An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

This is my second stay at this beachfront hotel, and the experience is still absolutely fantastic! 👍 It's so close to the coast, you feel like you can almost reach out and touch the waves 🌊. In the morning, I love watching the sunrise from bed, as the morning sun slowly rises over the sea, filling the room with a soft, incredibly healing light ✨. Stepping out of the hotel, it's just a one-minute walk to the beach. You can set up tents for free there ⛺, and I really enjoy the feeling of diving into the sea and embracing the waves – it's a wonderful way to clear your mind. (Oh, and the hotel provides free swimming rings 😉). Finally, I really want to mention that the owner is still as warm and attentive as ever. Both at check-in and check-out, they thoughtfully offer homegrown fruits 🍉. These small, warm gestures are hidden in every little detail 💛. Here, you can shake off the weariness of the world and let the sea breeze soothe your mind and soul~ ❤️

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

The environment is beautiful, a true feast for the eyes and a perfect place to relax. It's wonderful for some alone time. There's a pool on the third floor where you can swim while enjoying the lush green mountains and trees, as well as the stars in the sky. Outside the courtyard, you can barbecue and fish. Downstairs, there's a mahjong room and a cozy reading nook. I stayed for two days and didn't encounter any mosquitoes. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. Looking out the window at the vibrant green trees instantly lifted my mood. You can even see the sky through the roof! There's a bar area where you can enjoy afternoon tea. The noodles made by the owner were delicious, and the afternoon tea was great too. The cleaning lady was very friendly; she even offered to take me on her e-bike to explore the nearby scenic spots if I visit again. When I checked in, it was raining, and the owner drove me to the station. My first impression of Chengde was fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to my next relaxing trip here.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

Right outside the door is a lovely beach, lively but not overwhelmingly so. The weather and air quality were great, putting me in a fantastic mood. The service was attentive, and both the facilities and cleanliness were very good. I'll definitely be back next year.

Very good value for money. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, opposite the Huiyou Commercial Building, shopping malls, eating, takeaway are very convenient. There are parking spaces at the door and on the roadside, and there are two backyards for parking. The service is also very good. It is about 15 minutes drive from the business center of Xiong'an New District. Insufficient place, the room is slightly smaller, breakfast is average.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and next to a subway station, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they saw we had a child and gave us a complimentary upgrade, and even sent fruit to the room. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended.

The room was pretty good and offered good value for money. The bedding and overall cleanliness were excellent. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. When I checked in, I handed over my ID, and didn't notice until the next day that they had put it in a protective sleeve – that was a pleasant surprise! The room also came with a complimentary fruit platter (just a tiny suggestion, it might be good to check the fruit carefully as I found a small snail on it 🐌). Breakfast was quite varied and delicious. Airport/Station Transfer: They offer a pick-up/drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient as it's only a few minutes away.

Facilities: The room is big enough, a luxurious room from 15 years ago, with old and outdated facilities. Service: The service is OK Hygiene: Average, the noodles are OK What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs. The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat? Free bathing is not bad!
