We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

Breakfast is not available every day. Just in time! Very warm. The trolley is delivered directly to the room. There are also many varieties.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aaron Hotel in Venice, and I must say, it was an experience that nearly touched perfection. The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to the enchanting Venetian attractions, making it a great starting point for exploring the city. The rooms at Aaron Hotel are a delight - spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention; they were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues during my stay. One drawback was the lack of facilities to make tea in the room. As a tea enthusiast, having the ability to brew a cup in the comfort of my room would have been appreciated. Additionally, while the breakfast offered was satisfactory, I found it to be somewhat basic compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel. A wider variety of options or a few gourmet touches would elevate the morning experience significantly. In conclusion, despite these small shortcomings, my stay at the Aaron Hotel was wonderful. The hotel exudes charm and sophistication, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Venice. I would gladly recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

The are only bed and wifi. No other amenities such as refrigerator or water boiler. It is necessary to climb up stairs to go to reception which is in first floor. The hotel has two buildings. Our room is located in 2nd floor of the other building. The staff helped to bring one suitcase and my son bring another one. The booking confirmation email said that check out time is before 12:00. However, the clean up staff knocked our door twice in 9:00 and 10:00 again even though we have put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In around 10:30, the staff phone to room and said the check out time is 10:30. I told him the confirmation email said that the check out time is 12:00. Finally, we can still stay till 12:00. The communication is not clear.

Very nice view from the window, tasty breakfast. Decent hotel to not overpay for the main Venice district and there’s still plenty sights to see around the hotel. :)

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

The place was not updated. The A/C was not working so we had to sleep with just one fan. The morning clerk at the reception was not friendly. He was bothered because we had to leave at 6 am and he had to give us breakfast in a bag on which he threw everything in the bag as if we were animals. Thank God it was just a 1-night stay. The lady who checked us in was nice tho.

Love this hotel soooo much! First they got shuttle buses service, but I skipped that and called an Uber which costs me 25 euro so everyone remember to use their shuttle service which can help with saving. Second the facilities are great! The pool is clean and the hotel is new. The room is large and cozy. You can use the sun beds which is comfortable etc… Overall that’s very good with such price and I’ll rate it 5/5!

The stay experience was satisfactory, despite the check-in time being a bit late. However, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage and placed it in the room, which was heartwarming. It's just a shame that there were no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room, such as a kettle, and guests should be aware that they need to buy drinking water. The breakfast service was excellent, and even though I arrived late, the staff kindly brewed a cup of coffee for me before they closed.
