Situated near Marco Polo airport, bus stop nearby and bus 5 will take you to Venice in 15-20 minutes for 1.5€. Very convenient. The area itself is quiet and calm. There is a large Lidl a kilometre from the hotel. Breakfast is simple (yogurt, buns, butter, cheese, tea/coffee, apples), the room is normal. Hot water, clean linen, enough hangers in the closet. At this price - a very good option.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Room a bit small for 3 people but not the end of the world it was spotless. Will stay here again if I return to Venice.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. There are buses No. 6, 6L near the hotel to Piazzale Roma in Venice about 12 minutes. The hotel staff will clean the room and change the towels every day. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very rich, and coffee is my favorite. The boss of the hotel can speak Chinese, very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed guide to Venice. I highly recommend this hotel with good value for money.
The room I had was clean( not a big room but I don't mind) the bed was comfortable, had a shower, aircon, a television set, anything that you would expect from a hotel room to have.
The hotel is close to a supermarket and there's quite a few bus stops nearby, also just a 10 minute walk to Treviso Centrale railway station, and about the same to get to Treviso bus station.
Quite a nice and safe area.
Down sides:
The water in the shower was not hot, even to get it very warm it took a good 5 minutes which was a little odd, besides I was starting to get a little cold as a result of that, the water on the bathroom tap seemed hot enough though.
There was a smell in the room when I got in, similar to mold/sewer smell, but then I kept the window opened for 40 minutes and I could not smell it anymore.
The TV was impossible to set up, even if I have followed the instructions provided I could not do it, I don't know if there was something wrong with the TV or it was me doing something wrong.
The hotel is located in a quiet area. For those who have a car - a great location: free parking and good transport (public transport) accessibility to Venice. The hotel (both in terms of room equipment and service approach) is from the recent past, namely old equipment, but everything works, a creaky mattress, but quite comfortable. Spanish plumbing, but old. Clean linen. When checking in, they give you a key with a huge ”keychain” so you don't take the key with you and the TV remote control, which you need to hand in along with the key when checking out. Check-out is not quite at the standard time - at 10:30
The location of the hotel is only one road away from Lake Misulina. Unfortunately, the room type booked only saw the corner of the lake. I stayed for two nights. The weather was not good and the beauty of the lake was not displayed.
Not far from the Three Peaks, there are supermarkets nearby, several restaurants, restaurants provide dinner, or order lunch boxes for easy climbing. The breakfast is very rich, the bread can be very high, delicious, but the fruit salad is missing.
The room was quiet and sleepy, and the stay was very comfortable. The hotel did not have an elevator. The room was located on the fifth floor. The luggage was carried to the room by the service staff when checking in.
It was a nice place. There wasn’t a lot to do there, mainly a few swimming pools and a limited bar. The bar was open but limited, as it was being decorated. It’s not that close to the main area of Venice. On the up side, there wasn’t a shuttle bus that took you there and returned you as well. It had set times, and the price was very reasonable. The room was ok, I have had one like it before. I had a few problems, one of the shower heads didn’t work properly and the sink didn’t drain very well, took some time. Overall, it did the job and it was tidy.

Very near to the train station, easy to travel to venice. Very near to bus station to get to airport as well. Within 10-15mins walk, there are many restaurants like Korean and Chinese food. THERE ARE BUBBLETEA SHOPS!! The hotel is clean and quite new. The receptionist is quite helpful. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Fridge is working and cold, heater working and aircon working.
Not all receptionists can fully understand English. The room got no WiFi connections and even our own phone data connections! Feels like im in a bomb shelter. There is no safe box in the room, but you can safekeeping with the reception and put in their safe box.
Pros:
1. Excellent location - close to bus/tram stop to Venice, 3 minutes walk (tickets can be bought at the hotel reception). Also around a lot of cafes, convenient.
2. The rooms are pleasant, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning
3. The hotel is small, it was quiet
Cons are not critical, but still:
1. There are no screens on the windows, we were bitten by mosquitoes
2. The air conditioner is very old and noisy, even at minimum power. But we slept with him, we got very tired during the day in Venice)
3. The shower door does not close completely
4. We missed a kettle in the room
Very Good

GGuest UserIn order to better express my feelings, I translated it from Chinese to English and then into Italian. I hope you can understand it. This hotel is very comfortable, even if I am traveling alone. The owner of the hotel is a very enthusiastic person! ! Why? First of all, I admire him very much. He is on duty at night and works hard! Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Thank you very much! ! I will stay in this hotel again next time! ! !(In addition, the flowers in the picture were not picked by me, I picked them up on the floor of the hotel.)
JJulo79Nice new modern hotel. New rooms that had a pleasant smell. Big screen tv but the room was very tight. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was nice. Not the greatest selection but everything we needed was there. I would recommend this hotel for the price. Great location if you arrive by car. Not too far from the centre.
AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!
GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
Kindest regards
SShaogangSunHotel location is very close to the train station, the counter staff service is also very good, the overall space is very clean and tidy, but the room is not very soundproof, it is obvious that someone can hear the sound at around 8 o'clock during the day, but basically everyone is very quiet at night, the whole hotel has only five rooms, It's not too messy.
GGuest UserMelany from the front desk was very helpful during my stay and provided useful advice on how to get around. Clean rooms and close to train station.
SShayiI recently stayed at Hotel Nazionale with my friend, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was incredibly complete, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and only 4 minutes walking from the train station. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend Hotel Nazionale to anyone visiting the Venice!
LLynneLovely hotel in a great location. Room a bit small for 3 people but not the end of the world it was spotless. Will stay here again if I return to Venice.
HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.
