The hotel is in a very good location, close to the old town. Breakfast is very good and many food options available. Service is good too, not the best as you need to ask if you want the room cleaned or towels changed but as you ask, they do it right away

Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

Excelente ubicación, en plena plaza del barrio judío. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero las camas se hunden, necesitan una renovación urgente. El resto de instalaciones y limpiezas son correctas. Lo que no recomiendo por calidad y precio es el restaurante del hotel, tres veces más caro que cualquier otro restaurante de la ciudad, muy lentos y con una servicio y calidad escaso.

Free parking, high quality breakfasts, very nice ladies at the reception and ladies cleaning the room.

올드타운 가까이에 있어 걸어서 다닐수 있고, 방도 크고 인테리어랑 가구도 매우 훌륭합니다. 주변이 조용하며 다른 곳으로 이동시 트램과 버스, 소금광산 가는 기차역까지 가까이 있습니다. 추천합니다.

The transportation is quite convenient. You can take the SKA1 directly from KRK Airport to Krakow Zablocie. You can also walk there by following the navigation. The environment is good, the breakfast and fruit are also good. The gym on the 6th floor is open from 7 am to 10 pm. You can also take the SKA1 to the Salt Mine. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square. Wawel Castle takes a little longer to walk.

This hotel is newly opened, with an overall modern feel and excellent value. The room amenities are relatively new, and the automatic water filter kettle and coffee machine are very convenient, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The communal facilities are also comprehensive, including a gym and sauna, which added to the experience. A complimentary drink upon arrival was a very thoughtful touch. The location is also ideal, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, making it convenient for sightseeing. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay when visiting Krakow, offering a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!
