The hotel provided excellent service; the staff were friendly and even helped me pick up a package. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. travelled with 2 seniors and a family with a 5year old child, service here is next level - from the amenities provided to the facilities at the hotel. most noteworthy was the free laundry (DIY) service they have, but when i forgot to take out from the dryer pass midnight, they actually took it out for me and hang-dry for me to collect the next morning. with sumptuous breakfast sets (chosen the night before) to leg-soaks and desserts the evening and not forgetting the rooftop seating and view, the service here is nothing short of exceptional. room is comfortable, toilet is luxurious, bed is firm and good. boutique hotel with 6-stars overall!

Room was clean and tidy. Not too big, but still comfortable to stay in. There are 2 sides to the room, 1 bed nearer to the first part of the room near the lobby door (Aircon ventilation does not blow towards this direction) and 2 beds nearer to the bathroom side of the room. The room's windows were later discovered to be strangely left ajar when we started detecting stench of cigarette smoke coming in from these windows. Potential guests,do take note to check for any ajar windows when you check into the room and close them promptly if you cannot withstand cig smoke like us. The stench stayed around at the side of the room with no aircon vent. Hotel staff, pls also do remember to close the windows after servicing / cleaning the rooms.

We arrived at 2am at Kunming Changshui Airport and driver had already sent me a WeChat msg asking to let him know after we collected our baggage. For travelers visiting Kunming for the first time, it’s best to let hotel know in advance that you need airport pickup one day in advance. We did that and it was seamless for us. The check-in was fast and the room was clean and quiet. It is common that guests could smoke in the rooms and this is something we are not quite used to. Overall, I’ll still give a big thumbs up for those considering to try out this hotel!

This hotel is located in a very cosy and quiet environment in Kunming city centre . The surrounding is very much having ancient feeling and most importantly . The hotel staff are very friendly and seduce was tit top. It is a good location for meeting old friend and chatting with friends visiting . If I return one day , this would be my first choice of stay .

It is a great stay with family in the big room. This is second time we are staying in same hotel. Coffee pack is provided and I got to enjoy coffee in the room. Location is great, walking distance to all eatery places and shopping mall.

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed with drink and snacks. What was unique - they had three sets of toiletries to choose from. My family could choose the one they like. Room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. There were also complimentary fruits, snacks and goodnight dessert. When I asked for where I could do my laundry, my dedicated ‘butler’ was quick to offer that they do them for me and they were promptly handed back to me the following day. If I could rate them 10 stars I would 🤩. Their warmth and service was just great !

Absolutely incredible experience - it’s more than just a hotel with stunning views of the grassland and mountains! Pros - - the hotel is home to many adorable animals, which you can give free pets and even feed. Even if you don’t particularly enjoy animals, they surely liven the place and provide the perfect backdrop for your grassland landscape pic - the room was well furnished with marshall speakers, apelles supply, Dyson hairdryer, humidifier, room heater, and an oxygen generator and tube. It was also impeccably clean even for someone with abit of OCD. I must say the facilities surpassed most of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. - there’s a free ******* clothing photography experience which you can opt for - convenient location which is about a 10-minute drive away from the city and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest horse-riding park - and most importantly what completes this experience was the butlers. The service was top notch! They were extremely attentive, friendly, and accommodating. From the welcome snacks to the tour of the room, the friendly advice to prevent altitude sickness, the shuttle to horse-riding park, tweaking menu to suit dietary needs, serving warm milk at night, laundry service, and satisfying my curiosity by sharing about the city and local culture. They definitely went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and ensure they have a great time. Thank you to all of you again! Cons - absolutely nothing. I hardly go at lengths to recommend a hotel as much as this but this is definitely a place one should visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

You can join him for a chit chat or get his help to book tours or buy stuff like tea or flower cakes. He is very professional and subtle in his selling approach. Breakfast is mixian 米线 served with sides by an older lady. Delicious! Lots of other food options nearby

Thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel. The kind professional extremely helpful woman working on reception as the hotel manager was truly amazing. She went way beyond normal customer service and provided invaluable assistance Her English was impeccable and her general can do attitude is a credit to the hotel and to Kunming. I learned a lesson not to book a brand new hotel which carries many bugs. However, I appreciate the staff's attitude, they handled the problem with patience and responded to my request positively. Regret that I don't know their names. The girls on duty at the reception when I checked in at night. The lady who manage the rooms. Even the room attendant was nice.

