Love the overall experience, sunrise view is a bonus, staff are super friendly. However, we booked through trip.com, the price shows online does not include the kid, even we selected the kid at the begining, so we had to pay additional at check out. This is agent's issue, not the resort.

The Western-style room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. The onsen (hot springs) were excellent, with several to choose from, and the area wasn't crowded. The water was excellent, leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. The hotel requires a meal plan; adding dinner upon arrival costs 10,000 yen per person. There are few restaurants nearby, but there's a yakiniku restaurant with excellent beef.

The room faces Lake Biwa, and the autumn colors are beautiful. The Japanese-style room is quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The hotel staff is also very friendly and it is a pleasant holiday here. You can call the hotel for free pick-up at Ogoto Station.

The hotel is located by the lake. When you enjoy breakfast, you can enjoy the lake view while eating breakfast. There are not many types of breakfast, but the quality of the food is good, the size of the room is small, the hotel is located close to different attractions, 10 minutes convenient! Staff is kind!

Very nice and comfort hot spring hotel, quite big and have scale hotel. And not many people when I did the public outdoor hot spring, seems like my private one. However, if next time I book correctly the hotel room, I can enjoy my real private hot spring in my room😉

The breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days.

The room was new and spacious. Although two or three flying insects were found in the bathroom, it was difficult to understand and avoid. It was much better than Ji Yishengpu Turtle Well. Upgraded dinner was not bad, the buffet coffee machine soft drink, coffee was difficult to drink. Check out at 10 o'clock, the hot spring is open until 9:00 after breakfast, it is too late to soak. After checking out, it rained heavily. We sat in the lobby and waited for the rain to stop. The air conditioner was a bit cold. I wanted to borrow a bathrobe for the guests in the lobby. I was rejected and the service was disappointing.

WWim PThis hotel has the best hotel receptionist we met on our 6 week traveling through Japan. Our bicycle was broken, she was very patient with the language barrier between us. She insisted we brought the bike insde the hotel as outside it was too hot. She went collect plastic gloves, carried our bike chain (which was very greasy), helped 10 minutes to work on the chain. She told us she worked in a bikeshop before she started working in the hotel. An amazing lady!!
