In order to better express my feelings, I translated it from Chinese to English and then into Italian. I hope you can understand it. This hotel is very comfortable, even if I am traveling alone. The owner of the hotel is a very enthusiastic person! ! Why? First of all, I admire him very much. He is on duty at night and works hard! Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Thank you very much! ! I will stay in this hotel again next time! ! !(In addition, the flowers in the picture were not picked by me, I picked them up on the floor of the hotel.) !

Everything was great, very clean room and very soft towels. The pillow was too low for my taste but that's subjective

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aaron Hotel in Venice, and I must say, it was an experience that nearly touched perfection. The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to the enchanting Venetian attractions, making it a great starting point for exploring the city. The rooms at Aaron Hotel are a delight - spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention; they were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues during my stay. One drawback was the lack of facilities to make tea in the room. As a tea enthusiast, having the ability to brew a cup in the comfort of my room would have been appreciated. Additionally, while the breakfast offered was satisfactory, I found it to be somewhat basic compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel. A wider variety of options or a few gourmet touches would elevate the morning experience significantly. In conclusion, despite these small shortcomings, my stay at the Aaron Hotel was wonderful. The hotel exudes charm and sophistication, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Venice. I would gladly recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nazionale with my friend, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was incredibly complete, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and only 4 minutes walking from the train station. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend Hotel Nazionale to anyone visiting the Venice!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Nothing fancy about it but it acted as a good base for my stay with great transport links allowing me to travel into both Venice and a few other towns nearby easily. If I were to provide some constructive feedback it could have done with another pillow for the bed, one day I hadn't been left any towels so had to request, shower was also very small and difficult to keep in position, nothing major, just a few niggles. Bathroom was a fair size though and my single room had everything I needed desk, chair, large mirror, clean bedding & bedside table, very good for a single given the price I paid. Breakfast was also very good but got busy as soon as it opened which meant lots of waiting around in a relatively small space. Breakfast ladies could have been more friendly, I was moved elsewhere one day as was told I was sitting in the area where the groups were to sit but yet I'd been sat there all week, after I moved a couple who were also not part of the group booking sat there but yet didn't get moved on so not sure why I was moved & they weren't. Reception staff were welcoming, check-in was fast and efficient, also very knowledgeable about the transport links & the local area. Overall very happy for the price I paid, would happily stay again if I return to Venice.

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

The place was not updated. The A/C was not working so we had to sleep with just one fan. The morning clerk at the reception was not friendly. He was bothered because we had to leave at 6 am and he had to give us breakfast in a bag on which he threw everything in the bag as if we were animals. Thank God it was just a 1-night stay. The lady who checked us in was nice tho.
