Great location along of the major streets of the city with lots of restaurants and business establishments. The room has the amenities and I really appreciate the shuttle service to the nearby airport.

The room was basic, but for the price paid it was fine. The shampoo in the bathroom was empty during my nights stay which was a shame. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the communal areas. The tiled floors were filthy and covered in clumps of hair and dead insects. Inside the room, cleanliness was better, but there was still stains and marks on furniture and the walls. Staff were kind and allowed me to have my breakfast at a later time than I’d booked.

Really nice resort. Clean, modern, several beautiful pools which were never very full and the staff is incredible. They help in any way they can, including arranging for a last minute boat tour for us well outside of their usual hours and seemed happy to make it work (add the guides they work with are fantastic too). It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay overall.  The one issue is the food, they put a lot of effort into it and have a very large breakfast buffet every day, but the food just isn’t that good. There's one restaurant in the resort and there aren’t many (any?) other food options in the area, so it’s pretty relevant. The food is a bit bland or with strange flavor combinations. And worse, it takes a comically long time to get served, even if just a sandwich, and it’s usually cold when it comes. This happened at all 4 of the meals we had there outside of breakfast.  But... It honestly didn't bother us that much. Partly bc we're not big foodies, but more importantly, bc the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone goes out if the way to make sure you get everything you want and then some. I hope they can fix the food issues and this place would be 5 star

Cleanliness: 9/10 The room was clean, nice, and tidy. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets smelled freshly laundered, and the floor and furniture were spotless. Cleanliness is highly maintained not just inside the room, but also in the hallways and other public areas. They do housekeeping every day, change the towels regularly, and always make sure your hygiene kit is fully stocked. The only issue I had was on my first day—the room wasn’t prepared according to my request, possibly due to an oversight. I had to be transferred to another room, and while it didn’t smell very pleasant at first, it was still clean overall. Location: 10/10 If you're looking for a peaceful place with a great view but still not too far from the city center, this is perfect! It’s not far from the airport and is surrounded by restaurants, drugstores are near, small stores for cheap things to buy, nearby malls, and groceries—but then the area isn’t crowded. It strikes a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Btw, if you are just travelling for leisure (DIY),renting a motor to go around is much cheaper than getting a tricycle Service: 10/10 I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, traveling alone. The staff made me feel really comfortable and were always ready to help with anything I needed—from check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Filipino hospitality was truly evident here (Im a Filipino). Special shoutout to the restaurant staff who served breakfast and other meals—they were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. Amenities: 10/10 Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle—it was very helpful and convenient. Since I was also attending to some paperwork during my stay, I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities in between. Definitely worth the price. I’ll surely come back!

The location was in the center and public transpo was conveniently accessible. The bed was comfy, room size was acceptable, good running water. Housekeeping staffs were prompt. The staffs in the bkfast restaurant were not friendly, lacking in greeting the guests. The pool was small.

Stayed for 4D3N in a 4 Bed Mixed Dormitory for S$32.92 (After Voucher Discount). Pros: - Room: Clean and decent. Plenty of space to open the bags and pack as need be. - - Laundry: There is a free washing machine & spin dryer (Rudimentary, hence it will take awhile / don't expect your clothes to dry 100%) - Breakfast: Breakfast is included and decent - Location: Close to the Main Street but far enough away that the Hostel is relatively quiet - Front Desk Tours / Bookings: Front Desk can answer all your questions and help with any tour bookings. You just need to book with them the night before Cons: - Noisy: The rooms have a ”mesh window” hence if people are noisy in the corridor, you will hear them in the room - Airflow: Airconditioning is decent but not very strong hence will have to turn on both the aircon and the fan. Once you close your curtains, you won't feel it - Humidity / Laundry Area: Given the humidity, the items don't actually dry properly in the laundry area. Suggest to bring your own clothes line / hangers and hang them in the room as it will dry much faster - Hot Water / Showers: There is a shared bathroom (Which was much cleaner and hotter water) than the ladies' only bathrooms (Which had no hot water when I tried) Would recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to stay

This place is fantastic! Location-wise, it’s really great. It’s very near the city’s commercial establishments and great restaurants - 5-minute drive on average. It’s also near the airport. The neighborhood in which it is in is very quiet and peaceful. So if you want a place that’s very accessible but still in a quiet location, this hotel is for you. I also would like to commend the staff - they’re all very warm and friendly. They were very accommodating and gladly answered all our questions about our travel. This hotel has a resort vibe so you really get to relax. It has great amenities, a lovely pool, and a relaxing main reception hall with a billiard table and comfy couches. It also has an in-house restaurant which is great for those who don’t want to go out to dine. Our room was very clean, cozy and surprisingly large for its price. We would definitely book this place again when we visit Puerto Princesa in the future. Definitely worth the price! 🫶

