Very comfortable staying here, superb location, just few minutes walk to ebisu bashi-suji shopping and also nearby restaurants are plenty. Very clean and quiet, rooms are cleaned daily unless you got their promotional rate room. Highly recommended

I am traveler form Hong Kong l, stay ing for three nights. If you going solo, this might be your go-to. Locational wise speaking, it located right exactly next to train station, and the nearest 24/7 shop is less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for a place to have a sleep and somewhere to store your baggage, you can put this shop to your list. HOWEVER, if you have any troubles for the below matters, please SKIP it for your own sake. 1) Noises. As it is right next to train stations, you can image how loud would it be whenever any train goes by. 2) WC/Shower place. There is only ONE shower place for each specific floor, plus two major big baths for male/female only in topest and lowest floor resp. This would be nightmare as sometime you want to take a quick private shower after a long day walk, but not every time you can use it freely as it is occupied so quickly. Speaking of the major baths place , if you are no trouble with people or share showering together, you can still try yourself. 3) WiFi. The WiFi is terrible, I can’t watch a movie by the unstable WiFi (sleeping at 8th floor). Overall, if you are just looking for somewhere cheap, travel-friendly during the period of EXPO 2025, you can surly considering this one. The staff is good and helpful.

The service was decent, but I found it quite unreasonable that Japanese hotels often have a strict non-refundable policy, even when trying to cancel 8 or 9 days in advance.

I booked it because it was cheap. Many reviews said it was cramped, but the bathroom is just the right size for someone who isn't petite. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's a good hotel. It's great for solo travelers. During events like the Osaka Expo, the prices seem to be significantly higher. At that price, I can't leave a good review. The bathroom is surprisingly cramped, but the bedroom has enough space to spread out a 24-inch suitcase. Since it's a newly opened hotel, I expected it to be somewhat clean, but I'm not sure if it will be maintained over time. Also, the soundproofing is poor. I could hear chatter and laughter in the next room, and even though I was on the 12th floor, there was a bit of noise from loud cars for a while at night. Perhaps that's why the hotel provides earplugs on the first floor. There was also a problem with the shampoo dispenser in my room. When I first noticed a strange stain in the bathtub, I thought it was a cleaning issue. I easily washed it off with the shower, but the stain came back. The shampoo seemed to keep dripping from the dispenser. During my stay, I used my own shampoo and didn't use the hotel shampoo. It seemed to be constantly broken. As for service, the service wasn't particularly friendly, and I didn't experience any inconveniences.

Osaka accommodation is the best here!! If you're going here, take the bus to the airport. It's a 2-minute walk haha I wonder if the bus schedule is different every month.. It was different from last month's schedule. Since it's nearby anyway, I recommend going the day before and checking!

The location is fantastic, tucked away in an alley right near Kuromon Market. It's also super close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, making it easy to explore them all on foot. There's a secure entry system, and you're required to change into slippers upon entering. Check-in is self-service and quite straightforward. The common areas are a bit on the small side. The facilities are relatively new. The second floor is a female-only dormitory, and being assigned there made for a very pleasant experience. Even for someone on the shorter side, the bed space felt surprisingly roomy – not cramped or oppressive at all. And to my delight, the duvet was down-filled and incredibly soft! Everyone was very quiet and considerate. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I loved the apartment. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has all the appliances, including a washing machine and some dishes. The location is convenient—it's on a quiet street and close to the metro. Everything about the apartment is wonderful. But I took off a star for the service because I really disliked the check-in process. Firstly, if you don't have mobile internet, there's no way to check in; it's simply impossible. Secondly, the automatic check-in process requires a lot of steps, which is inconvenient. You have to fill out an online form, and not in advance, but right outside your building. Thirdly, I wasn't given full check-in instructions: they gave me the key to the apartment, but not the key to the house. I was standing outside, unsure what to do. A woman who lives in the building happened to be passing by and helped me in, giving me the door code. If she hadn't been there, I would have been standing outside freezing. The owner didn't send me the door code until the next day at lunchtime. It's terrible 😢

The room is in a good location, less than 10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi, very quiet, the room is quite large, fully equipped with kitchenware and microwave, refrigerator can easily solve the problem of eating, next time I come to Osaka, I will continue to stay here, the only drawback is that the bathroom and shower room are still a bit cold in winter without air conditioning

