I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The service was also friendly and attentive. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. The room had good soundproofing, and the facilities were well-maintained and functional. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

On a business trip to Hohhot, I chose this place mainly because of the convenient parking. The large courtyard has plenty of parking spaces, which is super friendly for drivers. The room is equipped with a Hansgrohe shower, providing a comfortable water flow and stable temperature. The smart assistant controls the lights and curtains quite responsively. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. The front desk service was attentive; they noticed I was on the phone during check-in and slowed down their speaking pace. The self-service laundry room is a highlight – the washing machines are clean, and you can dry your clothes immediately after washing, which is a lifesaver for managing clothes while traveling. The breakfast offers everything you need, and the milk tea and shao mai are just as good as those found outside.

The room was clean, bright, and spacious. You could watch the sunset from the window, and the hotel is right above a scenic spot, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel staff were also very attentive, informing us about nearby attractions and good eats upon arrival. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. The room area is very large, and two bath tickets were given. Although it was not used, the service attitude was very good, the geographical area was also very good, the stewed lamb hot pot introduced by the young lady was delicious, and there was breakfast. It was within walking distance.

I stayed at the Vienna Hotel during my recent trip to Hohhot, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The Good Stuff: The staff here are great—really friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. The rooms themselves are actually quite nice; they’re spacious, clean, and the building feels relatively modern and well-kept. The neighborhood is very quiet, so I had no issues with noise at night. It’s also super convenient if you need to be near the 2nd Affiliated Hospital. While there isn't much ”action” right outside the door, if you walk about 5 or 10 minutes, there are plenty of small local restaurants where the food is really cheap and decent. The Not-So-Good The location is the biggest hurdle. It’s pretty far from the city center—you’re looking at a 30-minute taxi ride just to get into the heart of town, and there’s almost nothing to do or see in the immediate area. The breakfast was the lowest point for me. It was almost uneatable, to be honest. There’s hardly any variety, and they serve the exact same few things every single day. I’d recommend skipping the hotel food and just hitting those local spots nearby instead. Overall: 7/10 If you have business at the hospital or just want a clean, quiet place to crash and don't mind the commute, it’s a decent choice. But if you’re a tourist wanting to be near the sights or you’re someone who lives for a good hotel breakfast, you’ll probably want to look elsewhere.
