Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.

We enjoyed our stay so much with another couple friends! The hotel provided free pick up service from high speed rail station so that was the first good impression . Room was spacious, beautiful decorated and clean. It is located at a perfect location (behind the Tianmenshan cable car station, restaurants, shops around) . The staff was super friendly , warmth and welcoming . Especially Ms Xiong 熊管家. We came back to stay for another night and arrived very early so she kept a look out for any empty room available so we could check in early .

One of the best stay we had during our trip. Everything was as advertised. Only downside was the there are no signboard for the hotel but they did have clear instruction in the chat. Slightly further away from the centre but it is cheap to sit didi there so it was not a concern. Recommended to stay!

They can help booking the Zhangjiajie ticket with discount (advance booking), gave me a map and guided/planned the route in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Room: Clean and nice.

Strategic location, overlooking Tianmen Shan Cable Car and with lots of food outlets n convenience stores. Clean rooms (booked 2 rooms) and thanks to wonderful people like Mr Zhang (Manager), Mr Hua, Ms Qian and Ms Ya who provided detailed information on tourist sites, favourite food spots and transportation. Excellent and friendly staff!!! Made our stay, comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely, would provide strong recommendations to stay in this hotel....

For the price we paid the Chun Pu room, it is not quite worth it. The cleanliness is not good, when we checked in, we noticed urine stains on the toilet bowl seat. I complained to thr boss and he wiped and clean with cloth without doing sanitiser. Then only I requested for sanitiser then he got it for me and I sanitised the toilet seat myself. Thr location of the hotel is good with good river view. The lady staff also nice to pick us from train station. That is a plus point.

The location is right on Wuyi Square. Just go down to the street we can find so many street food stores and shopping areas. The Wuyi Square metro station is in front of the building. It’s very easy to go to anywhere. The staff have a very good service mind.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and considerate. Since it is a family trip, we were considerate and upgraded to a family suite for free. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a refrigerator. It faces Tianmen Mountain and is close to the cableway station. It is highly recommended

This local hotel is about 15 mins walk from East gate and appears rather new but which still need some final touches. The facade is elaborate and the waiting area with elegant chinese style panels and have a potential to be run as a designer boutique hotel but the place can be a little more tidy. The roof top garden has the view of the mountains not unlike a chinese ink painting but it’s not operating during winter. Most importantly they have big clean rooms for 2 spacious beds with spotless beds and sheets and the two host are very helpful to explain the routes to the national park and also trying their best to explain the the choices of breakfast they serve. 5 stars for their attitude. Ps there is a slope up toward their entrance and not suitable for elderly

Our stay here was good. The girl at reception is very kind and always wants to help, and even gave us a lift to the train station when we left, but you need to ask in advance. The hotel is right next to the scenic area of Furong. Our balcony and room were beautiful- but our mosquito net was broken so the room got very damp. Also there was some mould on the curtain in the bathroom and the chair on the balcony. The breakfast was free and very nice, although the kitchen it is cooked in looks a bit unclean which put me off. There was free snacks but no free water which we have experienced everywhere else in China. It looks beautiful at night. I wish it was cleaner.

This hotel was in the PERFECT location in Changsha, walking distance from many scenic spots and very close to metro stations. It took less than 30min in a DiDi to get from Changsha South Railway Station. The rooms are elegant and modern in their presentation, with all of the amenities you would need. The shower pressure and temperature are strong and consistent. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there again on my next trip to Changsha!!!!

This was the weirdest hotel we've stayed at. When you approach the hotel you think you're in a shady area of Changsha. You feel quite uncertain if you're in the correct place, since you have to go through some back alleys to reach it. The front façade looks nothing like the picture and the building is very run down. The receptionist is friendly, but the lobby and elevator are very shabby. However, once you enter the room its like a different world. The room is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. We had a very good nice sleep here. We did hear some noises from the corridor, but all in all a decent sound insulation. We would stay here again, given that we now know that the façade is only a front for a very good hotel!

The room is clean and cozy and the price if affordable. The style is modern, contemporary. With AI service integrated, it is very convenient. Particularly like the bathroom. Recommended to all travelers.

A designer-style hotel in Changsha. The location is also very convenient. You can walk to the pedestrian street. There is also a subway entrance downstairs, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel also provides a lot of disposable items. It is also very friendly to forgetful friends. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is also a rice noodle street downstairs of the hotel, where you can go for breakfast in the morning. The facilities are complete and unique. Taking photos and checking in in the lobby is also very photogenic.

Although location is at Furong square Line 2(one stop next to Wuyi square), but it is still very convenient to go all touristic areas like juzizhou islands, Wu yo s hare and walking street street etc, hotel room is quiet and giving a peaceful environment. opp hotel has a very nice BBQ stall at night. Hotels provide all amenities, healthy 晚安粥， cocktail, and 24hr salad bar. Their breakfast was also nice , bee Hoon soup was made to order.  free laundry service, bed was cosy. .. and many more good things. plus All staffs were friendly!  One set back is there are 2 same name hotels nearby, so when calling a titi (taxi)or food delivery, please state clearly on the location and address to avoid confusion  Will definitely go back again

Perfect hotel if you are arriving the airport late at night. Contacted the hotel upon arrival and they sent a Passenger Van to pick me up at the pick up point outside the arrival hall. Super good service. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room is VERY clean & comfortable and I don't hear any plane flying throughout the night at all. Advice is to skip the breakfast. The Metro to the city is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Reached my next hotel location at 5-1 Square in about 30 mins. 

