It's really great to find such a high-value hotel in this location. The lovely lady at the front desk was so thoughtful; seeing that we had a child, she upgraded us to a family room for free. Although the decor is a bit old, the room is very spacious, cozy, and clean. A special thanks to the kind front desk staff – we'll definitely stay at your hotel again next time we visit Nanjing!

I'm absolutely captivated by the design and service at Andaz Hotel! The lobby is elegant and stylish, with trendy design elements everywhere – perfect for snapping some great photos. It truly embodies the concept of a 'hidden gem in the city.' The room facilities are smart and thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and a super comfortable central air conditioning system. There's even a reading bar in the public area, which is perfect for relaxing. When checking in, the front desk staff addressed me by name, and I could also borrow a charger. Any issues were resolved efficiently, making for a stay that felt both secure and comfortable. My experience was absolutely top-notch!

The service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. The room itself was exquisite and very modern. The overall environment was elegant and comfortable. The mini-fridge was restocked daily, and they provided 'Baishui Mountain' bottled water, always replenished. The toiletries were also great. Overall, the experience felt on par with a five-star hotel – small but refined, I really loved it! It's also very close to the attractions. Highly recommend!

My room is on the 2nd floor, so I got to stay in a separate building right in the middle of a charming neighborhood full of old houses. The area turned out to be really nice, with lots to see and do. The only minor issue is that there’s no elevator in this building, which makes it a bit difficult to move the luggage. The hot water is a bit slow to come, but once it does, it works fine.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dayoujing and is easy to find. There's also a small shopping mall downstairs. The hotel occupies floors 42 to 49; the entire building houses various hotels on different floors, which means there's a constant flow of diverse guests. The rooms with a view are decent; being on a high floor, you can get a glimpse of the city lights at night, though there isn't really a 'scenic' view to speak of. Hotel service was average. When I called the front desk for extra water, they informed me there's a hotel policy of only providing four bottles per day, which was not stated on the booking page. However, the room itself was clean and quiet, which was a definite plus.

Hotel near Universal Dinosaur Park/Changzhou Olympic Sports Center,Changzhou
GGuest User 2025.08.31
This trip to Changzhou was full of pleasant surprises! The Yuncheng Yiju Hotel, in particular, far exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the amenities were modern. The service was incredibly attentive too. Its location was very convenient, not far from any of the attractions, and offered excellent value for money! The most exciting part was that if you buy a ticket to Changzhou Dinosaur Park right now, you also get a free ticket to the Water Park! One ticket for two amazing parks – what a fantastic deal! The immersive dinosaur-themed attractions and shows at Dinosaur Park made us feel like we'd traveled back to the Jurassic period, and the Water Park was a perfect summer paradise for water fun. Both adults and children had such a blast they didn't want to leave! On the second evening, we visited the Cultural Plaza. Not only was the architecture stunning and perfect for photos, but we also caught a free outdoor concert! The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Enjoying local delicacies while listening to the music instantly filled me with a sense of pure travel bliss! I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Changzhou. Everything was well-planned, allowing us to have a blast without any worries. I'll definitely be back!

This is our go-to spot every time we visit Suzhou, thanks to its excellent location, refreshing showers, and elegant room ambiance. Day or night, the hotel's sign acts like a beacon, guiding us safely and clearly. For these reasons, I really don't want to rate it too low. However, the hotel's facilities are simply not on par with 5-diamond or luxury hotels. The service here is purely transactional—guests check in, guests leave, no fuss, no farewell—which makes it hard to give them high marks!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Subway Line 6 (which takes you to Huqiu and the Master of the Nets Garden) and a bus stop are right outside. It's just a 400-meter walk to the Suzhou Museum and 500 meters to the Humble Administrator's Garden, with Lion Grove Garden and Pingjiang Road also a short distance away. The hotel itself is quite new, very clean, and the rooms are a good size. We stayed in a room facing the street, and it was incredibly quiet thanks to the clever double-paned windows. The interior design is very unique and charming; even just sitting in the courtyard is a lovely experience. Their coffee and drinks are also quite good. Finally, I have to mention the excellent and attentive service – they were always quick to respond to WeChat messages and resolve any issues. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied; it's my first time writing such a detailed review!

