4-Star Hotels in Pernambuco, Brazil

The hotel is well located, but in four nights, the sheets were never changed. The towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned daily, but the sheets were never changed. There was a stain on the sheet that I found every night when I went to bed. There was also a lack of professionalism from some of the breakfast staff.

A pleasant and wide room, a clean bathroom, towels are exchanged every day. Unfortunately breakfast left unwanted, little option. The collaborators are very careful.

The front desk has English service, belonging to a four-star hotel, downstairs pool and spa room, there is a 24-hour restaurant inside the hotel, the bar is very rich, often there are flight attendants and teams.

Upon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.

Beautiful paradise. Everything is tasteful, and service is superb. Beware though the restaurant can be slow if there are too many orders at one time.

Simplesmente fantástico, quarto com vista lindíssima da praia do pina , café da manhã com diversas variedades e atendentes super atenciosos !

Party and service of third parties, very poorly served, where it was necessary to present a very different charge of charge from the announced, between hotels with third parties; The third provides a bad service “cycling” as suggested to seek other partners; Where we had to set the bikes in the middle of the walk;

I had a setback in my accommodation because I didn't have a bed for my son and when I checked in I made a new request (3:00 pm) and then arrived at the hotel at 10:00 pm, nothing was resolved, they brought a bed after a second complaint, with 2 fine sheets even when requesting blankets.

Three star hotel, no surprises, unfriendly reception service from the receptionist, and poor coffee, but I would like to highlight the attention of the manager Rosário! Better than the Radisson in Recife, however I expected better hotels in the city.
