A hoover is included in the room, so there is no need for everyday cleaning by the team. We hoovered and cleaned the floor with the wipes they provided. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The only downside could be the thin walls; however, it is a quiet neighbourhood, and we had quiet people staying next door and upstairs, so it was no problem at all."

The place is clean and tidy, the shared toilet, the shared bathroom, are very clean. Towels and toothbrushes are provided. Free access. Just ordering flat shop offers the wrong gender space When booking, it is female-only, but the space for men is provided. The store owner assists in special arrangements and handles the successful check-in by himself

The JR Clement Inn is next door to the train station which is very nice if you're in town due to the Shimanami Kaido trail. Given the price point of the hotel, it delivers. They offered free drinks in the evening, including sake, and while we did not have their breakfast buffet, it appeared to be very good. Rooms were clean and spacious and location is very tough to beat.

Pros: Breakfast was great and getting it included was not too expensive. Location is pretty good, just 4 min was from nearest tram station and walkable to many restaurants and Matsuyama Castle. Cons: room was a bit dusty and the bathroom had a bad smell.

This hotel isn't far from Matsuyama Station. The airport bus drops you off right across from Ehime Shimbun-sha, which is convenient. While it's not as lively as the main streets, it's only a short walk to Matsuyama Station. On the day I left, it was raining, so I was glad I didn't have to drag my suitcase onto the streetcar. The room was small, but generally clean. The only downside was the lack of a vending machine on the floor; I had to go to the convenience store across the street for drinks. The hotel's price is moderate, making it suitable for those who prefer a quiet stay over shopping.

Staying in Comfort Hotel Matsuyama was one of the best experiences I had for my trip in Shikoku. Here are what I like about it: 1. Spacious room and new facilities (the hotel smells good as well haha) 2. Excellent location with nearby tram & train stations and 7-11 stores. 3. Great breakfast & friendly staffs. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Matsuyama.

I was very impressed with this hotel as I had read some reviews that mentioned it is a little older than the average property but it was sparkling clean with lovely facilities and guest rooms. The location is perfect for visiting the three famous onsen hot springs facilities and the hotel actually provide special clothing to make visiting the onsens easier and more authentic. Parking is available for a fee and there is a small restaurant/bar onsite. This is a ripper of a hotel.

The hotel is very new and clean inside. It’s conveniently located near AEON, and the parking area is spacious. There are many restaurants around and two large supermarkets nearby. I stayed here for three nights during my business trip in the area. The front desk staff were friendly, but I wish they had given clearer instructions about the elevator, laundry, breakfast, and public bath. If you come to Imabari for business or sightseeing, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

We had a super warm welcome by the owner couples.They are the nicest and inspiring people I ever met!The house is clean and you can find skillful crafts everywhere in it.We had everything we needed.There are manga books in English and Japanese gimmick toys for leisure.Three types of bedrooms all is spacious and cozy.Location is perfect,beautiful sea view from the kitchen window. Beach is steps away.Neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Another JR Clement hotel along the way of our cycling Shikoku which is met with the same quality level as expected. Great location, clean room and excellent staff services. We arrived the hotel at around 12:30pm. Although check in time should be 3pm but we are given the room after a hard day riding in the rain. Good value for money too. Breakfast is very good, just what we need to finish off our last leg back to Matsuyama.
