The hotel is really well situated, close to the Ancient Town. From the Dali's Railway Station, you can take the bus 8 (~1h & ¥3). Electric scooters were available for rental (¥60 a day for one person) which makes it very convenient to visit Dali and access the Three Pagodas. You can also leave your baggage after check-out. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and there were hairs on the sheets and pillowcases, which was disgusting, but everything else was worth the price. The proprietress was nice, the inn facilities were very thoughtful, the details of the public areas were carefully arranged, the location was good, the price/performance ratio was high, and there were not so many bars in the ancient town to bother you when you go to bed at night.

The location is excellent, staff cooperation after check in was excellent too.... The hotel looks like it was a luxury hotel several years ago, and hadn't made any maintenance after it was established.the hotel has free airport pickup and drop off service. The room is a reasonable room according to the hotel's price ratio.Honestly my room television and room heater hasn't worked.i have informed whether it works or not, the reception said it will work.but it hasn't worked either.cold room The hotel's hot water pressure wasn't higher, very slow, if the hotel will make regular maintenance on its rooms and it's equipments, the hotel will be excellent then.

The hotel is placed strategically near the road so it’s easy for pick up and drop offs and there is no need to drag our luggages. Upon arriving the owner helped carry our luggages inside and even when we were leaving they helped to carry it again out. For Muslim travelers, there is a halal restaurant right next door! the food are so yummy! I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that is close to many attractions. Plus point for their wonderful service too. If i ever come back to Dali, I will stay here again! Thank you so much for the positive experience!

166 hotel lijiang old town 5/5 Truly Felt Like Home! The 166 Hotel in Lijiang is perfectly located in 'Gucheng' , the famous old town just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has a beautiful small 'garden' We also went to Shuhe Ancient city by taking Didi taxi 20 minutes. The facilities are exactly as described on the website, including a TV/movie projector. Our room was big, clean, neat, and comfortable, and we were very thankful that it was upgraded free of charge. We were also given a very early check in. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. What made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. The landlady is very caring, and together with her staff, they were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. She thoughtfully helped us arrange our short trip, including visiting Yulong Snowy Mountain and watching the Lijiang Romance Park show. She even personally showed us where to wait for the free shuttle bus to the show, which helped us save money. Thank you very much to the caring landlady and all the staff. Overall, the stay truly felt like home. Very highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!

The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel environment was elegant, with a pleasant aroma in the hallways. The room cleaning was thorough. The staff were always available, friendly, and provided an excellent experience! Fantastic value for money! The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of hot water and effective heating from the air conditioner. It's very close to the scenic spot, making it super convenient after a day of exploring. The check-in experience was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The host is kind and patient. Gifted flower cake and fruit upon checkin. Location is close to the main road so easy to get to. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Very warm during the colder months. Bed comfortable. Wifi is strong. Hot water is quick. Easy to walk to main attractions. Extended my stay. Will stay again.

The room facilities are a bit old, but it is still possible, the location is better, the 27th floor can see the scenery and night view of the river, comfortable! Service is OK, the price of dozens of dollars is very affordable, the shortcomings, towels and bath towels are disposable non-woven fabrics, not very easy to use.

This place was one of the best places I’ve ever been! Central, clean and just beautiful, I was impressed by the kindness of the owner and his family. I will return for sure and I hardly recommend it to who wants to go visiting Jainshui. Thank you to the owner and his family for hosting us!

Facilities: Very good, I liked that it was quiet. The bathroom was a bit small, and the lighting was a bit dim. Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was good and easy to adjust. The projector was also great, and the sound quality was excellent. Environment: Okay. Service: Decent.
