Top marks for cleanliness, service, and location. The room cleaning personnel don't get enough credit. We were so impressed with their work, in room and outside corridor, lifts, etc. They even wet wipe my room floor every day. The counter people are so patient, friendly, and helpful. Very well trained. This hotel is in Beijing road pedestrian crossing. Night scenery is so beautiful. Metro or MRT is there. DiDi by car is also right there. You can walk to the pier to take the night cruise.The hotel rate is slightly higher than hotels nearby. But it's worth every cent. We extended our checkout. They charge in blocks of 4 hours, well worth it. Highly recommended. Book early, as my friend found out, they sell out fast.

The room is very clean and spacious. The service was excellent and it comes with free coffee voucher. The location is very strategic. The only con was there was construction ongoing outside the hotel so do expect some noise at night. But overall, would love to be back here again in shenzhen.

We had a wonderful stay! 1.Excellent location – just a short walk to Dongmen, 2.making it super convenient. 3.Clean and spacious rooms – perfect for a family of four. 4.Very child-friendly – great for families traveling with young kids. 5.Fully equipped kitchen – everything we needed was provided. 6.Washer-dryer combo – very handy for longer stays. We requested for the extra bed to be placed on the floor since our kids are still small, and the staff were incredibly attentive—they adjusted it right away. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and will definitely return!

Service super good: Everyone from front counter till cleaner will shine their brightest smile to you and provide anything you want Superb location: Just next to gongbei port(can walk to Macau in 5mins) and Zhuhai railway station (also 5min) Clean for every corner: I can always see cleaner in every floor to ensure cleanliness of room/lobby etcetera. Even laundry room there's someone specifically been assigned to take care for the cleanliness Various Amenities: hv laundry room(with dryers)+seaview gym. Slippers/shampoo/toiletries provided with good quality Additional: Herbal tea near to the hotel is good. Pls drop by uncle auntie's stall when u visit Zhuhai

Excellent location with many food options nearby. It is also within walking distance to HuaQiangBei the IT enclave of Shenzhen. However, the proximity also meant that traffic is a little chaotic in the streets surrounding that area. Countless e-scooters zip pass on pathways. The front office ladies were kind to extend our check out timing as we had a late flight. The robot delivery was fun and my daughter ordered take-out every night just so she can have the robot deliver the food. The self service laundry was definitely a bonus. The laundry room was clean and even had an iron. You could check on the status of your laundry/drying from your room although there were times when the system seemed to be disconnected and status was blank. Breakfast was normal and it was always crowded. They were very strict with the timing and the food was cleared away quickly once the breakfast time has officially ended. For a Hilton, I must say the coffee from the coffee machine was rather weak. I met a fellow diner who commented that 'coffee was not hot and juices were not cold'. One other area to improve would be the water pressure which was a little weak. Good stay overall.

Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

The location is convenient and the hotel is quite clean. I like the laundry service at the hotel. Night snacks are included.

I think the hotel is very okay. I will come here again with my friend. I will recommend to my friends. I think it’s a bed is comfortable and it’s also always is very good. The environmental is quiet.

Highly recommended hotel. If you are looking for looking for family oriented room, this is the one to consider. We had booked 4 rooms in total, and all were happy. Rooms are spacious and clean! Nearby to train station. Walking distance to many eateries. Staff Rudy is helpful and polite. 👍👍

ZTL location in Donggmen st is fantastic. Good value for money and service is good . In particular, Amy in the front office is exceptionally helpful despite the language barrier. This hotel is our go to place when staying near Donggmen St and the metro connectivity across all parts of Shenzhen from here is good
