The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The water supply is large and it is very comfortable to wash. Parking is convenient at the door. The service is super super super good. I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. The hotel's location is excellent; a subway entrance/exit is right outside the door, and there are three restaurants and a convenience store conveniently located at the main entrance. There's also a local specialty shop nearby for easy shopping. Zhenhua Plaza and many other malls are directly across the street. The rooms are very clean, and the soundproofing is good too.

Not only was he warm and considerate, but he also proactively helped guests with issues and arranged a late check-out for us. When we discussed it beforehand, he said something truly heartwarming: 'Erenhot is very cold, we can't possibly let guests check out early and be stuck outside in the cold.' Honestly, with such an outstanding employee, I will definitely choose Hanting Premium Hotel again for my next business trip here.

The hotel was very clean, the room had no odor, the shower had a strong water pressure, the room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It was very close to the train station and the bustling main street, and there were many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the room was well soundproofed, so I slept soundly.
