The therapist was friendly and professional, taking the time to ask about any specific areas of tension or discomfort. The massage itself was relaxing, and the pressure was just right for a stress-relieving experience. However, despite the enjoyable nature of the session, I didn’t feel much relief from the muscular tightness I had been hoping to address. The techniques seemed to be more surface-level, focusing more on general relaxation rather than targeting deep tissue. While it was a nice way to unwind and certainly helped with mild stress, I didn’t feel the lasting benefits I’ve come to expect from therapeutic massages. It was a good experience for relaxation, but if you’re looking for more intense muscle relief or a solution to chronic pain, this might not be the best fit. Still, for a peaceful, low-pressure experience, it’s definitely worth considering.
