Hotel is a little out the way of the main square, but a short taxi ride away. Lidl supermarket round the corner, hotel itself was in super clean condition, WiFi included, stsff very polite, I'd definitely stay here again for sure!

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.

This is the third time I've been here. The Wi-Fi network was broken during the first two days of our stay. After reporting it to the front desk a few times, it improved a little. Other services are still as good as before. You can borrow an umbrella on rainy days. There is an Aldi nearby, a large Carrefour, and it is the terminal for many trams. The breakfast also has a rich variety.

We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏

The biggest complaint is that the toiletries provided have nothing but liquid soap, no slippers, and the drink water is general water pipe water. It is not certain that other superior room types can be added more. The location is far from the old city, but next to it is the round food court of the Jewish community.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Excellent location, comfortable hotel, beautiful room Unfortunately, room 105 is not quiet because the air conditioner is too noisy and to complete the noise of the tram rails located in a short distance continued to feel, Until midnight, and then it took over around six, and even though you weren't very much in the room during the day, the evening and early morning it became intolerable, sometimes it was also trembling the room. Excellent breakfast with little sweet for us Italians By changing the room I would advise him lively

Amazing
11357007****The location is fantastic, on the Buda side, right below Fisherman's Bastion. We checked in in the evening and could just walk out the back of the hotel to reach Fisherman's Bastion, and then head down to the Chain Bridge. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, and fruits. The front desk staff's English was excellent. The hotel is small but charming. The only downside was that the 'double bed' was actually two small single beds pushed together, so for a couple to sleep together, they'd have to squeeze onto one very small single bed. There are a few traditional Portuguese restaurants downstairs with reasonable prices.

安娜堡的ojibsanThe location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. Although the restaurant and bar are downstairs, it does not affect sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's cooperation restaurant for breakfast. I didn't see the previous evaluation. Because the cafe is downstairs, brunch is provided, which is very convenient. The elevator is very satisfied, don't worry about the old house climbing stairs.

GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

GGuest UserBrilliant from the first greeting to the farewell! Lovely staff who went the extra mile to welcome you and helped in any way they could. Impeccable English spoken; Brits are rubbish at other languages, in my experience. Nothing to be proud of 😌 The room was amazing. A very new hotel, so everything was still pristine. Probably the smartest place I have ever stayed in. Quiet - I guess it was well soundproofed; heard nobody else - like we had the floor to ourselves. Reception and bar/ cafe- style area was welcoming, serving snacks and great coffee. Did not use the dining facilities, but the area looked very good, on Level -1. Very good quality toiletries. Luxurious towels and bedding. Nespresso coffee machine Fridge Water filter/ ‘kettle’. Really cannot fault anything. I would try another Tribe hotel and would hope it would be of the same standard.

JJtbagogoWe stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient from the train station and the old town. The room facilities are very good, our room is on the fifth floor, there is always a sound on the top floor at night, but fortunately there is no night. Breakfast food such as Samsung Hotel, hot dishes are also less variety, there are two languages Bowen and English without photos, too inconvenient.