MMagnus TanThe hotel was basic as standard hotels get, but it has everything you need for a night's stay. My single room had a fridge, small desk, basket with bath and hand towels, and a toilet with a basic sink attached to the toilet itself. I believe there was a hair dryer too. My bed was comfy and there was enough room in front of the toilet door to comfortably open a carry-on sized suitccase, which greatly helped with packing. The only place where I wasn't terribly impressed was the 10th floor ammenities. It had the men's shared bath and shower, as well as laundry facilities, drinks venidng machine and basic dining area, all of which were quite dimly lit. The shower was basic and I thought the floor was dirty, but the plastic material had just peeled away from wear and tear. I did appreciate the shelves next to the shower area though, could put towels and clothes. The poor 10th floor contrast very much with their beautiful recpetion and lounge area. The lounge had a large round table, with USB-A, USB-C and universal outlets running round the central hub and these were found on the arm chairs at the windows too. The baggage storage area is to the right of the front desk and it sounds like that is open to non-guests too, they were offering 1000 yen for overnight storage. Best to check with the hotel if you might be taking advantage of that. Overall, exactly what I needed for an overnight stay during the weekend when most other hotels were at least double the price, but for longer stays, I'd recommend something a bit more spacious and comfortable like Toyoko Inn or Daiwa Ryonet.

GGuest UserBudget hostel. Location is convenient. Only two stops to Namba. We booked triple room, The space is tight and small so not recommended if you bring large luggage. The beds are a bit dusty and pillows are too thin. The bathroom is clean and has many shower rooms for guests. It is on the first floor, while the toilet is on the third floor, so we have to go down and up from our room on the second floor.

GGuest UserThis is a good hotel located just above Namba station and a few minutes walk to Dotombori. We took the moderate twin room was which ideal for us as we needed more space. The service and facilities are limited as it is not a full service hotel but for the price it was good value for us. The in-house onsen and sauna was great and ideal after a day of trekking around Osaka. You pick up all your necessary amenities at the front lobby including yukatas. They do allow your bags to be left at the hotel now up to 10pm after checking out but it is at your own risk. You have to access the hotel entrance with your key card after 11pm. They don't provide water but you can get it from the Lawson around the corner, They don't provide meals - we recommend Tempura Makino (despite the queue!) and Komeda coffee above it for breakfast, just 100m away. Pro tip: If you arrive by subway or train and have luggage, use Exit 1 which has a lift, next to the Marui department store.

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

ZZDSThe rooms are small but cozy and welcoming. The showers are only on the first floor, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient in terms of railway stations and the metro. As for drawbacks, there are a lot of drunk elderly men around at night—they’re harmless, but, for example, a woman walking alone at night might feel scared. Overall, we liked it—we recommend it! p.s. For Russian tourists, there’s an important note: there’s no staff at night, and check-in is automated. However, it requires an on-site payment of 200 yen by card—but Russian cards, including UnionPay, don’t work (one of the guests from Singapore helped us by paying with his card—huge thanks to him!).

JJanno from ManilaAmazing capsule hotel experience in Namba worth your every yen! This place made me rethink the idea of capsule hotels! If you’re a solo traveler, this is an excellent choice - very affordable and right at the center of the action. Rooms were a bit toasty, I would prefer them cooler. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to crank up the AC as it is centralized. As expected, it is a double decker and very compact, but it has enough space for a tall guy, I’m a short king so everything was great. Each capsule has a TV and enough sockets to charge your devices. Beds were alright. You’ll still have decent privacy despite the capsule set up. This is a mostly self-service hotel. You take some of the amenities (toothbrushes, combs, etc) and they also provide you indoor clothes you can wear while inside the hotel and in the sauna, onsen and bathrooms. Towels are provided everyday or you can ask them at the counter. I like that they keep it very clean. They clean the public areas everyday. The only downside is probably the space at the lockers, so you would need to manage your clothes, toiletries, etc very well especially when the luggages fill up the space. The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. Right next to it was a 7-Eleven so you know you’re covered with everything you need. It’s a few minutes walk to the Namba MRT station. It’s very accessible and it’s at the heart of Osaka. A pretty solid 4/5 for me. I will definitely stay again when I solo travel to Osaka!
