Prime location for food and shopping. The hotel is just opposite Beijing Road Teemall, which made it super accessible to all amenities. There is also a Chagee on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel team - from the concierge, front desk to housekeeping - were all incredibly friendly, polite and keen to help. An added perk were the cute little robots that delivered items to us. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped with free drinks. The staff were very kind to provide ear plugs as they mentioned there was some construction going on in the building. However, we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. The hotel provided toilet amenities like toothbrushes, shaving kits, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and a hairdryer. A few tips for fellow travellers who plan to stay at Mercure: - As it is located on a pedestrian road, you will need to lug your suitcases to the hotel. There are some large stone bollards blocking cars from coming onto the pedestrian street. Just a reminder to be careful when walking to the hotel with your suitcases, especially for the elderly as the road can get very crowded - Shower and toilet are separated by a glass window, which can be a bit see through (just a tip for those who are travelling with friends) - For those looking to order items from taobao, try to order a few days in advance (especially for items arriving from other cities) and contact the hotel in advance if you have any questions. They are very friendly and keen to help with collection Overall a wonderful stay with Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel!

The swimming pool may belong to a community. The water is only 1.2 meters shallow. There is a stainless steel sheet under the water. Children can easily hurt their feet. The swimming time is at night, so be careful when swimming. It is recommended that the hotel communicate with the swimming pool owner and replace the stainless steel floor at the water outlet with plastic or other anti-scratch materials. The internal facilities in the room are okay, but sometimes they are not very smart and need to be said many times.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It’s very clean and new. And the amenities are great. The in-room TV has screencasting so I could watch whatever. Breakfast is fine and supper is complimentary. What’s the most special is that the gym room is separated, one person per cubicle with different types of gym machines. There is a TV in each of the gym cubicles which I could do karaoke at the same time. (If the hotel reads this message, please note that some rooms, the TV or the air-conditioning was out of order, please send someone to check and fix it). Don’t have expectation on the view. It’s exceptional given the price and quality. Love it and would definitely come back again!

Great stay at Ween hotel! Amazing pool and rooftop area. Scooter rentals right across the way, fun scooting areas around the farms. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

when booking the a room looking into the courtyard beware that the noise of the rest of rooms will sound as if the action is happening in your own room, the window is not noise proof at all. Any weekend plenty of families with kids will come to this hotel so sleep is very difficult and nobodys fault but the lack of noiseproof on the window. On the other hand room looking at the street is no way better, this hotel has only 3 floors and it is located at a busy street full of traffic. breakfast was decent and good enough with the local beef noodle especially, the location is good just crossing the street you get into Chao Zhou ancient town, but again we found sleep and rest in overall difficult in this hotel

The best hotel under $100 per night I have stayed in China. The rooms are neat and clean, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious and with so much variety of both Chinese and western cuisine. Like in most hotels in China most of the staff doesn’t speak English, but Ashen who works on the reception speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and shops for everything we asked him. Thank you very much again for everything!!

Modern hotel. Less than 10 min walk to Long Yan Nan food street, Suning mall & Wang Xiang Cheng mall. Check in service staff are helpful. Free self service laundry and porridge supper. Sound proofing not great, but generally quiet after midnight. Pillows & mattress very comfortable. Robot delivered bottled water to room. However, there is only 1 lift that serves all 4 floors.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the decoration style of the conch lamp in the lobby. Every detail shows the quality and style. 2. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. From the patient check-in at the front desk to the attentive room service staff to tidy up the room, the restaurant service staff also introduced the local specialties of breakfast very attentively, which made me feel the warmth of home. 3. The hotel is in an excellent location. Next to it is Nanhai No. 1, behind it is Shili Silver Beach, and opposite is Fengche Mountain. You can go out to the beach to see the sea and step on the sea water at night. It is really comfortable. 4. Although the hotel opened in 2012, it was also renovated during this period, so the facilities in the room are still very new and very complete, such as super comfortable big beds and high-definition TVs. Each item enhances the comfort of staying and makes the stay particularly comfortable. 5. The hotel's catering is simply amazing! The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, [local food, delicious fried eggs], and every bite is memorable. 6. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is particularly good.
