I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to Shenzhen, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hotel’s lobby exudes elegance and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. My initial room, while comfortable, had an atmosphere that wasn’t quite ideal for my needs. Upon expressing my concerns, the staff responded swiftly and professionally by arranging a new room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Hotel is conveniently located in Huaqiang electronics area. Room was big and clean. There was free sumptuous breakfast available. Hotel was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Recommended!

Location is great with two train stations at the door step. Breakfast is good enough. Most importantly, Service is immaculate! Very helpful and friendly! Will choose to stay here again when I come to Shenzhen again! 👍🏻

The hotel lobby is so welcoming and cozy. The room is clean with all amenities, hair dryer also available. Recommended to use the hotel' gym if have time. The hotel is in walking distance to Shixia status, surrounded with many local restaurants. Recommended, worth the pay!

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

We are in group of five people with two foreigners from the UK and Thailand, it was amazing time for us to experience onsen in China, the overall atmosphere was great and fun. The area of eating and onsen is quite crowded and noisy, but this is Chinese Style. Don’t use the Japan standard here, then you will enjoy the area and chill a day. Overall the operating code is excellent.

During my trip, I ordered several items online and had them delivered to the hotel's locker. However, a few of the parcels were too big to be placed in the locker. And the staff were incredibly helpful—they coordinated with the delivery personnel and ensured everything was sorted out, even getting the packages re-delivered on the same day to the front desk. Another standout moment was when I struggled to order food as a foreigner without a local phone number. The hotel staff stepped in and assisted me with placing my order, making the process so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s very close to a popular shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. That said, the hotel is located next to a main road, and there’s some ongoing railway construction nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but earplugs easily resolved the issue. There are also great amenities, like free laundry, which came in handy for a longer stay. The only minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning—you can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed, but it didn’t impact my comfort much. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The service, convenience, and amenities outweighed any minor issues, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a very impressive experience as she is not simply doing paper work procedures, but could look into guest’s special needs as well, which made guest feeling warm and unforgettable. I believe 謝小姐 is a great asset to your hotel and has potential to further develop her career in customer service area. Overnight time, a Front Desk Staff 小明 is very helpful too, answered our enquiries in very details. Breakfast food items is good as plenty varieties of food to choose from, however i was disappointed by the food temperature as most of them not hot, not even warm, then I noticed most of the food items were served on the buffet food table without heat burner underneath to keep the food temperature. Even the soup and congee were served in big heating boiling bowl, they were cold indeed. ( I had my breakfast at 11am, hotel breakfast is ended at 12:00). I would recommend the Hotel could look into this area, although i like those breakfast items, food temperature would stop me visiting the restaurant again.

Near to luohu station. Very near to Renmi south station exit A line 9, about 100m walk. A lot of eateries, about 15 mins. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great place to stay. Offer hand made coffee, just request from customer service counter.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms Lee. They allowed me to check in early and late check out due to my flight timing. They even changed the room for me as the initial room has a strong smell and a very soft sofa. Hotel is directly above Exit A2 Metro. Furnitures are abit dated but comfortable. It is near to lots of restaurants, massages and shopping. All within walking distance. Guests are mainly local and HK Chinese, so expect alot of smoking ..

Third time staying at this hotel. Often stay here when we are going to travel on to Hong Kong via fast train. Once again a very smooth and easy check in. The room is huge and clean. The shower is great. Also very easy and convenient to order in food as the hotel is close to loads of restaurants. Will continue to stay at this hotel when traveling in Shenzhen.

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room. Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off. Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money. Location wise, hotel is located near to the metro station (just cross the road with the entrance within a public park) and a walking distance from Beijing Road. I’m

Location is excellent, way closer (3-5minutes walking distance) than I thought it would be going to RongChong mall. Room view was pretty looking at the mall and could see the airport from a distance. Service at the front was decent. Breakfast was included and it had a good diversity. Noodles and eggs can be ordered individually. However, gym room is kinda small with limited equipment. Overall, it was worth the money to choose this hotel comparing to the 3 stars hotels nearby.

Strategic location in Tianhe district a few steps from the Shipaiqiao metro station. Take exit A or B from the station. Guangdong East train station, ZhujiangNewTown(City Center, bussiness district) and the Guangdong tower just a few stops. Pleasant room, comfy beds, small extras = eg: electronic curtains, robot server bringing you food or an A/C adapter. The room had a very strong shower. You are basically surrounded by restaurants and Malls, so whatever you need it will take a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Breakfast buffet options were quite a variety. The free flow drinks near the lifts were good. Location was excellent, walking distance to the metro and railway stations. The noise from the passing trains was bearable and we slept well for the 4 nights there. The services could be improved. 1. The telephone in our room was not always in use, e.g. we had trouble reaching the front desk for a missing hairdryer. On our last day, it kept on ringing but nobody was on the other end. It was so annoying. 2. When our toilet bowl was choked, the serviceman came in and started blaming. He sounded as if we choked it purposefully. And then he left the wet floor there and left the room without saying a word. He didn't come back to clean up until I went over to request for it.

The location is super good, close to big Budda and Beijing road, very convenient. But the room is a bit small if you have two big luggages. The staff are very polite included cleaning aunt.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for a stopover during my trip to Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is excellent for those in transit, with its proximity to the airport, making it highly convenient. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Clearer signage to the hotel would be helpful, as finding the entrance was somewhat confusing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was below expectations, with intermittent issues that made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but with some attention to these areas, it could offer a more seamless experience for guests.

Nicely renovated, exterior looks like it was built 50 yrs ago but the rooms are refreshed and clean. Great location, 10 mins walk to Beijing Road, subway entrance just beside the hotel and eateries around it.

Great hotel near the Mingzhu train station in Zhuhai. The place was clean everywhere and the room was nice and spacious as well. Checking in and out was quick with great service. There’s a back door to a convenient store and coffee shops and other restaurants. There’s not much around but it was good enough if you wanted a quick short stay.

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Lastly, all staff are very polite and do not hesitate to greet guests Good Morning everyday without fail. Thank you very much and best wishes!

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

Checking in was simple and fast, straightforward, the room was decent, it’s a nice and simple room with basic necessities enough for single traveller or family….the only down point was the breakfast experience….it was just chaotic, there was not enough space in the restaurant, some guests were offered to another dining hall seating….some guests were offered takeaway boxes, the staffs were trying their best, but it was just overflowing with people, the restaurant was not equipped for a sudden high flow of diners. Apart from that, everything was decent.

We loved our spacious room with two single beds- which were actually 4 ft wide! Very comfortable indeed. The room was clean and decorated in the very iconic red black and white as with the rest of the hotel. It has all the amenities for a one night stay. Check in and breakfast are nnnon level 31- which has a fabulous view. Breakfast was very reasonably priced , with plentiful selections and the taste was Good. Although it is in the city center and not far from the Macau crossing, it is not accessible by public transportation, best to call cab or Uber. It is only 6 km from the Zhuhai crossing to HK.

Undoubtedly a correct decision in booking this hotel! Hotel room was spacious and clean, breakfast variety was on point, customer service was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this!!!

I stayed here for 7 days, by the 5th day the bathroom shower was clogged and the bathroom had flooded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and changed me to a different room. The hotel room was very big and the air conditioning was great for these hot days.
