YYong PhilipWonderful location, directly opposite to the train station. Although along the main road it is not at all noisy. The only issue is it is currently under renovation, u will get workers walking in front of your windows, the management could in fact help to inform the guest before they check into the rooms. Otherwise, room, breakfast and staffs are great.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.

GGuest UserThe apartment was very nice.well furnished including the kitchen. It's located right by the border to Switzerland making it easy to visit Switzerland and Germany at anytime via Basel.
There are shops right in front of the Hotel so you can cook your own breakfast. They also have a swimming pool which was great to get some cardio in during the cold.
Only disappointment was that I left shoes in the apartment and the reception claimed they weren't brought so I was sad about this.
Otherwise Id highly recommend ☺️👍

it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap.
the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.

HHII HION TUNGThe hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

There's a supermarket nearby, and the hotel offers a decent breakfast. For the price, it's really good value for money. The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake.
The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle.
What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

GGuest Userno electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.
