4-Star Hotels in Lesser Poland, Poland

The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience Overall I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere felt very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected upgrade, the suite was spacious, comfortable, and definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The food was also really good, and I enjoyed the options available. However, it would be even better if there were a few more chicken dishes on the menu. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room

If it's cold and it's not winter.. Change hotel!!! New and clean structure, however, I can only give two stars because I HAVE NOT ACESSIVE that there is snow outside and there is no heating in the rooms because “We are in April”. If I had wanted to sleep with a wool hat and a hot shirt I would have chosen a camping, not a hotel. I was given a little stuff that was served little and nothing... the only thought of doing a shower in a refrigerator was making me ill. The one that was supposed to be a perfect holiday thanks to them was a stress.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the train station and the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Having opened less than a year ago, its facilities are modern and top-notch. I particularly appreciated the modern water heater and coffee machine in the room, along with the bathrobes and slippers. The luxurious and comfortable bedding made for a truly enjoyable stay. The bathroom was spacious and bright, and a hairdryer was provided, though I found the shower pressure a bit weak. Breakfast was abundant and high-quality, featuring Polish specialties and sophisticated beverages, especially the fresh juices. There was even a dedicated station for made-to-order hot items like omelets. Most importantly, the hotel staff were professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home. All in all, this is an excellent value-for-money 4-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Krakow and highly recommend it to others.

Nothing really to complain about here! Great location & 24 hours front desk. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden. 4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
