Swimming pool amazing!
I didn’t give service at 5/5 because of front desk staff seems has lack knowledge about rounding areas. If families pick up this camp, they would like stay longer and return next year for more leisure activities. When I asked staff about local restaurants recommended, staff looked at us said she doesn’t know, only restaurant she knew is the one at the camp!
Normal family members like to go both camp restaurants and outside of camp as well. People like spending in the camp but not 24 hours at the same place.
This hostel is a paradise for Venetian travelers, whether by car or public transportation. The host is friendly and the facilities are clean.
It's so perfect. Highly recommended.

Very near to the train station, easy to travel to venice. Very near to bus station to get to airport as well. Within 10-15mins walk, there are many restaurants like Korean and Chinese food. THERE ARE BUBBLETEA SHOPS!! The hotel is clean and quite new. The receptionist is quite helpful. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Fridge is working and cold, heater working and aircon working.
Not all receptionists can fully understand English. The room got no WiFi connections and even our own phone data connections! Feels like im in a bomb shelter. There is no safe box in the room, but you can safekeeping with the reception and put in their safe box.
Very beautiful Italian double-storey mansion apartment, great location! The room has a beautiful view and the facilities are very good! The rooftop view upstairs is excellent 💕💕💕💕

For three people, including city tax, and costing just over 1000 (units not specified), the value for money here in Venice is truly unbeatable. The hotel's main drawback is its distance from the train station, which makes it more ideal for those arriving by car. However, if you plan your trip and use the People Mover, the journey is significantly shorter. There's a Vaporetto (water bus) stop conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance. Be aware that walking from the train station would take at least 35 minutes.
The breakfast, for an Italian hotel, was exceptionally generous and definitely met the standards of a large hotel group. Occupancy seemed quite high too. While the rooms are on the smaller side, for a short stay of one or two nights—really, just a place to sleep—they are perfectly adequate; what more could you possibly need? If you're looking for bigger rooms or more amenities, you'd naturally expect to pay more.
In summary, if you figure out the public transport route from the train station to the hotel beforehand, your stay will be absolutely perfect. For travelers who aren't overly particular about minor details, this place comes highly recommended.

Everything was good, except the washroom, it was miniscule, super tiny, I dropped the soap in the shower and could not even bend to pick it up or even wash myself properly

A very good hotel, very conveniently located, close to all the surrounding attractions. The ferry terminal (convenient to the train station or airport) is only a few minutes away, and the hotel also has a small water taxi terminal. The handsome guy at the front desk was very nice. He learned about our return time and explained carefully what options we had for our return trip, and even wrote them on the map. He also helped us upgrade the room, which was clean and hygienic. It was a very satisfactory stay! Thank you!
Struttura assolutamente conforme alle stelle assegnate. Camera estremamente pulita e rinnovata. Personale gentile e attento a qualsiasi necessità. Se capitero' ancora a Rovigo ci tornerò sicuramente.
L'hotel si sta rinnovando e sicuramente sapranno apportare ancora ulteriori migliorie.
Complimenti a tutti, siamo stati davvero benissimo!

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!
GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
Kindest regards
SShaogangSunHotel location is very close to the train station, the counter staff service is also very good, the overall space is very clean and tidy, but the room is not very soundproof, it is obvious that someone can hear the sound at around 8 o'clock during the day, but basically everyone is very quiet at night, the whole hotel has only five rooms, It's not too messy.
AAnonymous UserThe are only bed and wifi. No other amenities such as refrigerator or water boiler. It is necessary to climb up stairs to go to reception which is in first floor. The hotel has two buildings. Our room is located in 2nd floor of the other building. The staff helped to bring one suitcase and my son bring another one. The booking confirmation email said that check out time is before 12:00. However, the clean up staff knocked our door twice in 9:00 and 10:00 again even though we have put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In around 10:30, the staff phone to room and said the check out time is 10:30. I told him the confirmation email said that the check out time is 12:00. Finally, we can still stay till 12:00. The communication is not clear.

HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.
Hope our information can help you~
GGuest UserAmazing location, in more peaceful area of Venice, easy access, vaporetto station right in front of hotel. Clean room, good and cosy breakfast, nice staff. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends. :)
