The hotel is situated near the shri baidyanath dha m temple being conveniently accessible. The quality was good, though not so delicious. The staff behavior and hospitality was satisfying. The premium room was spacious and well equipped, overall hotel is clean and well maintained. The negative point is that the hotel has a salaried panda (pandit) for free service and they recommend it. Please don't fall into this. It was an enjoyable stay and recommend.

Room was smaller but Food was great. They provided free Airport Drop too. Door Locking system was odd as it needed punching of Card twice due to which twice my Door remain unlocked.

It’s an awesome hotel, very close to railway station, thought they did not arrange pickup from railway station inspite of complementary arrangement. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. The bar and restaurant is good. Breakfast is above average

GGuest UserRanchi doesn’t have too ***y top tier hotels. This hotel is actually underrated and for the price per night offers a really comfortable stay. I stayed for 1 night and found the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport. For anyone looking for a decent stay on a budget, this is a great option in Ranchi!

GGuest UserTake the airport facing rooms, if you are on a relaxing trip this winter. Yes, the tariff is high. But the sun warmed q-size bed - and the view (with occasional aircrafts taking off and landing) - gives value for money. The writing table with ergonomic chair makes the room bit cramped. However, this amenity is a plus for the biz guests. Another attraction is the 5th floor restaurant, where you laze about soaking the sun after a hearty veg breakfast. Non-veg is room service - recommend the chicken soup. Ground floor has a coffee and cake bistro. A caring management provides heater at no extra cost. Hotel green acres lives up to its star rating.

GGuest UserLocation and service of hotel is good, while food service is not upto the mark due to lack of staff even if a big group or in rush hour services are highly effected due to lack of staff. In morning kitchen starts at 7 am they will not entertain before that even it is a tourist/pilgrimage. In room no facilities for kettle and tea bags which is common in these level of hotels. Otherwise in cleanliness, parking etc. It is a good hotel.
