The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

Karri Valley Resort offers a truly serene escape, set amidst the stunning natural beauty of Western Australia. This destination is undoubtedly one of the most relaxing places you can visit, with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind. The accommodations, especially the lakefront rooms, are fantastic. They provide a perfect vantage point to soak in the picturesque scenery. However, there are areas that need attention, particularly regarding the cleaning service. On our two-day stay, the cleaners arrived quite late, and unfortunately, their work did not meet expectations. The bed wasn't properly made, the pillowcases were not changed, and the floors were not vacuumed, which was quite disappointing. This aspect highlights the need for improved management of the housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness. The resort's restaurant, however, is a highlight. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and a menu that delivers a perfect balance of flavors. The food was expertly prepared, but we did find the portion size of the duck leg ordered for our 12-year-old to be a bit small. While the presentation and taste were exceptional, a larger portion would enhance the overall dining experience. Another minor concern was the noise levels in the rooms. With some soundproofing measures, particularly on walls shared with other rooms, the overall comfort could be significantly improved. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to the warm atmosphere of the resort. I would highly recommend visiting Karri Valley Resort for its heavenly lake views and relaxing environment. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to be an unparalleled getaway in WA.

Overall, my stay here was quite good, especially for those on a self-drive trip. Compared to accommodations along Western Australia's northern route, this place is significantly more affordable and offers excellent value for money. The motel really captures that classic American TV show 'Motel' vibe, with parking right outside your room, which makes loading and unloading luggage super convenient. It truly adds to the Australian road trip experience. The room came with a small fridge, microwave, and even cutlery and dishes, making it easy to prepare a simple late-night snack. While the bathroom isn't a wet/dry separation type and the decor feels a bit dated, the abundant hot water more than makes up for it; there were no issues with its use. The room rate also included a simple breakfast with bread, cereal, milk, coffee, and tea. Although not lavish, there were enough options to get the day started, which was perfect for a self-drive adventure. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. If you're visiting Busselton or driving to the Margaret River region, this is a highly recommended place to stay. If you're not looking for a luxurious hotel, this motel is a great choice. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busselton.

I had originally booked and paid for four family rooms with three beds each, approximately 40 square meters in size. However, upon arrival, I was told there were no family rooms available. Instead, I was given rooms that were only about 20 square meters with one double bed and one single bed. Isn't the point of booking in advance to reserve a specific room type? Why was the room I booked unavailable when I got there? I paid more for the family rooms but was given cheaper, standard rooms. This made our group of 12 people very unhappy. I demand an explanation 😠

Terrible service! This is the first hotel/motel I've ever been to that didn't accommodate its customers. Australia never ceases to amaze me, in the worst sense of the word. The situation was this. We were planning to drive from Norseman to Lucky Bay (near Esperance) to see kangaroos and swim in the ocean, and then check into the hotel at around 8 p.m. But the motel confronted me with a fait accompli: check-in is strictly from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.!!! Not an hour later! Otherwise, they won't give you the keys, and you'll be sleeping on the street. I physically didn't have time to drive such a long distance, stop at Lucky Bay, and check into the motel before 6 a.m., which I've repeatedly written in private messages about. No response! The answer was the same: if I don't make it, they won't give me the keys. I called the management and asked them to accommodate me, leave the keys in the box, explaining that I was a tourist, my first time in Australia, and would probably never come back, that I wouldn't have time to see the kangaroos at Lucky Bay. The motel management turned a deaf ear to my requests. Unfortunately, it was impossible to book another hotel. These people at the hotel are completely incompetent! Where has anyone ever seen a motel that only allows occupancy for such a short period of time?! I hope trip.com support takes appropriate action.

A comfortable and relaxing stay in a clean, well-maintained property. The location is peaceful yet convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Friendly, thoughtful hosts make guests feel at home. A pleasant, stress-free getaway experience.

Despite being advertised as an airport hotel, it's still quite a drive from the airport, around 10 minutes. It's situated right on a main road. The front desk isn't open 24/7! If you're checking in late at night, you'll need to call to get the key code.

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. Was well impressed, and will definitley recommend to friends and family, and i will definitley being staying again and think it has and will become the place of choice of where to stay every time i.come to Perth in the.future and in time to come, and well a place which already felt like a home away from home ❤️ Once again, thankyou so much! 🥹❤️💯😊👌🙏 Thanks Kind Regards Tahnee Rai McGlew

Worth to stay as the location is quite a strategy. Not too crowded. Affordable and the room is comfortable, big in size. Even though I requested a baby cot, they also can provided for me.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.