We got a free upgrade of room. It's a convenient location if you are travelling to Kunming South Station as there’s a free shuttle by the hotel. Furthermore, you can find a supermarket and lots of food stalls and restaurants in this neighbourhood, which comprised hotels and residential.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was facing the lake view, it add up our good impression during our stay. and the bed was cleaned and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, afternoon tea and the milks provided by the hotel staff at night during our stay. We felt so welcome and relaxed. We also loved the convenient location that close to major attractions. We will come back again in future.

Just right outside the North gate of LiJiang ancient city, high price to value ratio…. Can take cab to the front door of hotel and don’t need to carry luggage inside the bumpy road of the ancient city. Room is spacious amidst it is next door to the popular tourist spot.

During my first visit to Lijiang with friends, we stayed at PuZhi Hotel, and we were delighted with our experience. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the old town, which boasts 800 years of history, allowing us to easily explore this beautiful historic area. The service at PuZhi Hotel is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the porters and concierges took great care of us. Every detail was thought out for our comfort: Dyson hairdryers, Kohler brand showers and sinks, and even a Home Cinema projector for our relaxing evenings. All the equipment is of the highest quality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best aspects of our stay was that we didn't have to worry about anything at all. The hotel took care of everything, including transporting our luggage to our room, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The welcome was very kind, and they answered all our questions about the city, providing us with helpful information and tips. The hotel's garden is a true haven of peace, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, allowing us to fully recharge. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the included breakfasts and afternoon teas were delicious. We particularly enjoyed the Yunnan specialties included in the breakfast, especially the Yunnan rice noodle soup. Every morning, we appreciated the variety and quality of the food offered. In summary, our stay at PuZhi Hotel was exceptional. The service was incredible, and all the facilities were of great quality. This hotel allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of big cities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to discover Lijiang in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

Amazing service by manager ,tianyi and group before and during my trip through wechat. Good location ,less than 5 mins to sifang street. Room was pretty as well. On my first day , tianyi brought me to Wenhai together with a group and i had a good time with lots of food. Issues reported was resolved in a fast manner. Tianyi also recommended me food , chill places and local tours accordingly to my requirements. I was really well taken care of during my stay here.

We have spent four unforgettable nights in this hotel in Lijiang. Situated within the old town and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurans, this hotel has all the modern amenities and yet retains its original characters. We chose a room by the creek and totally enjoyed it. We often sat by the window and soak in the beautiful scenery and people watching. Service was top notch. We were treated like family from day one. They often checked on us to make sure we were doing well. So much that I wanted to share but to keep it short, we can’t wait to come back again to this beautiful hotel.

Cars can only reach a certain point so you will have to walk into the hotel location. The pavement are rocks so it may be tedious to pull your luggage. However, you can contact the hotel staff beforehand and they will come to help you with your luggage. Other than the dangerous pavement, it is a good tourist spot.

It's very comfortable to live in and has floor heating. The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic and the experience is great. The flower cakes made by the B&B are also delicious. They are not very sweet and suit my taste. The food recommended by the owner is also great.

This homestay enjoys a unique geographical environment. It is close to the Qingxi Reservoir and overlooks the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The scenery is beautiful and the light is good. You can take a picture with just one frame. Although the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was covered by clouds when I stayed there, the sparkling lake view alone is pleasing to the eye. The homestay is very modernistic as a whole. It has an artistic and level design and a good atmosphere. It is not the inferior decoration of other homestays that blindly pursues gimmicks. The floor and wall of the room are all latex paint (it should be). At first glance, it still takes time to adapt. It feels like the Iraqi war-damaged style, but it has a sense of ancient Greece when you live in it. It is very similar to the European and American dramas. The overall feeling is still OK. The bathtub is very intimate and equipped with a disposable cylinder sleeve and bath ball. I won’t go into details about other sanitary facilities. They are all good. The breakfast is also like a work of art. It has both delicious taste and fragrance. The ingredients are simple and pure. Each one is cooked very carefully. With this invincible landscape, it is too enjoyable to eat. Not to mention the service. I came back from the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with altitude sickness, and the front desk Tao Zefen brother immediately gave me a bottle of oxygen. Highly recommended. If I'm not traveling by car next time, I will definitely stay here again. The road to drive in is quite narrow, which is quite a test of driving skills. I almost scraped against other cars when I was leaving. However, this is basically a common problem for all B&Bs in Lijiang.

