Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see.
The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels.
The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

The new hotel has a nice environment, but as a four-star hotel, the rooms are missing laundry bags and toiletries such as razors and soap!

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view.
I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great.
Nice pool area, gym would be better could with aircon

The room was large, and the bed was large, but the sheets weren't clean enough. The garden below was beautiful, and the pool was on the basement level. The breakfast was excellent, with both Western and local options. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

JJose SergioThe hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .
