GGuest UserThe experience of staying in this hotel is really superb! The entrance hall is spacious and bright, the overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the environment is clean and elegant, giving a particularly comfortable first impression. The front desk staff was particularly warm and polite, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, any questions were answered patiently, and the service was particularly intimate.
The room was very clean and tidy, the hygiene was in place, the sheets were clean and smellless, the bathroom was spotless, the facilities were complete, and the living was quiet and comfortable. The hotel also has a buffet breakfast, the dishes are rich in variety, the taste is homely, the nutrition is affordable, and the breakfast is particularly satisfactory.
The most intimate is the free large parking lot. It is especially convenient and worry-free to drive over and park. There is no need to find parking spaces everywhere. The overall price is super high, the service, environment, health, breakfast are impeccable, whether it is a business trip or a tour, it is especially suitable, highly recommended, I will choose this next time!

AAnonymous UserThe environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and tidy; it felt like home as soon as I arrived.
Environment: The environment is very quiet; those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere should consider this hotel.
Service: The receptionist upgraded our room upon check-in and thoughtfully provided bottled water and a small gift upon departure. She also proactively offered us coffee and other drinks.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars.
The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home.
Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

Service: I wanted a room not facing the road, and the front desk arranged it for me. It was very good and clean, but a little cold. The air conditioner was not very hot, maybe I didn't know how to operate it. It was very quiet and convenient for shopping.

It will become smaller and smaller later, so that it is not strong to wash! The water at the sink was also small. Later, the little girl at the front desk was slightly fuller and enthusiastically repaired it. The facilities were deducted here! The service deduction of one star is that the attitude of individual personnel is relatively cold! Overall, this hotel is worth living! Especially the boss, when he wants to change to a bigger room because of more luggage, he actively tries to solve it. Give this attitude a thumbs up 👍
