4-Star Hotels in Lazio, Italy

We spent 2 nights here on our first trip to Rome. Very convenient for the main station and extremely easy to get there from the airport by train. The hotel was very nice with a lovely reception area. The room was perfect for us. Unfortunately when we returned to the hotel for an afternoon break on our first day there was someone in our room doing maintenance which we weren't warned about. We went up to the rooftop bar for half an hour to let him finish but it was a little frustrating. We were able to reach all the sights by foot but it was a lot of walking. I would recommend for ease of getting there by train from the airport.

As part of our ongoing Europe trip, I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 4 nights; we booked 2 rooms, our bed looked like a double but was 2 single joined so it was great for me and my aunt as we separated the beds. The hotel had good amenities - private bathroom was huge although for some reason the lights would just turn off randomly? I don't know if it was just our room or everyone else's. The swimming pool is only opened in the summer!! so it was closed for us, which was sad. The staff was really nice and they gave us extra blankets, coffee machine and a kettle when we asked for it! Really appreciated their help and trust me there was so many large groups always arriving at this hotel so they were doing amazing. We paid for dinner once and a breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss - I loved my Chicken salad, but the others weren't impressed with the burgers they had but breakfast was definitely better. I think the star was the beans because wow they were good. The only major cons about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator (same as Florence) and it was noisy all morning and late at night, plus some construction at like 8am ish so please if you can, ask for a faraway room! Also the distance from the city centre was quite tiring, yes it is only 23 mins metro from the Torre Angela station but an 11 mins walk from the station to the hotel and with our suitcases and the station exit not having any elevators, it was hard work. To get to the hotel side, you need to first go down the stairs, then up the stairs and go down again so if you are walking from the station to the hotel, be prepared!

The hotel is 2 minutes walk, very close to the main trains station Roma Termini. Surrounded by restaurants, there are also bountiful of shops and a conad supermarket in the Station Termini. Bus and metro are also super convenient, metro station just in termini, bus stops are all around. The rooms are clean and not small. The concierge has good English and nice attitude.

I would not say the service is poor as the staffs are polite, as I did not make any extra request, I cannot judge. The facilities are quite hard to comment, as I paid only around 60pounds per day, I would not anticipate any extra so I brought my own toothpaste, shampoo etc. But I definitely felt uncomfortable while there is no hot water at late night while I desperately needed to take shower. I knew little hotel wanted to cut cost so they will have limited supply of hot water, but please let the guests know in advance so that we could plan in advance. And the water inside the shower tube did not drain very well which was quite stressful. I would suggest the hotel to update their photo to give the guests a more genuine picture so they would not over expect as this hotel is definitely not a 4-stars hotel

Room is spacious, neat and clean washroom, friendly staff. Big disadvantage is the location however its near to bus stops and for metro station it’s takes 20 mins by walk. No eateries near by.

We arrived before the check in time and since there was a room already ready they let us check in earlier. We really appreciated it because we arrived after a long trip from Japan. All the staff was really nice, the hospitality too. Maybe because the clients were almost all Japanese, but in the morning at breakfast time they put on famous Japanese songs, maybe to make them feeling at home. I think we made a good decision to stop at this hotel.

The night porter was good as I accidentally pulled on the emergency cord in the bathroom thinking it was an exhaust fan and he was at my room within 1 minute. Gracias despite it being a false alarm. The mattress was extremely hard but they provided a thin mattress topper which helped. The early evening receptionist was brilliant but the morning one was shall we say abrupt And not engaging. She claims she didn’t understand my questions BUT didn’t take the time to engage me face to face and kept looking at her screen. If you can get past her abruptness is was an ok place to stay. Closeness to ROME was a benefit.

The environment is super good, very high-end. There is a bus stop at the door, and it is not far to go anywhere. The price-performance ratio is very high. If you have a plan to travel to Rome, this hotel is highly recommended

The old rooms are being remodeled and are taking on the Barceló imprint. It has improved a lot compared to my last visit in August 2024. There is free parking on the premises.

The shuttle bus is convenient and runs every 15 minutes. There is an A8 pick-up point on the horizontal safety lane in the middle of the airport T3. The bus is a bus, and there is no big Hilton logo on the body, so pay attention to whether the electronic screen above the head of the passing vehicle is displayed. The breakfast is OK, European breakfasts are similar, a pile of bread and so on. The room is clean. I didn't sleep very well, I don't know if it was because the mattress was uncomfortable or the bedding made me feel a little itchy all over. The front desk service is not bad. There was a problem with the air conditioner on the way, and the engineer arrived within five minutes and solved the problem quickly.

The three-bed room is quite comfortable. The service is very friendly. The facilities are a bit old, and it is a bit challenging to insert the card in the room and adjust the shower head. I really don't know how to do it without prior explanation. The breakfast is OK, and there is a shuttle bus. Cash can be settled at the front desk. The bus from the airport can only be paid by card, not cash.

Very expensive. Sky tv not working No usb sockets in the room too ok charge phones Room was cold, not sure if air con was working, temperature set at 30 degrees still cold. Messaged property about shuttle service no reply Arrived to be told room was booked for 2 people not 3 which was the booking, given a foldable bed

The room is nice, the restaurant's food is also good, it's very close to the airport, many flight attendants choose to stay here, the hotel's airport drop-off service is very thoughtful, I will come again next time.

In the town next to the airport, it is very convenient to refuel and drive to the airport. There are many restaurants and bars about 500 meters away from the river. It is very convenient and the rooms are large. Recommended

The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others

I highly recommend this one, because I need to transfer at Rome Airport to find this one at random. This outside looks not stylish, the room decoration is not bad, after all, it is the decoration style 10 years ago, the health is good, but the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, you need to know the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, shuttle bus are explained more clearly. Breakfast is a local regular breakfast, milk, coffee, juice, various breads, leaf cereal, eggs, sliced sausage, meat slices, etc. are not suitable for Chinese people, barely filling their stomachs. For the shuttle time, see the picture. It needs to be explained how to take the shuttle bus to the airport for the first time. Exit 4 of Terminal T3, cross the road on the sidewalk (not on the slope, you can wait on the bus platform on the slope, it is safe there), the car is waiting at the first parking space on the side of the road. I didn't see the car that I could wait there. See the picture for the license plate business card. Get on the bus and tell the driver of the hotel you are going to. The fare is 8.5€ and settles with the hotel. I spent 35€ on the first time I went to take a taxi, and I don't know why it was so expensive. Later, I came to the airport to take the shuttle bus for nucleic acid, which was affordable. The room is very large ... suitable for a family outing ... a loft booked with one bedroom and one living room, there are three beds in it, and a separate bedroom with a large bed is very suitable for family outings! Because there is only one toilet, the family travel is ok to sleep four or five people. The shortcoming is that the heating is not good ... there is only central air conditioning in the room but there seems to be no hot air ... but the room is not cold ... there is a radiator in the toilet😂

The environment is OK, the room is quite big, you can book a special bus to go to the airport, 7 euros a person, 10 minutes drive from the airport, breakfast is small, very general, but the front desk has a small brother 24 hours, can communicate at any time, cute and Good talk, there is a supermarket nearby, a snack street, and I left the food stalls of the local family to drive around the night before leaving Rome.
