It is a standard express hotel with a large room. The surrounding area is a bit like an outlet village with many shopping shops. However, some facilities in the room are damaged. For example, the knob for adjusting the water outlet in the bathroom is broken, so it can only flow from the shower head and cannot be changed to the top shower outlet.
I had an amazing 4 nights staying here with my friend. A warm welcome from everyone and given good advice by the manager who was very helpful (sorry cannot remember the spelling of his name), giving tips and showing us places we may like to visit and how to get there.
Rooms are beautiful, with a lovely bathroom and large shower.
Roof top - beautiful and very relaxing.
Breakfast - Beautiful coffee, breads, jams, yogurt and fruits every morning and plenty of.
Cannot fault anything about our stay and only have 1 suggestion. Consider having a small kettle available for visitors to rent to enable warm drinks in the room. Missed being able to make a drink in the morning and at night. Other than that everything was perfect.
Incredibly beautiful Riad. There is a wonderful terrace on the roof with views of the city and the ocean. Very pleasant and caring staff. Thank you for the hospitality ♥️
Riad left a very pleasant impression. Very successful location – near the parking, easy to find and all the necessary objects and sights were nearby. The decoration of the rooms is thoughtful and comfortable, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Attention to the tiny things is noticeable in everything: from the tiny details of the interior to the care of the guests. The bed was comfortable, which guaranteed a good sleep and the plumbing worked without complaints. I also wish to mark the kind and attentive staff. Thank you.

The hotel is on a beautiful street. It is a beautiful courtyard in a local home in Marrakech. There is a banana tree in the center of the courtyard. The hotel is 3-5 minutes' walk from the famous Bacha cafe (Pictures 4, 5, 6). The homeowner helped us take a taxi to the train station, which solved the problem of not being able to take a taxi at night.
Because we are going to nearby Essaouira, we need to have breakfast at 7:30 in the morning. The hotel owner was very considerate and prepared a rich breakfast early in the morning. Their homemade jams and yogurt are great!
Dinner is very popular and needs to be booked in advance.

LLilyThe room has a bathtub, and because it is not connected, it is very quiet. The breakfast is also rich and very Moroccan. The service is also very good, but it is a bit difficult to find
FFarahWe had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was!
Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations.
The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too!
What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay.
The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.
SSarahThe staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.
PpixietreatsThe service is superb! We availed the airport pickup to get to the Riad easily. We arrived around 2100 but they waited for us to serve our dinner. Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.
Mmattie graceThe hotel is clean, the workers are all very kind and helpful... when I checked in I asked if I could stay 1 more night so they helped to do this and then gave me a larger room for free, because I was staying a extra night.
They helped to bring my bags up with the elevator and showed me to my room. I felt very safe staying here also as a female who was staying alone.
The place has nice Moroccan touchs like the detail on the doors / door ways, light fixtures... etc
Sorry forgot to take any photos, but here is a screenshot of a video I sent to show someone what my room looked like.
I was originally nervous about the cleanliness from the reviews on here, but it was nice and clean and they will clean the room daily if you are gone or if you are there if you would like them to around 2-3 pm
It had a small fridge in the room, a vanity / desk, Tv with local channel + the usual.
AAnonymous UserVery friendly and welcoming staff, the room is spacious. The hotel is near the city center train station, McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks. It is very cheap to take a taxi to the attractions. The hotel swimming pool is also very wide. I can't believe that this hotel is only 40 pounds.
YYUEFirst of all, Google ’s location is inaccurate. Look for wow, look for wow ... There are pictures of the hotel exterior, but you still ca n’t find them, because all the houses in Morocco are the same, all are red and the same height, all three or four floors , Ask the locals who can't tell the way! It ’s been a long time on a hot day. In fact, the hotel ’s location is located two or three streets across Google. It takes a ten-minute walk. I finally found it by typing in the hotel ’s English name. The uncle at the front desk was kind and friendly. Sign up and write left hand ✍️! The room is not big, the air-conditioned toilet TV is everything, why write the air conditioner first? Because the window of the room is facing the patio, the room is particularly hot ... Let the air conditioner sleep ... The breakfast is under the ground. When I went to breakfast, another waiter at the front desk said to wait five minutes. In fact, I thought that the breakfast location was Well, then I took out my cell phone and let him see that it was already 7:10. Could breakfast be opened at 7:15? ? Breakfast is rich in Moses, there are several types of Moroccan pie, the plate is very delicate with bumps, as well as fried eggs, coffee, tea and fruit juice. It is worth mentioning that the sugar cubes for the coffee are all packed in French porcelain. It's very beautiful, not the kind of small sugar bag in the bag, and the large spoon to pick the sugar also feels very good .... The hotel photo looks very beautiful, but it is actually part of that building. There may be several in this building. I ca n’t find a hotel that can be typed in by Google: Ambassador Hotel is in the same building as this one. In the end, the hotel ’s special chandeliers are very beautiful. The inside and outside are also beautiful ....
XXiaoxuan3490Morocco navigation positioning has a deviation of tens of meters, so according to the navigation is to circle nearby, not only us, but also the local driver who came to pick us up the next day.
In fact, it is convenient to write, from the entrance of the city wall to the right side of the alley, see the picture.
It should be considered a homestay, call the boss in advance, otherwise there may be no one. In fact, there is no early morning, but the room is still very good to sleep. Except for us, all the young people live. After all, the price is only 300 yuan.
Note that you must change some local currency at the airport first. There are many small shops around the place, and you can also eat late.
