GGuest UserThe hotel is new, so it's quite clean and the facilities are modern. There was a slight smell of renovation when the windows were closed. I really liked the XiaoDu smart home control system, especially how it slowly adjusts the lights when you switch them on or off. Breakfast was just okay, and quite salty! Although breakfast officially ended at 10:30 AM, when I went down around 9:40 AM, there was hardly any food left, especially no dishes or grains. I asked the kitchen staff, and they said there was nothing left. Also, they give out breakfast tickets at the front desk in the morning when you're going to eat. The front desk is right by the restaurant entrance. I think it would be better if they just stamped and collected them internally for the restaurant instead of making guests get them. Sometimes both restaurant staff are busy, and if they don't see the ticket, they have to ask again. I'd suggest they improve the breakfast procedure, variety, and taste.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

The breakfast selection was a bit limited; it always seemed like there was leftovers.
Breakfast is normally from 9 to 11 am. Going around 10 am usually means there will be more food available, so it's a little disappointing.
The restaurant service was slightly inferior to the guest room and front desk service (the front desk service was very attentive).
The location is excellent.
The hotel needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the guest rooms. Overall, I'm still very satisfied!

GGuest UserThis time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars.
The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home.
Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

Service: I really praise the store of this store. I didn’t have time to ask your surname and my girlfriend to come to this store. Since Xinjiang is very dry, the hotel does not have body lotion. It will become smaller and smaller later, so that it is not strong to wash! The water at the sink was also small. Later, the little girl at the front desk was slightly fuller and enthusiastically repaired it. The facilities were deducted here! The service deduction of one star is that the attitude of individual personnel is relatively cold! Overall, this hotel is worth living!