Really, I have been surprised by this hotel. I love it so much! It is located at a very convenient address, within walking distance to some of Changsha's attractions and subway stations, and downstairs is a very famous food street. Although it is located in a busy area, it is not noisy at all. The room is also very big and comfortable, well-equipped, and able to rest well. The counter staff had a good service attitude and even helped me upgrade my room for free😍 They also provided some travel tips and suggestions, 24-hour counter are manned, and laundry service is also provided. Moreover, check-in also gave some small snacks, all so delicious😋.Overall, very recommended to stay, really like it too! 真的有被这个酒店惊喜到，太喜欢了!!! 它坐落的地址非常方便，步行就可以到长沙一些景点和地铁站，而且楼下就是很出名的美食街。虽然坐落在繁华地段，但是完全不会吵。房间也很大，很舒服，设备齐全，能够很好地休息。柜台人员服务态度很好，还免费帮我升级房间😍 而且他们也提供了一些旅游攻略和建议，24小时柜台都有人，还有提供洗衣服务。入住还送了小零食，都好好吃哦。总的来说，非常推荐大家入住，真的太喜欢了！！

Stayed here for 3 nights for easy access. It is abt 4 mins to the east entrance. Baidu somehow put at an erroneous 10mins for some reason. There is a stretch of food close by. And also quite abit of other things to eat nearby. There are also a few foot spas in the area, which is really good for those with aching feet after a few days of walking. Do not patronise the nearest one to this location. Not really good and they will try to hard sell stuff. Room is clean and the aircon can change to hot. No lift in the building. Laundry available right outside the room. Shower is a hassle though. It goes from hot to cold and cold to hot. I tried for 3 days and it still defeats me. Overall a good stay for the price.

Yang Mi was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond for us. The rooms and decor exuded a rainforest vibe, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible. I especially appreciated the family-oriented nature of the inn—sitting down with them for tea and fruit, sharing stories late into the night, was unforgettable. I feel like I left a piece of my heart at Hetianwan Inn.

Would recommend Room Nice big bed, big TV, blackout curtains, kettle, lockable door. after weeks staying in hostels this felt luxurious haha. it has this smart room function which is pretty cool you can verbally ask it to do stuff like turn on the lights or close the curtains, but also bear in mind it responds to chinese phrases. my room only had a bin in the bathroom it might be nice to have one in the room too but not a big problem Location Walking distance to an entrance to Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. Also walking distance to the town where you can see performances. Lots of shops and restaurants in the local area. Think my Didi from the Zhangjiajie West Train Station was about 30minutes/90 yuan, but I think there are also bus options (I arrived after bus operating hours so not too sure) Hosting There was a bit of a language barrier, but the receptionists were very helpful with booking tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain, and they also gave me a map. Amenities There's a washing machine but you operate it via like a wechat app and I know me and another traveler struggled to get it to accept our international bank cards. I eventually managed but the other girl didn't so I guess it varies. Washer is like less than 50p I think, and the dryer was broken when i went so i used the drying racks on the roof Bathroom Clean functional bathroom, nice shower and sit down toilet

The hotel’s location cannot be better. Close to the regular train station for nearby counties ie Changsha; two bus stations, one for high speed train and another for Wulingyuan (Zhangjiajie National Park), all within a few minutes’ walk. You can see the hotel as soon as you step out of the train station. Cable car to TianMen Mountain is a 10 min leisurely walk. A nice bakery is right beside the hotel entrance and plenty of choices of eateries. A supermarket is also close by.  As for the hotel itself, it was clean and well equipped. The room we had has a nice view of the mountain, train station and cable cars slowly floating by. It was quiet at night for a good night’s sleep.

super good bro it looks exactly like the pic 😭 & q clean!!! the best part is its right next to HAIDILAOOOOOO 🆙🔝 legit just right next to it omg. near the railway station, tianmen, & lots of other shops too! and the staff r so so so nice!!!! needed help for last minute laundry and 小杨 & the housekeeping team helped so much ＜3 they also have special prices for activites & will give u information on places :)小杨really helped with all our questions, super friendly and polite staff!! the room is also perfect for couples & thrs lots of space to put ur luggage! tq hehe will definitely stay agn!!! 💛 (we actly extended our trip becus we love the place so much LOL)

Stayed one night and highly recommend. Hotel came and picked us up from the railway station and dropped us back. Booked the panorama room which had good views. Hotel is not overlooking “the waterfall” but has a nice view of the water and town before the waterfall. Got beers from the fridge next door and sat on the balcony and watched the town at night. Location is within the town and need to pay to enter the scenic town but staff will help. Staff speak English and via Wechat and happy to help! Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for looking after us. We got breakfast at their restaurant, steamed buns and soup and was the best tasting breakfast so far! Thank you

The owner/proprietor is TOPs! Accommodation is excellent. Location is excellent...near to all conveniences and eateries. Getting there our taxi driver was lost and he offered to come out to guide us to his homestay. Overall a 5star performance

This Hotel Offers great waterfall views. I would say it has the best views in town! The room was small but comfortable and had a nice balcony to observe the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. A downside was that there was no tea/ coffee in the room.

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

This hotel was such a gem! Located in a beautiful scenic area, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond by picking us up, dropping us off, and even helping with our luggage, which made our stay so much easier. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. One standout feature was the heated toilet seat, which was such a treat during the cold season. Having a washer included was another huge bonus, especially for longer stays. Overall, everything about this hotel made us feel at home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings!

The location of the inn is easy to find, it is right inside the scenic area, and you can reach the core scenic area in just a few steps. The room is simply and elegantly decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, I slept very well at night, the bathroom is cleaned tidy, toiletries are complete, and there is plenty of hot water. Moreover, the room has good lighting. When you open the curtains during the day and the sunlight comes in, it feels particularly warm. The boss also kindly provided us with a lot of travel suggestions and recommendations!
