Guest UserLocation is close to the train station just within 5 minutes walking distant. There is a daily open supermarket. That's perfect.
The room looked claen but I was bitten by something to be suspected as bed bugs at night.
We bought Salzburg card at reception at rate lower than websites.
However staff is not very helpful. They did not tell us that you can get a free Guest Mobility Ticket during our stay. You need to ask. Also, we tried to scan QR code in the room to request room cleaning service but it requested us to sign in the apps. I asked the staff I failed to sign up the apps and the staff just asked me to go to the reception again in the next morning to request the cleaning and she was not willing to promote their company's apps.
Also, during our stay, seems like there were school activities and many kids stayed there. They played and layed on the corridor outside our room door at night even after 9 p.m. The kids were polite and let us way go inside but the door doesn't seem to be very well soundproofed. We can still heard their voice.

My stay at myNext Riverside Hotel Salzburg had a mix of pros and cons. While the hotel is next to the Salzburg Mülln-Altstadt station, it's a railway station, not a subway, so train services are infrequent. You can't assume convenient transportation just because the map shows it near a station. Walking to the city center, Old Town, or the fortress isn't very convenient, and the closest bus stop is about a 7 to 10-minute walk away. The hotel does provide free public transport tickets, which helps offset travel costs, but you still need to factor in walking and waiting times. Therefore, I'd rate the location 3/5.
The hotel is situated by the river, offering pleasant views. If you have plenty of time, you can enjoy a comfortable hour-long round-trip walk along the river to the Old Town. The common lounge has a shared kitchen and a large refrigerator that guests can use for free, which is great for preparing your own meals. For this reason, I'd give the facilities a perfect 5/5.
However, it's worth noting that behind our room was some dense foliage. On our second night, we found a large cockroach in the room. The bath towels had a musty smell, and the shower water flow and pressure in the bathroom were quite weak. So, cleanliness gets a 3/5.
On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and proactively recommended local restaurants and cafes, offering very useful suggestions. I'd give the service a full 5/5.
Overall, the hotel boasts excellent public facilities, a comfortable riverside view, and great service, but there's room for improvement regarding transportation convenience, in-room cleanliness, and bathroom water pressure.

Customer service with the daytime front desk staff were simply excellent! Staff Vanessa and Allen (think both are South American) were courteous; extremely helpful pertaining to our queries! The breakfast were also great, I simply loved their waffles and not forgetting to mentioned the breakfast lady who is a blonde middle aged who cannot really communicate in English but her mannerisms and Customer attentiveness were really 100%! Kudos to the Adlerhof staff who really made my stay at Salzburg most wonderful! Thanks

Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly.
There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room.
The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc.
If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!

I fall in love with Salzburg and I fall in love with this place. The staff were amazing and super helpful, stragically located near bus stop and salzburg main station. The free coffee is such a heaven... The room? Immaculate! and the toilet is clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this to my friend. Hop on the bus opposite of Pension Elisabeth and it will take you directly to the city centre.

We will choose to stay here because we want to visit Zer by the lake, but the cost of accommodation in that area is high. Search the neighboring city and find the interesting city of Kaplan. See online accommodation feedback. Stay in the cooperative hotel in the area for at least two nights. Summer card is provided free of charge. There are many free projects, so search for the JUFA Hotel Kaplan. There is a bus from Zerre on the opposite side of the hotel. There are many hotels in this area. It is a ski resort. There is a fast stream in front of the hotel to watch. We book a quadruple room with two seats. The space is smaller and crowded than expected, the suitcase can only be half opened, we are driving by car, parking is free, breakfast is very rich, long grain bread is delicious, I am impressed, I heard that the restaurant's buffet dinner is good, but not enjoyed. The next day we stayed, we took the summer card and went directly to the famous 3K cable car nearby, but something went wrong. We were three big and one small, and the summer card was made into two big and two small. Therefore, when we want to take the second self-funded cable car, we have to make up the difference between the adults in the previous section and return to the hotel. Please help the counter lady to change, we will have four new summer cards replaced later. When we first checked in, the counter lady asked us if we had to pay the room rate and city tax first. We chose to pay first, but we have not given the receipt yet. When we checked out on the last day, the counter lady told us that we had not paid for the room. Later, the counter lady told us to remake the summer card for us, so the record shows that we have not paid the room rate, and apologize to us. Therefore, we learned two lessons. First, we all choose to pay the room rate after check-out. Second, get the summer card, Be sure to check if the data on the summer card is correct.
