The 1 bedroom holds a triple bunk each with twin size mattresses and a rollaway cot which can be used if needed. The living room has two fold out couches. One is your traditional style fold out couch & one is a IKEA folding couch (very cozy). One is full size and one is a queen. Both fit two adults each.
