The location? **Perfect.** Right in the heart of the Ropewalks district, which means you're steps away from some of the coziest bars, indie eateries, and amazing street art. I came for a quick solo adventure, and being so close to everything made it super easy to explore without wasting time on transport. I stayed **Monday, August 11 to Tuesday, August 12, 2025** — just one night — and check-in after 3 PM was smooth. No waiting, no hassle. Check-out before 11 AM was equally chill. The room itself was modern, comfy, and spotlessly clean — exactly what I needed. Not five-star fancy, but everything worked, it felt cared for, and I actually got a great night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated? **The transparency.** The bulk was paid upfront, and I only had to hand over £2.40 on-site — no surprise fees. Plus, knowing Trip.com backs it with a price match and stay guarantee gave me peace of mind. He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Had a wonderful stay Pullman again! The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The location is great to explore most of the attractions by the dock.

The kitchenette in the room was great! Perfect for business trips when I don't want to eat takeout; there's a Tesco nearby so I can buy groceries and cook for myself. The bed was decent, but I found some hair under the pillow. The hotel's location is also superb, with super convenient access to buses and subways, and tons of malls downstairs.

Wow what a find! Really cool hotel. Bedrooms were huge and well appointed. Bar and restaurant were really good, great service from Staff and really lovely breakfast available. Hotel was a rum warehouse previously and the concierge (Michael/martin .. sorry I can’t remember his name) went out of his way to tell us about the hotel and its famous staircase and about the history of the area. I’d wholeheartedly recommend. Finishing touch was very reasonably priced on site parking.

The hotel is right by the sea, a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the train station. They have sea-view rooms with nice scenery. There were also a few complimentary drinks in the fridge. The room was clean and tidy, so overall, it's pretty good.

As a massive Beatles fan we were really looking forward to staying as we were in town for a gig. Front desk staff were fantastic and really helpful! No complaints with them at all. The room was really big however was missing its basic necessities like a bin and toilet brush. The pillows and bed were generally quite uncomfortable. It was so noisy at night. Great location with being next to the cavern club however that meant the bars keep you up until stupid o clock I think it finally went quiet around 3am. The next morning I was shocked to see the state of the duvet we had been sleeping with. Overall a great location with great Beatles connection.

I’m so glad we booked here! The front desk service was super friendly and they even had a free wine and cheese night! The room was spacious and clean. It’s an easy walk into the city center. You have to pay extra for parking but they reduce it with a voucher

Hotel location next to the highway, convenient transportation, more than 30 minutes drive to Liverpool Center, comfortable environment, good service, free fitness room and swimming pool in the hotel.
