This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities. The housekeeping was thorough. The front desk service was fantastic and friendly. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was extensive. There are many great restaurants near the hotel, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Kashgar Old City. A truly wonderful hotel. They allowed me to check in early at 10:00 AM (subject to availability), which was great since I arrived on an early flight.

Arriving late at night in winter and being able to go straight to the hotel from the airport without stepping outside was incredibly convenient. It saved us from having to pack an extra set of clothes (which for a family of four is a lot! 😂). The other facilities were also great, meeting both the price and our expectations. A pleasant surprise was the wide variety of delivery food available, and the taste was super good! I'll definitely keep choosing this place in the future. Here's a tip: If you've got a car parked at the hotel, don't be shy – just drive slowly towards the main gate and it will open automatically. 😂 One thing to note is that the underfloor heating is incredibly warm, very warm... Even among all the places we stayed during our two-week trip with central heating, theirs was the hottest. This made the air really dry. The humidifier provided was quite mini, so I'd suggest upgrading it. For someone from the south, this kind of dry heat is really hard to get used to. 😂 Lacking self-help solutions for this only adds to the hassle for both guests and staff. I truly hope the tourism industry in Xinjiang continues to thrive!

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

As a hotel under the Huazhu Group, its quality is consistently high, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers!

The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hairdryer model and color are exactly like mine at home, which gave me a homey feeling. Cleanliness: Home Inn Plus maintains a really good standard of hygiene. Environment: My room was on the third floor, very close to the gym, laundry room, and restaurant. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for road trippers. Service: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. Food: The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I also really liked the coffee beans! Overall, it was a great stay. Not only will I choose this place again next time, but I'll also recommend it to my friends!

Excellent stay, convenient location, close to restaurants and to pedestrian streets where you can have a walk in the evening, they offer a large range of freshly cooked choices for breakfast, with local and western styles. But on the top of this, what really made my experience was the attention and helpfulness of the staff even before I reached the hotel. As a solo, independent traveller, that was the cherry on the top. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel with my dog. It's located in an old street with Xinjiang-style architecture. The room even had a long balcony, which was great for enjoying the view in the morning. There are also plenty of food options right next to the hotel. The front desk staff was very kind. Even though she was a little scared of my dog, she still wanted to pet his head a lot. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Turpan with their pet!
