This hotel boasts an amazing location, making it super convenient to get anywhere! The facilities are excellent, and the hairdryer is incredibly powerful and effective. They even offer complimentary freshly mixed cocktails and coffee, which taste fantastic. The biggest surprise was that breakfast is served until 1 PM, and the Guiyang specialty Spicy Chicken Noodles and Crispy Pork Noodle Soup were absolutely delicious – being able to customize them was a real treat. This is perfect for late risers, ensuring you won't miss out. The value for money is off the charts, and I had such a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

Both the swimming pool and hot tub had crystal-clear water and excellent designs, making them perfect for a relaxing dip and some fun. They were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, and any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. 1. **Facilities** (1) The facilities are quite good, fitting for a four-star hotel. The toiletries provided are of good quality. (2) The hotel is located above a department store, and the building's exterior has a 90s feel, giving it a very 'old money' vibe. I used to imagine what it was like inside when I was a child. Even though my home is in the old city, I've stayed here more than once. It's about indulging in a bit of nostalgia. (3) The transportation is convenient, and the top floor features a revolving restaurant, which is excellent. 2. **Service** (1) The front desk and other service staff are all very friendly and proactively consider the guests' needs. Especially Real, the front desk manager, who even provided me with a local food guide and upgraded my room. (2) The biggest endorsement is that I keep coming back, and I will definitely return in the future. 3. **Anecdote** (1) The Novotel used to be the Guiyang Baicheng Hotel (1997-2006). When I was a child, the hotel featured in the children's film 'Raise Your Smiling Face' (a 2000 film) that Guiyang City produced for cultural tourism promotion was shot right here. Coincidentally, the room Real, the front desk manager, upgraded me to was the same type as in the movie. I was so happy at the time. I told Real I would send screenshots from the movie for my review after I finished my work, and that I would write a very thoughtful review. Real was a bit embarrassed, saying it was too much trouble for me. Actually, I had been trying to find this room type on previous stays, and unexpectedly, my wish was fulfilled by chance. I absolutely had to write this review with all my heart. I just finished a business trip out of the province and immediately thought of writing this. (2) I took photos and videos from various angles in the hotel, offering views of Dade Primary School and the old city. The 180° panoramic view is fantastic.

Service: There was no guide at the door, and we got off the car with our children and bags. The four people at the front desk and the three check-in counters were all busy with group guests, and it was very chaotic. No one came to guide individual guests. After queuing for a long time, they said that they only handle group guests. Without saying anything, we moved to the side line, and when we got to the line, they said they were still handling group guests. It seemed that they had not been trained to deal with group and individual arrangements. Both group guests and individual guests were unhappy. It was very hot, and I knew that everyone was unhappy. If I took the initiative to hand over a bottle of water, it would calm down the fire, but unfortunately no one thought of it. It seems that everyone is worried about the room. When I returned to the hotel at night, I asked for a few more bottles of water. The robot sent 2 bottles, probably thinking that the room was enough... Breakfast buffet: The lady who served breakfast was really a ray of sunshine when we checked in. We forgot whether we brought breakfast or not, so we asked how much it would cost to add another breakfast. The lady smiled and said to help check first. After checking, we saw that we brought breakfast and let us go directly. She also took the initiative to recommend where to sit for taking pictures. She was very enthusiastic. Environment: It is right in the square, and it is very convenient to take the elevator out of the back door. It's a great bargain. The Red Army Primary School is opposite the main entrance. Hygiene: It's clean, no problem. Facilities: I don't know why the water temperature for showering is fixed, and I can't adjust it if I like a higher temperature. The water temperature is lukewarm, but I still feel cold after showering. The air conditioner seems to have no central control. It's very cold when it's on, and stuffy when it's off...

The B&B has an excellent location with fantastic views from the room. The overall decor creates a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room was clean, just as I expected. The service was also very thoughtful; a driver specifically picked us up from the high-speed rail station, and upon arrival, someone helped carry our luggage upstairs to the room. I especially loved their complimentary coffee, black tea, and delicious, generous breakfast. It was a wonderful B&B experience, and if I ever get the chance to visit Dong Village again, I would definitely choose to stay here!

The hotel environment is pretty good, though the soundproofing isn't ideal. However, once you're asleep, it's not a big deal. It's located right at the entrance of the pedestrian street within the ancient city, so there's a good amount of foot traffic. The hotel breakfast tastes good, and the auntie who makes it is very warm and friendly!

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the decor and amenities are brand new. The design is simple yet grand. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and considerate. She really set a great impression for Guizhou girls, haha. Room Size: The twin room was spacious enough. Location: Right next to the high-speed train station and bus terminal, which is super convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi or Didi to the city center. For us, who were transferring to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it was incredibly convenient. Since it's close to the high-speed train station, it can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. My friend and I are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us. I forgot to take photos, but overall, it was really great.

The room view was absolutely stunning, and the decor was tastefully done. The owner's family was incredibly warm and attentive; they picked us up and dropped us off at the entrance punctually. They were also very helpful and responsive with our travel inquiries, even recommending a reliable and skilled ride-sharing service for our round trip to Tongren Station. The B&B breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the farmhouse restaurant they recommended served excellent food. The children were super cute! It was a very pleasant trip, and I highly recommend staying here. We also caught the lively bonfire party in the square on the second day of Chinese New Year, which had a fantastic atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is very close to Wanfeng Forest. You can see Wanfeng Forest from the room! The room is large and the bedding is very comfortable! It's convenient to eat around, a little far from the city center, and not far from the highway intersection! Worth recommending!