This place is a gem! The location is great, a 10 min walk to Li Jiang old town (we won’t recommend staying inside the old town because it gets too noisy at night) and is right outside the Black Dragon Pool Park, especially helpful if you want to catch sunrise. This accommodation is close to the main road so no trouble getting pick ups/ drop offs from taxis. Service is excellent - you will have one staff tagged to you so you can receive personalized help, guides on where to visit and eat, and even have activities like tea appreciation. 大山 was the staff assigned to me and my family and he was amazing! He brought us around the old town the day we arrived and suggested places to shop and eat. Throughout our stay, he also helped arrange for a visit to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and even packed breakfast for us to bring along as we had an early start to the day. He also checked in on us while we were out to make sure we were safe and didn’t get affected by altitude sickness. During our stay, the breakfast (typically noodles or porridge with a spread of side dishes and soy milk), afternoon tea, and night dessert were lovely touches to make us feel so pampered! The room was very clean and spacious, and whenever we required any refills for necessities or toiletries the staff would promptly provide. If you wish to relax in the compounds, the staff would have tea sessions with you where you can learn more about the Yunnan Pu’er tea or just chat! There are open seating areas for you to relax as well. Coffee (Americano, latte etc.) is available and made upon request. Highly recommend this place to stay to all!

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

Breakfast was enjoyable, the milk is great. Staffs are very helpful. Guide on local restaurants is very good, tried a few on the list and all were good.

In my years of travel around the world, this hotel is about the most highly rated I have ever given. Clean rooms and their meticulous guest relationship is their hotel standard, but above all they do your laundry, accord us delicious n healthy breakfast and tea every day, it makes u hoping to stay longer. A special shout-out to our dedicated guest relation officer... Siow Muh..he makes our stay here a most memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely return if we have the chance to visit Dali again (which we hope to!). The location is perfect, right next to Dali Old Town with breathtaking views of Cangshan Mountain. Our room was super clean, cozy, and equipped with new, modern, and high-end facilities. We were even upgraded to a better room category for free! The service was truly exceptional, among the best we've ever experienced. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. He welcomed us with a pot of tea and delicious rose cake (a Dali specialty) while we waited for our room, and later surprised us with fresh fruit delivered directly to our room. He also provided gentle reminders about breakfast and the nightly soup offering, which was a lovely touch. Speaking of breakfast, it was quite decent with a good variety of local choices like rice noodles, corn, egg, and mini buns. The owner was always ready to assist with anything we needed, from recommending fantastic restaurants to helping us book bus tickets. Unfortunately, we had an accident during our trip, and the owner's response was incredible. He went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care and concern. We felt like we were being treated like family, and we are so grateful for his patience and support during a difficult time. We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Dali. The combination of stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service make this a true gem!

Hotel service is very good and prompt in getting back. They have free shuttle to airport and from airport. Room was big and clean, they even give free snacks and all to all guest ☺️ Indeed, is a wonderful experience and would come again for sure !!

The workers were amazing and the location is great, I give a 2 out of 5 for ammenities because the room is really really dark, even in broad daylight. They were also undergoing renovations outside. I felt it was too expensive for what it actually is. Apart from that, everything great ☺️ very close to the ancient city, which is a great plus.

My wife and I were traveling to Yunnan province for the mid autumn festival from America, it was our first time there and we spent two nights at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, they gave us wonderful afternoon tea and served breakfast. We loved the aesthetics and the hotel is located in an excellent area. 5/5 Jikuo Mijing garden hotel is the perfect place to stay for a comfortable adventure to Dali.

The location is excellent in the ancient city, facing Erhai Lake, and the service staff will come out to pick you up. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the ancient city. The homestay has a net beauty style, and every place has its own characteristics and is very comfortable. The room is clean and distinctive, facing Erhai Lake, and every corner of the room can be seen. The dining is excellent. Since I checked in at night, the homestay housekeeper Liu Jin also specially helped me leave a portion of afternoon tea in the refrigerator. Tremella soup was also delivered in the evening. The breakfast is very rich and also has local characteristics. The housekeeper Liu Jin's service is very good. He started to confirm the itinerary before checking in, and gave warm reminders. After checking in, he would also care about the stay experience at any time.

The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is close to the station. The service attitude is good. Because it is on the roadside, the guest room is especially equipped with earplugs, which is very considerate. There is also breakfast. Because you need to leave early, disposable lunch boxes and paper cups are provided to facilitate everyone to bring breakfast. If you go back late at night, you can also provide midnight snacks. The porridge arrives late at night, which is very warm and a wonderful memory.

The front reception staffs were very helpful and courteous. As we arrived early around 9.30am, we were offered breakfast while waiting for our room to be ready. The location is very convenient as it near the Dali Railway Station and also the bus station to take no 8 bus to Dali Ancient City.
