The hotel is really well situated, close to the Ancient Town. From the Dali's Railway Station, you can take the bus 8 (~1h & ¥3). Electric scooters were available for rental (¥60 a day for one person) which makes it very convenient to visit Dali and access the Three Pagodas. You can also leave your baggage after check-out. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Traveling with my parents is very good to find the facilities are quite complete and very clean. The bed is not bad. It is very convenient in the ancient town of Yiren. It is not too noisy at night. Overall, it is good.

I like this hotel because they provides airport transfers. During our stay there, the rooms was clean and nice. In the toilet there is no bidet tap which I found it a bit inconvenient. However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious. I prefer the fried rice and the mixed vegetables. It was a spacious dining hall and on that morning I notice so many guests having their breakfast with friends and family.

Please copy the hotel name in chinese character and search in Didi, we did it by English name and address in Trip.com and end up being scammed. Lesson learnt 😀. The family room is super spacious, there is halal restaurant just next door of the hotel. My husband loves the foods so much. The hotel location is very strategic, about +1.6km from Dali Old Town. We went to the old town day and night to explore different area & views. Of course visiting Erhai Lake was part of the plan.

166 hotel lijiang old town 5/5 Truly Felt Like Home! The 166 Hotel in Lijiang is perfectly located in 'Gucheng' , the famous old town just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has a beautiful small 'garden' We also went to Shuhe Ancient city by taking Didi taxi 20 minutes. The facilities are exactly as described on the website, including a TV/movie projector. Our room was big, clean, neat, and comfortable, and we were very thankful that it was upgraded free of charge. We were also given a very early check in. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. What made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. The landlady is very caring, and together with her staff, they were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. She thoughtfully helped us arrange our short trip, including visiting Yulong Snowy Mountain and watching the Lijiang Romance Park show. She even personally showed us where to wait for the free shuttle bus to the show, which helped us save money. Thank you very much to the caring landlady and all the staff. Overall, the stay truly felt like home. Very highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!

The whole room was very clean, a local guesthouse. The room environment was good, with a smart toilet and shower facilities, and it was relatively quiet at night. Overall, it was a great experience! I'll definitely book again next time!!! I got back a bit late, so I forgot to take pictures 😅 I highly recommend that smart toilet!!! They also provided disposable toilet seat covers.

The facilities are complete and brand new, showing no signs of aging and are very convenient to use. The staff are warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even offered to help with our luggage, demonstrating excellent service awareness. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city!

The room facilities are a bit old, but it is still possible, the location is better, the 27th floor can see the scenery and night view of the river, comfortable! Service is OK, the price of dozens of dollars is very affordable, the shortcomings, towels and bath towels are disposable non-woven fabrics, not very easy to use.

This place was one of the best places I’ve ever been! Central, clean and just beautiful, I was impressed by the kindness of the owner and his family. I will return for sure and I hardly recommend it to who wants to go visiting Jainshui. Thank you to the owner and his family for hosting us!

The room is beautiful and the location is good. If you are taking the southern train, take the DIDI from the accommodation for 16-20 yuan. In the morning, there is breakfast for sale downstairs. In the evening, it is like a night owl in Thailand. There are many restaurants around and it is easy to call a taxi.
