Very good value for the price, lgbtq friendly, well located nearby the beach. My first room was a bit funny with this round bed but then I changed to a more normal one, bright and comfortable

The location of the hotel is close to the sea. 200 meters from the sea. It's a small hotel and the rooms are small. There is no smoking in the room, there is a small balcony where you can smoke. After staying for two days, no one did hygiene. If you don't have any requirements, you can live there. The price/performance ratio is not high. However, accommodation in Israel is more expensive. Consumption is not cheap.
The location is very good, next to the light rail station, which makes it easy to reach many locations. The economy room is not big and with an inner window facing parking, which means it can't have really sunlight. But with the price I can't complain.
Cleanliness of the hotel can be improved. . When I check in the afternoon of 30/11 , the receptionist was very nice girl. But in the evening there is another girl, who just wants to talk on the phone, giving me the feeling that I was bordering her., even though I just ask a few questions.
Breakfast was really fresh and satisfying.

The pluses are undoubtedly located to the embankment 10 minutes walk, to the stations 30 minutes walk. The room has a refrigerator, a teapot and even a cooking tile and all the necessary dishes, everything is in good condition. The apartments were quite spacious for three people, a double bed in a separate room and a layout sofa bed in the kitchen area (it is also the parish). The owner contacted Ottsap, all asked us and all explained how to get to the apartments.
The main minus is the noise from the street, buses and trash car early in the morning, and in the evening it is a cafe.
In general and in general everything liked!

Seaside hotel, as its name suggests, it is very close to the seaside in a straight line 100 meters. The room is mainly blue, more casual. No desk, not suitable for business people 😭
The front desk service is very friendly, breakfast is on the first floor, there are not many choices, but the lobby is not bad for hot coffee 24 hours.

Good hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Located perfectly - in a minute from the building a 24-hour shop, and in a couple of seconds a shop where you can buy this map. 10-15 minutes walk to the central street, as much as to the beach)
The only minus - immediately at the arrival was broken the curtain for the curtains in the room (it was not possible to move the curtain because of this), during all the time of arrival it was never repaired.
The room is small, just enough to sleep, but the hostel is just like that. As a hostel, the conditions are already very good, clean, and everything should be there. The lobby bar is large, the restaurant staff are relatively indifferent, there is a parking lot at the door, and the hotel is It's on the edge of Tel Aviv's largest art district, 15 minutes walk to the sea.

Very Good
GGuest UserVery new hotel/ hostel with cool design! The reception is great ! What's more, the celebration on Hanukkah in the evening with desserts and candlelight is fun :)

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is fantastic, right by the sea with direct access to the beach, which was a great plus. The food was excellent as well. The rooms were fairly clean, though a bit small. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the reservation – an overcharge due to a registration error. While the booking site was helpful and courteous, the hotel itself was unwilling to address the mistake or offer any form of compensation. Overall, while the location and amenities were impressive, the management's handling of the billing issue was disappointing.
AAvi Rose,This hotel is part of the LOGINN hotel network and one of the good ones. The location in Ben Yehuda st. 180m from the beach is nice, however please notice the street is under endless renovations affecting both the road and the pavement, for example quite difficult to get a taxi to the exact address.
Parking on the street is almost impossible, if you're traveling with a car, please store your car in one of the nearby parking garages - can be 100 NIS per day.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was spotless and in a good conditon
GGuest UserThe accommodation has wooden floors and is decorated in cream and brown tones. It's near a convenience store and has key card access to the building, making it secure. The bathroom experiences a bit of splashing when showering, and there's no heater. Overall, it's good. If you book and pay in cash in advance, there's no deposit required 😊
GGuest UserSo thrilled with my selection of the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect. In the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect walkable location. The breakfast is remarkable. Something for everyones desires. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but in Tel Aviv one is meant to be out to enjoy this amazing city, not inside your room. I would go back there on my next trip which I hope will be soon.
AAvi RosePerfect location for me, no car needed in any case you won't find parking around and the roads around it are always blocked. Rooms had been recently refurbished and numbered in a way which makes sense.
Be aware there is no reception, for me it's a plus:) though an elevator exists, not all rooms/floors are fully accessible - so if you need full accessibility make sure you tell them before hand so you'll get the appropriate room.
GGuest UserBreakfast is ok, can add an extra bed. The hotel is located opposite the US Embassy branch near the beach and a 20-minute bus ride to the city.
GGuest UserIt was all wonderful! Reception desk with amazing service - Russian young lady and a guy that stays late at night are above and beyond. Breakfast at my last day wasn't great - missing items, attendant is a bit rude/crisp... but aside from that, all good. It's petit/boutique style, comfortable, great shower!
