Nice hotel, spacious enough. Great view of the Volga River and location. I want to point out the noisy operation of the bathroom fan, in principle it will not turn off, so you will have to fall asleep under the noise measured by the fan. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

The location is a bit remote, but it's right by the river; it's a ten-minute walk to the river. However, the room doesn't have a water heater, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast was okay, but there weren't any substantial dishes like chicken legs, chicken wings, smoked fish, or salted fish; it was mostly boiled vegetables. The only meat dish was a meatball. It was just average.

The front desk service is very good and can communicate in English. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Volga River and 50 minutes' drive from the airport. The sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor, and it is relatively old.

Из хорошего: отличный персонал, вкусные завтраки, чистый отель без признаков усталости. Из плохого: парковки при отеле нет. Верхнее, могут разместить ваш авто за воротами, но нужно уговорить. Или 8 мест рядом с отелем, но они все были заняты. За 5 минут, что мы регистрировались на стойке, дважды вырывали машину из лап эвакуатора. Уж они курсируют исправно на пару с представителем ГАИ. На рецепшене сказали, что можно поискать место во дворах рядом. Это как??? Расположение хорошее. До набережной недалеко пешком. В ресторане вас с удовольствием накормят, напоят, качество еды достойное, цены ресторанные, но без особого завышения. Кстати, брали номер с 2 спальнями. Это не так. Спальня одна, и кровать 1. В другой комнате типа гостиная с диваном. Номер просторный. Немного не приятно наличие черной плесени в ванной, это могли бы и убрать... В целом, если не придираться, то отель хороший. Рекомендую, но обратите внимание на нюансы, может пригодиться.

There is a large swimming pool, a cinema. Everything would be great if not a couple but. The room on the 1st floor was, the floors were ice, the TVs were raising strongly, both. In the pool it was time to make repairs and sauna didn't work, in the cinema there was a class film, but the sound so adjusted that words at all were not heard, only bases, it was necessary to guess what they were saying. I think these nuances can be corrected if the management pays attention. Breakfast is good.

A good option for transit stop and rest. The hotel is in a green and quiet area. The area is tidy, pleased with the eye. A small street swimming pool helps relax (the swimming pool towels are in the room). Breakfast - choice is, not to say that everything is delicious, but it will be strengthened. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is not enough water in the room (there is a coller on the floor and you can buy water on the recipe). The bathroom (particularly the sink) is not very shiny. The towels are broken. The staff is friendly. In general, a good hotel in price/quality ratio. More than negatives. There will be an opportunity - we will visit with pleasure again. Bravely recommend (travel a lot and have something to compare). Hard three stars.
