Hotel in a very good location for travelers from Pyrzowice airport. Cleanliness in the room at a very high level.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth the price of accommodation considering the issue of amenities. The lack of a small fridge and kettle in the room of a hotel of this class is a big minus.
The room decor is neat, but the quality is cheap.
The service is bland. Reception staff not very enthusiastic about their work. Check-in was quick, however.
During our stay there was heavy snowfall, we were shocked that no one took care of clearing the area in front of the hotel for 2 days and thus the safety of the hotel guests was not taken care of.

The hotel has a large parking lot and parking is very convenient.
The hotel has no place to be picky.
But the front desk is not familiar with the booking content. We have paid the room rate but let us pay again. Explained for a long time and wasted 20 minutes.

The room is small, the big suitcase can't be spread out, a single bed, a business trip for one night, it is not convenient to live more. But the breakfast is not bad, the variety is quite rich, the homemade waffles are delicious.

Ctrip has no breakfast choice, but the hotel can directly increase breakfast. You can pay by credit card.
The hotel lobby is divided into several different areas. There is a large breakfast room, which becomes a small bar at night, which is very lively. The other area is quieter and similar to reading a book inside.
Going out is the pedestrian street. It is said that summer is very lively.
There is a beautiful church at the end of the road.

However, it is a bit far from Katowice Central Bus Station, so you have to take a bus to get there!
There is a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door, so it is good for buying snacks
The only downside is that it is connected to the next room with an iron door that does not open, so there is no soundproofing at all. It felt like we were just living together with one door.