The best thing about this hotel is its beachfront location, offering spectacular views and a charming atmosphere. Although there are a few minor maintenance issues, the hotel is a gem—beautiful and cozy. The price is quite reasonable, and the staff's attention is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The sunsets and the experience of watching the tide come in and out are unforgettable. I give it a 10 out of 10.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right on the beach in the letter P, along the highway, which is also the central road of the city. On the sides there are rooms, at the end of the “legs” there are rooms with an exit and views of the sea, we were visited in one of these rooms (No. 10). Immediately upon check-in, we saw a sign with tour options, in the city they offer four types, we chose tours A and B from the hotel, you can get to Puerto Princesa (700 pesos per person). There is no water in the room, but in the restaurant there is a cooler where everyone runs to fill up bottles, at the reception they sell water for 100 pesos for 1.5 liters, near the market water is sold for 70 for 2 liters (at 7-11 in Manila the same amount costs 46 pesos). The room has soap, shampoo in bags, toothbrushes, toothpaste, they are provided once upon arrival, but it will last for three days, and I already carry my own shampoo and conditioner. The plumbing was a bit old, the sink was broken in one place, but overall it didn’t bother us. Instead of a blanket there was a sheet, and at night I froze a little, then I started sleeping in a T-shirt. I should note that on the last day I discovered bites on myself - I still don’t know whether there were bugs in the pillow (but then I would have been bitten all three days), or whether I was bitten by plankton in the shallow water where I was sitting in water until night. Breakfast from 7 to 10, rice, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, two types of meat, cucumber water, pancakes, bananas, coffee, tea. Not very varied, but the hot food was different every day, we ate our fill, everything was filling. The first morning we left on time and all the food was already standing, the second time we left on time again, but waited another 15 minutes for food, while the staff was giggling in the main building. The beach is shallow, 4 sun loungers and two hammocks. There are people on the beach either in the morning or in the late afternoon, there is no rush. The water was shallow and reached the buoys and up to the knee. At night the tide is low and if you look out of the room, and we are looking at the water five meters away, there is no water. Overall we liked the hotel and would be happy to come again. On the right and left there are hotels costing 20 thousand per night and I don’t understand why they overpay so much.

WWinnieIt was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was reasonable here with tea/coffee, pastries. The front desk was not the friendliest of people & I was charged 800php for a lost key card , which I thought was pretty steep. Location was quite good as we wanted to be close to Tao Expeditions. The driver that picked us up from hotel did not help us with luggage at all, we dragged it through bumpy /rocky roads from airport to carpark and then to the hotel. Didn’t offer or lift a finger to help. But it had a great view from the breakfast roof top.

GGuest UserThe service staff is very friendly, and the location is very convenient. You can walk to the busiest street in town and the seaside! The twin room we booked is facing the sunset, so it is very convenient to watch the sunset from the room. The room is big, but you just need to pay attention to whether there are mice...

AAnonnJust okay. If you’re looking for somewhere to rest I suggest you find another place. It’s close to the highway and is pretty much noisy all the time. In addition to that, the housing cleaning staff are also VERY NOISY. They start working very early in the morning and I know this by the loud chatter in the hallway every single morning. At random times throughout the night you’ll also hear hear loads of outbursts as well. Just very noisy, almost no peace. Breakfast was okay. The receptionist, the server and the driver were quite nice

GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 10-15 minutes from the city center, walking along a busy street. The hotel has many stairs. MANY. In our case, we had a room on the fifth floor, which involved climbing 100 steps from the bar, which is accessed after climbing two floors (the first to the reception, and then to the second). Breakfast has eggs made at the moment, (few) fruits, toast and a few other things. It is annoying that they put bananas and mangoes on a counter but say they are not available for breakfast, and that only pineapple and watermelon are the fruits of breakfast. The toaster is small for the amount of people there is and does not have a hot / cold water dispenser, which requires having to ask a third party to, when they have time, refill the glass of water or add water for tea. It is surprising that a hotel in a beach city charges a fee for lending a beach towel (100 PHP). That said, the room was not bad, provided services needed, the reception staff was helpful and helpful.
