The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. Our room, complete with an open-air bath, allowed us to truly relax and forget about our daily lives. The water temperature and the view were wonderful, making our stay a great pleasure. The hotel was clean and meticulously appointed, providing a comfortable environment. A large bee unexpectedly appeared during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and courteously, allowing us to continue our stay with peace of mind. Their sincere attitude gave us a deep sense of security and a strong sense of hospitality. The food was also incredibly delicious, and each dish made use of seasonal ingredients, and I savored the warmth. The seasoning was exquisite and the food was visually stunning, making us look forward to mealtime. The staff were always warm and attentive, making our entire stay truly comfortable. We would like to express our gratitude once again. This hotel offers a wonderful experience, and is a place we will definitely return to.

Excellent value for money. Although the two meals weren't the typical kaiseki cuisine offered by a hot spring inn, the buffet was surprisingly delicious both morning and evening. The room was large and clean, the free-flowing bath was comfortable, and they even gave us a welcome gift bag. A wonderful travel experience.

I was incredibly lucky to snag a room for my last-minute reservation, especially since it was right before a three-day weekend! This was my first time visiting Toba, and I traveled by car ferry. The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and the views were absolutely stunning! They had three different baths, and the food was delicious too!! For dinner, the Matsusaka beef Ise Udon was a highlight, and in the morning, the white miso soup with mekabu was so tasty!! I also bought some of the delicious nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) that was served at breakfast from their souvenir shop! And some local sake too!! Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and gentle, making me want to stay again. I'll definitely be back!!

We came to this city for F1 and were very lucky to book a room on the day of check-in. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but very clean. It's about a 35-minute drive from the F1 venue. The hotel also offers free parking, and there's an Aeon supermarket and coffee shops downstairs, which is extremely convenient.

The view from the bath was great. The breakfast was also substantial and delicious. Compared to other luxury inns, it is reasonably priced, but the service and facilities were satisfactory enough to make me wonder how low the score on Google Maps was. I would like to stay again if I have another chance.

Hotel is located only a minute away from train station but it's so quiet in hotel. Room was clean and comfort, and also well maintained. Dinner & breakfast were so good than all hotels or ryokans we had in Japan so far with similar rate level. Staffs were all so nice and helpful, no matter in restaurant or at front desk. It's also surprised for us as our room was equipped with onsen bathtub, so we could enjoy onsen both in our room or in public bath. We had a joyful stay and would highly recommend this hotel in Ise for travelers.

I was a bit nervous, as it was a last-minute booking and my first time glamping. However, the staff at the site were incredibly kind and made our stay very enjoyable. We had a room by the sea, and there were no issues with insects, making it a comfortable and luxurious experience. The kids absolutely loved it, and we definitely want to come back again. Next time, we'd love to stay for a few more nights and have even more fun! Thank you!

The breakfast set menu was incredibly generous, almost too much to finish, and the food was quite good. The location is extremely remote. Although there's a shuttle bus that can be booked in advance, the last bus departs very early. Once you arrive at the hotel, there's not much to do besides take a walk on the beach or stay in the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, but the difficulties stem from the hotel's operational methods. Guests whose meals don't include dinner are not allowed to order food, even if they want to add items on-site. There's practically nothing for miles around except for residential areas and other hotels. Even the few restaurants that exist mostly close early, require reservations, or have irregular hours, so getting dinner is a matter of luck. Even if you're willing to walk for over half an hour along country roads to finally find an open restaurant, you'll have to walk back to the hotel in complete darkness afterward. Furthermore, due to the shuttle bus schedule, eating dinner elsewhere before returning to the hotel is impractical. I understand that hotel restaurant space is limited and set meals are made according to the number of guests, but it's truly baffling and unheard of not even offering simple room service meals or takeout boxes. Designing these accommodation options without considering guests' dinner needs is tantamount to leaving them to fend for themselves in this rural area. Therefore, unless you are driving, I strongly advise against staying here.

Although it's newly renovated and clean, the air freshener sprayed in the hallway was so strong it was toxic. I had to cover my nose every time I walked through. The buffet offered a variety of dishes to enjoy. There was plenty of seafood, but the quality was rather low. The cakes tasted very much like frozen cakes, and I wish there were more varieties of fruit. The staff who spoke excellent Japanese were very friendly and pleasant! The guy at the front desk needs to try harder. The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome tea.