As someone with very high standards for accommodations, this hotel truly won me over! First off, the cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room was spotless, the sheets and duvet covers were pristine, and even the remote control had been wiped sparkling clean with a disinfectant wipe, which made me feel incredibly at ease. The soundproofing was also excellent; with the windows closed, I couldn't hear any outside noise, allowing me to sleep wonderfully at night. What surprised me the most was the breakfast. There was a huge variety, with both Chinese options like congee, noodles, rice, and Western choices like bread and coffee. They even had freshly cooked noodles and wontons, which tasted as good as what you'd find at a local breakfast spot. The staff were all very enthusiastic. Whether it was Xiao Lu at the front desk or the cleaning aunties, they'd always greet you, and any requests were handled quickly. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends; it's genuinely worth revisiting multiple times!

CChuntianrannaifenBooked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel because I wanted to try out this style, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience. The only minor drawback was that the location was a bit hard to find at first; after parking the car at the entrance of Pingjiang Road, we had to walk a distance, and the ground was uneven, which made it a bit challenging with luggage. On the day of check-in, the front desk surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which was a really pleasant surprise. The front desk staff also had an excellent attitude, making us feel very well taken care of. Additionally, upon check-in, thoughtful touches like small cookies, fruit, yogurt, and a welcome card were provided. These little details really enhanced the experience. The only thing is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't know how to operate it, or if it was designed that way. It would have been perfect if the lighting brightness could be adjusted.

LlwkengWe booked the family room with 2 king bed room for our whole trip in Nanjing and the hotel truly is not disappointing. The hotel is very clean and close to the Laomendong attractions. All are within walking distance. Nearby attractions are also a lot and easily reachable in short distant. Food and restaurant is not a problem. The room has all the amenities and most importantly free laundry service is available which is important for my family travel for longer days as we do not need to bring a lot of clothes. The owner is friendly and provided suggestions to our places to visit as well. Breakfast is inclusive. Even though simple, good enough to start for the day without needing to look for food before going out. Overall a good and pleasant experience with our stay.

GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

MM224225****It's absolutely no surprise this B&B has been crowned the most beautiful in Zhouzhuang Ancient Town for several years running! The owner's design perfectly blends ancient charm with modern comfort; every single corner is a picturesque delight, offering endless photo opportunities. What truly touched my heart was the proprietress's exceptional kindness. She welcomed us with refreshing watermelon and snacks right when we arrived, and even had more thoughtfully prepared for us after a long day of exploring. The beautifully designed courtyard, complete with fish, turtles, and a swimming pool, adds so much character. It genuinely offers a unique and enchanting take on the classic beauty of a Jiangnan water town.

FFenghuangThe location is super convenient, the room is clean and odor-free, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service is prompt and responsive. I'll definitely be back! My entire stay was fantastic, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended! The breakfast also deserves a shout-out. There's a good variety, and the taste is quite good. As a visitor from Guangdong, I often struggle to find food I enjoy when traveling, but this hotel's breakfast was surprisingly good. My child enjoyed it, and I did too.

AAnan@The hotel's location is excellent, right next to two subway lines (1 and 2). The room was clean and quiet. I particularly recommend the hotel's mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and very kind to my old back – I slept like a log. The duvet thickness was also perfect; I don't like heavy blankets, so theirs was just right. With the AC on, I slept exceptionally well. They even provided two pillows, one thick and one medium, showing great thoughtfulness in the design. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was also a great feature. I also have to recommend the breakfast. The beef toppings for the beef noodles were especially delicious – I even asked the server for a double portion of beef. The salted duck was also fragrant and savory, not too salty at all, and much better than the Xu Family duck I bought later. The service staff and cleaning aunties were all very kind and accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with my three nights and the breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just over 400 meters from the subway station, a 6-minute walk. It's right by the Confucius Temple, so it's very close to surrounding attractions, and getting around by subway or taxi is super convenient. The lady at the front desk who helped me check in was very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast had a rich variety, and in the evening, the restaurant offered congee, small pickles, and desserts. Great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
