3-Star Hotels in Karlovy Vary Region, Czech Republic

The hotel is centrally located, a bit up to the hill. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff members, especially the young lady at reception, are friendly, polite and professional. The reception front desk closes at 6 pm. If you checking in later, you have to contact the property well in advance. Unfortunately,I didn't, and had to make around 40 calls on 3 different numbers provided. They answered only after 50 minutes of waiting. This was really annoying, just because I was tired after the trip, hungry and desperately needed to use the toilet.( Sorry for the details). After my calls answered, I got the access code and my keys. Easy. The hotel is situated in the quiet area, unfortunately, some customers at the hotel made a big noise in the middle of the night:at 3 pm, loudly kicking in the neighbours door, trying to get in, for a very long 40 mins... I had to get out and prevent it,if they did not stop, I'll call the police. I definitely had bad luck with this stay, it's not at all the hotel's fault, just my poor experience:( .

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

A small hotel located in a picturesque place. The room had no air conditioning or kettle. It was very stuffy in hot weather. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, but the staff took away the dishes very quickly, sometimes even not letting you finish eating. And the check-out time was very early, which also caused discomfort. In general, a modest hotel for a reasonable price.

The services are good, the breackfast was excelent (very good home made cherries pie). The only downside are the pictures from trip.com and other booking sites: they are misleading. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is only near a public one.

Location is highly located in the centre & horeca and like and less attractive in foot. No use of any facilities, but the room w.o. bed, shower and like was fantastic

I have not really anything big to expose. The hotel is freshly renovated as it looks. The rooms look really clean, the bathroom is extremely clean. Maybe the balcony, which was a little dirty, but you can live with it. The staff also speaks German and determines English. I liked the stay very much.

A spacious and comfortable apartment, well equipped - everything according to the description, parking near the apartment, heated bathroom prepared for guests' arrival - large plus, good cosmetics in the bathroom - next plus, white and soft towels - as if a small thing, but not in every hotel. cleanliness without charge, exact instructions on the use of the apartment, check in on line, access to the drinking machine. Only more comfortable bedding cushions and check in to 11.00 would be useful.
