional Inn with Thoughtful Host in Lijiang Ancient Town. I had a great experience at Huang Garden Inn (Grand Water Wheel). The host named Jack was amazing—he even picked me up and helped carry my luggage to the hotel, also when check out, which I truly appreciated! Although I couldn’t check in early because the hotel was fully booked, I still had a wonderful time exploring Lijiang Ancient Town, which is all within walking distance from the inn. The inn itself has beautiful traditional wooden decor, with the charming vibe of the old town. I especially loved the colourful bougainvillea flowers around the property—it added so much warmth and character. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the ancient city, close to attractions, yet peaceful. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting an authentic stay in Lijiang!

The room is clean and tidy, the boss is also enthusiastic, there are washing machines and refrigerators in the room, which is really convenient. This location is close to the Xingguang Night Market. I recommend friends to stay here when they come to Xishuangbanna. It is so convenient.
