2-Star Hotels in Illinois, United States

The hotel provides a great experience for travelers. The team at reception was attentive and efficient. My room had modern furniture and a very comfortable layout. Breakfast was fresh and filling each morning. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The lobby area looked great, but once you get past that it’s very dated. I can only describe it as a feeling of stepping into your grandmas house, with outdated carpets, old smells and the rooms in General could do with a revamp. Bathtub in the room is a good addition however you can’t use it as it doesn’t come with a stopper.

The room is clean and hygienic, and it is relatively large. Generally speaking, the environment is quite quiet, and there is no noise at night. The only thing that is not perfect is the breakfast. The number of samples is relatively small. Fortunately, there are ham sausages, eggs, bread, milk, and you can make your own waffles.

Breakfast is normal, basic style, you can eat, there is parking space, the room is large, suitable for the whole family to travel, but you must drive yourself, it is convenient, go to each shoppingmall, the restaurant is not far!

Good value for money with good location and services. This hotel also validates your parking which is a plus , especially for hotel in downtown. Definitely will come back

This was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. Even as a solo female traveler I felt quite safe in the hostel premises. They had plenty of events, I joined a couple of walking tours in which i learned a lot and made new friends. The shared areas are super big and very convenient. The location is excellent. If I ever need to go back to Chicago I'll stay here for sure.

Check-in was a bit slow, but was nice of them to let us check-out later than 11am. Very nice rooms and I was hopping for better TV channel selections. The breakfast in the morning was ok. I was surprised at how small the plastic plates were. Can put anything. Other than that, it was very nice.

Business trip or travel Generally, when traveling on business or travel, you will arrive at the hotel right away with your luggage, but occasionally you will encounter problems. Ctrip always solves the problems as soon as possible. I have to praise it. The service is really thoughtful! Hahahahaha good, keep it up! 😌

The price is very high, close to O'Hare International Airport, the hotel's own parking lot is large and free. Close to the expressway entrance, will come again next time on business trip. Chicago is too cold in winter.
